Hi Nairalanders, I am having problem of verification of phone number with my American PayPal. I open this PayPal account with Texas address that I got online and a none functional phone number, the issue is that the PayPal noticed different IP and ask that I verify with the phone number that I provided to show that I am the person logging in into the Account and I don't know how to go about this since I know that it's not functional and any code sent to me will not get to me,pls is their a way I can change the number and is their any app that gives USA numbers which you can use to receive text messages.

I don't want to loose this account and the money in this PayPal account, Places help.

this is 2018 and lots of online service have upgraded their security. I will never advice my enemy to operate a PayPal account without real phone number because phone verification is now one of PayPal way to reduce those who fake users.

the PayPal is gone. lost one of mine due to this. now I know better. anyone who teach you PayPal and said you should use dummy number, will only end up getting your account limited.

lately web4africa is acting weired with their dealings . I paid #4800 for renewal of someone's domain for 1 year on their platform , first attempt failed using current account via gtweb pay online payment gateway . so I tried using savings account and it went successfully.

unknown to me, the failed transaction was debited #4800 which is total #9600. this was since December 27th 2017. uptil now no response from them regarding what happened to the cash debited. they just sent a message saying they have contacted gtbank.

nothing else. their platform is becoming something else as making online payment is not safe anymore. double charges without refund and no response . their support since this new year sucks .you hardly get response. I don't know if it is due to their newly launched interface . they really disappointed me.

to think I wanted to purchase an hosting from them, I got discouraged due to the issue at hand and went for gauranntor hosting

otp is your card transaction details my friend. Gtb will send it to u while transacting online. Use your brother Gtb card without otp for online transaction to know what am talking about. For u to use another person card online without otp, u will go extra miles which will even cost u more.

most site doesn't require such to complete transactions . if you think they use otp, then you will end up getting your cash zapped thinking they need otp to complete transactions

even without pin someone can still make use of the card on foreign sites . cvv2 is even more important than pin when shopping online. its not every site that requires atm pin to complete transactions.

ive configured gmail with wp mail.but emails sent from wihin the website are not getting delivered but those sent from within wordpress are. wordpress and my site files are in the same folder.

if its asking for pin, then try the puk code on the sim pack since you want to lock the sim. wouldn't advice locking sim because you lost the sim pack, it will be another case.
