RoliA: I shared my first refusal notes. They made the error, they referred to me as a male which I refuted in my second application.
Lol, I provided salary statement using MBS, even attached payslips and promotion letter The more reason you should go for JR why will they refer to you as male when otherwise. More evidence to show they weren’t thorough with your application |

EmeeNaka: Appeal is too expensive and wastes time. She should Reapply instead. It doesn’t waste time bro And it is worth it by far. How many repackaging does he want to do after all this evidence of financial support. Contact an immigration lawyer @RollyA Let them tell you how strong your chances are and if they’re truly strong Go ahead for JR. don’t wast time please |

EmeeNaka: This is so painful to read. I must say that you did your best this time. But, it has happened and there is no other way to reverse it than to repackage your application for Resubmission. I will recommend you contact Frankrobbn1 this time around. He will surely find a way around this. So sorry for this outcome. In fact, your application is more packaged than my own, so already I am gonna have a sleepless nights for days to come. My hope now will be on God and not my package. @RollyA Please don’t go for resubmission Go for Judicial Review straight up! |

childgodly: I sent a mail to the MP and this was the response:
Thanks for your correspondence to Mr. Harris’ office.
We are unable to send enquiries on overseas application due to volume. We have asked Nairobi VAC to generally proceed with these applications.
Hopefully yours and other applications will be processed soon and we will be happy to help when you arrive in Canada should you need anything. I recommend that you get in touch with your educational institution to let them know that you have not received a response yet. Some MP’s have stopped making enquiries on behalf of applicants due to volume. There was a time Jack Harris’ office helped me to inquire about my application around mid June. I guessed his office has stopped doing so. You can reach out to other MP’s maybe you’ll get a positive response |

Abimbola15: please guys i need help. Please we changed the dli before any new policy of chnaging school outside canada was made. If you are 100% certain of this You can raise a webform giving valid reasons for your actions. You might have a point if the quoted above is 100% true. If IRCC doesn’t honor your request, you’d have to start processing another study permit application But then your passport has been stamped I don’t know how IRCC would go about that I’ll suggest you start preparing another application |

Abimbola15: Goodafternoon! Please i would love if you respond to my dm. My sisters was refused to fly today. She made a change to her dli on feb 3rd 2021. When she got to the airport they mentioned that she couldnt fly because her travel visa document is tied to the old dli. She was refused to fly! What do we do? Im really distraught. Ild really appreciate if you respond. IRCC has always clearly instructed to inform them in case of a change in DLI I know that there is a provision to switch DLI for those who have started schooling in Canada. I don’t know if you can reach out to IRCC explaining your situation. Let the gurus give some advice |

Tarama: Hi guys,
I have attached my refusal notes below, please help on how to respond.
Profile: I applied for PGD in Advanced Business Management, and I work in a bank, previous degree in Finance. Wrote a detailed study plan to explain how the degree will help with career.
Have siblings in US and Canada.
Dont understand the employment part cos I have a good job here and showed documents to prove this.
@Lekiboboe @JustMellow @Frankrobbn1 To be honest if you were refused only based on the fact that you have strong family ties in US/Canada. I’d have said Judicial Review straight up because that is an unreasonable reason for refusal |

Maccollins21: Congratulations dear. Been looking forward to your testimony, may Canada favor u Dear Nairaland family,
It has finally dropped ooooo! Glory be to God Almighty!!!!
Sister's application AOR: Feb 11 2021 Program: Practical nursing May 2021 (Sheridan college)- clearly can't go for May 2021 anymore due to delay, will go for Jan 2022 session! Upfront medical : April 28, 2021 ( we said let's do medical to see if it will speed things up, lol jokes) Medical passed: June 14, 2021 (just see how long it took them to update medical!) Eligibility started: July 23, 2021 PPR and correspondence letter: this morning July 27th @ 4:34am!
What a wait! Basically this application took 5 months and 16 days. I remember I considered withdrawing the application at some point, but you all encouraged me to hold on! During this waiting period, 3 gcms notes were ordered and the fourth one has been ordered as well. All the gcms notes received didn't have much info as eligibility was blank. Each time I got the gcms notes, I was always disappointed that eligibility was blank. Now that I think of it, I guess it's not a bad thing...
I just want to use this medium to thank everyone for their support through out this journey! This is a wonderful platform and we all draw strength and hope from one another! One thing that helped me during the long wait was seeing other people's approval postings. I was always encouraged by those success stories. I remember telling myself that my testimony was near when DD097 and demure got approved as we all applied around the same time and faced this delay..
In short, this is a wonderful platform and I hope more people get to know about the wonderful support we have here! Thanks to all the gurus and everyone that tries to assist others with their questions! If you have any questions for me , please feel free to ask here so others can learn from it ! I'm rooting for all my co- February applicants and any one with a delayed application and of course everyone on here , that you will all get a favourable response soon in Jesus name!
Cheers to more success stories ! Been looking forward to your PPR FINALLY!!!! A very big congratulations to you |

Foski01: The Eagle has landed.. PPR guys! It came in yesterday.
Already differed to January 2022.
2nd application Applied Dec 28th, 2020
NSE request Jan 4th 2021 I opted out: did nothing and allowed the 30days reply period elapse.
Got an update on the official receipt of application and commencement of processing of application 8th Feb 2021.
My program was to resume 17th May, 2021. Got no response. I lost hope. Started preparing for yet another application for September and hoped to apply to other countries because I definitely had to leave this country. I dragged my feet rather than differ immediately hence Sept 2021 was filled and had to differ to Jan 2022.
Applied gcms 20th May... silly me, should have done that earlier... ( felt like they abandoned by application until the 3rd party company asked for an update on the application)
Medical request came June 3rd 2021,
Did medicals 17th, June. Medicals updated: passed 22nd June.
Passport request (PPR) 24th.
I'm currently in lagos what company is most reliable to send documents? Where should it be sent and how much..
Pls help guys... thanks. Big congratulations |
