TayserMahiri: Why u go slap me now? I thought we better than them in many things like wildlife, cool weather, living expenses, even Nyama Choma ! I just joined you for a ride in the velociraptor and looked fun
TayserMahiri: lol man, you caught me mentioning your name. I agree with you brother, Africans, and in particular Nigerians (no pun) need to travel and maybe see what they can do better. We have been busy here trying to inculcate some sense of responsibility on these people because it is our collective duty to wake the sleeping giant. Anyway, how was Dubz man? what was better than Kenya? I heard Nigerians were banned from Dubai after some of them broke into a bank and stole cash. Was that true? Clearly if you went the story might have been fabricated. Did you return to Naija or to Kenya?
I think it depends on your travel agent and the reputation they have. I think you shouldn't have asked " what's better than Kenya in Dubai" or I go slap you! I had a good time and I went to the IMG world ( theme park and rides), it was the scariest thing to do when I rode the "velociraptor" . Spent a week there and it was fabulous.

TayserMahiri: I bet a good number of Nairalanders have already visited Kenya by now and several more are planning to visit. Like the Bedlam guy
Lol. I think that's true but it's for the good and when they visit Other African countries, their mentality might change for the better and hopefully they will be demanding good governance or say if they become leaders of tomorrow, they will know what to do to better their lives and that of their fellow countrymen. I just returned from the UAE but decided to keep that on the low since that's a popular destination for Nigerians.
tdayof: Wonderful. What I want to see is manufacturing of technological products. Seems we're running away from that.
That will take years and amkunt if money to achieve as we would have to start from the primary school level. Our education system don't have regulators, researchers etc. It's been like this since 1969.
lonelydora: It is impossible for a first timer to overcome anxiety. Reminds me of one elderly woman who was flying for the frustration time. If not for her daughter who was calming her down, the Shouts of blood of Jesus in that flight that day can cleanse the sins of Nigerians.
Turbulence get level. Even frequent fliers get scared when shit hits roof.
This is most foolish write up I've read in recent times. WTF! Are you that shallow ? Where do you draw your data from? The fact you are writing from a slum called Bariga tells me how people in that demographic reason. I will pass!
Nothing is wrong with it Bros, I just cover am for sake of attackers. . I can do 300 but I left for the UAE today so can we do it when I return next week ?
Tinyemeka: More evidence to prove that the current finance minister is clearly out of her depth.
The govt has no business in running airports, for real! Most things should be given to the states. Every state should manage all roads in their "territory" and there's lots more I don't even want to mention. Just to be in control, presidents have failed to see how this country can move forward by putting power in the hands of the states.
obembet: Thank God, our eyes don dey open, NASS is the major problem we have in this nation... They only pass bill that Favour thier pocket
What law ? If Buhari can detain Dasuki against what the law states then he has no problem using the money for anything meaningfu! If Buhari can sanction the Zaria massacre then he has no problem using the money as well. They only consider the law when it's for the good of the citizens. This same govt is backing Custom officer that's flouting the law. The only reason they haven't used that money is either the money is not there or it's in there pocket already.
