it all depends on the modem type,either huawei or zte.if its huawie,then you need an unlock code but if it is zte,then you have to unlock ot directly from the computer.note that some new modem in town are hardnut to crack.just drop the modem imei number here if it is huawei

all you have to do is to search for the rom that is compatible with your model and flash it using odin windows software.odin is used for flashing samsung galaxy phones.

it appears you have installed some apps that embeded another hidden installation of malware ads virus to your system.it is either the app was installed as an ADONs or as an hidden software which you will have to uninstall.you have to go to opera addons and uninstall or delete the app or go to your computer program and uninstall some of your recent apps.if you know the name of the ads that is showing up,state it here,maybe i can profer better solution to fix it.

go to your settings and activate unknow source to enable you install apps download from else where.without this done,you won't be able to install any android apps download from third party apart from playstore.depending on the android version you can either go to settings=developer,then scroll down,you will see unknown source,just tick it.or go to settings=security,then scroll down,you will see unknown source.you don't need rooting.

there is no special super wipe,just wipe data, delvik caches,factory reset etc,then install your rom.if there is bug,then it may be from the rom

just look for a stock rom of your phone type online.do not use any other model apart from your phone model and also take note of the base band.it should not be lower than yours
