what you need is a plugin, not theme. there are lots of form builder plugins that does this.

better still, i have an html 5 quiz maker app that is responsive for mobile users which can be useful for this purpose. it also has option to convert it into a desktop app too.it has option to set time limit for questions to be answered. this Is not a plugin. see of the quiz i made with it below

using PayPal for business has high risk especially when such biz is handled by Nigerian. since you are going through third party braintree, you can give it a try as the balance will be paid to the third party PayPal which you can then withdraw via their payment method available

if it is not Google Adsense which is approved, then it's from the theme you are using. so change it.

your focus now should be how you can receive your Adsense pin first before payment. you can always hold payment until you are ready.

so after fully verified using the pin, then you can link your account. best is to get domiciliary account to enable you receive dollar payment

hmm its better you upload via the wordpress dashboard and see if error displays or not. that, you are certain the theme/plugin wont give you problem letter. if you do via cpanel, your site my develop a problem you cant trace.

what are you saying. any plugin error can be trace to the plugin . one can fix it by changing the plugin folder or remove it via Chanel too. Cpanel upload still remains the best without size limit issue except he has access to the .htaccess file

just upload to theme folder via Cpanel or filezilla as zip. then extract it. that I'd the easier way without issues

So you will advice someone who owns a business of 50k to spend money on building a website. do you actually know that what matter most in business is sales. sales. sales. sales. sales. If your online presence cannot generate sales in 1 year, then its rubbish.

having an online presence can be done using social media alone, not necessary you have a website when your website cannot even give you sales in 1 year. do you even know the enormous task required to promote your website? to make it rank higher on search engine? creating contents that might not be seen by 10people globally? I've been in this business for sometimes and I'll advice the poster to work on getting customers first and generating sales before wasting his little cash on websites.

imagine if he sells stuffs and he encourages his buyers to go to his website to place order. this is not seo but word of mouth. they place the order on his site and pay via ATM card. he delivers. is that not good for business even if it is not SEO optimized. content marketing can take the place of seo. people search for stuffs and don't be surprise that they will bump into his site due to some LSI keyword he used without even knowing he did.
