@ mytestimony, I don't have morning sickness but "evening sickness" too . My doctor says all is well and the sickness is going down too.

@ lovinam, thanks so much. It's getting better by the day just that I now feel I carry a baby in me. It's no more the usual way my belly feel kinda empty. @splendflex, I also had a swollen leg at week 4 and I was afraid. I went to the clinic and I was asked to do "urine analysis" which was done at a cost of 600 or 1000 cos I haven't register for antenatal wen it happened. The result came out and it read that I had "trace of protein " in my urine. I was advised to start taking protein in moderation. And it went down within two weeks cos I took little protein for like a week. Now I make sure I eat balance diet. Lest I forget, you need to register for antenatal as soon as possible. It's never too early to start antenatal. There was a day I had appointment with the doctor cos I registered in a govt. Hospital. The nurses that are to first attend to us who are to do urine test, temperature, bp, weight, height and the likes gave a kind of look cos I told her I was 5weeks and she was like "5weeks or 15weeks" and I repeated what I said. She just did as if there is a specific stage for registration but I care less abt her attitude. But let me be sincere with you, it pays to start antenatal early cos "NO TWO PREGNANCIES ARE THE SAME" let your doctor be your guide. Thanks.

@ mytestimony, when I was 7weeks, it was as if I was the only pregnant lady in the world cos all things changed. I kept a calender beside me and the only thing I do is count days and browse abt early stage pregnancy. It wasn't easy cos my hubby isn't even around so no one to share the pain with. I took in immediately after my wedding and the morning sickness started before I could resume back to work. Pregnancy changes one alot,infact I had to cut my hair wen headache became my best friend. During the most difficult time, I ran to this forum cos I ve been a silent follower . I read alot and I had more knowledge abt first trimester and my seniors encouraged me that it will soon be over and now I'm better and I mean better. So just hang on and try your best with your drugs and eat the little you can. Before you know it, you are encouraging someone as I'm doing right now. Congratulations once again and I believe God won't fail us. @ All the mamas in the house, thanks so much for the contributions u ve all made to this thread to make it a book great job you are all doing here. @ mytestimony, food I managed to eat? Hmmnnn! A great question. For breakfast,its rice and stew(pepper+vegetableoil+maggi+ salt) and lunch is amala and ewedu( just ewedu only). Later, crayfish was added to the rice stew. And lunch graduated to eba and okro( ila alasepo + crayfish). I was on that for like 2weeks and then graduated to yam and veg.oil and lunch changed to eba + okro+ stew+ titus fish. For like seven weeks,my life evolve round this food till 14th week that I stopped vomiting. I ve included,moinmoin, yam and egg,beans and plantain, amala and gbegiri, little turkey and chicken, apple.

@ mytestimony, I pray we all carry to term in Jesus name. During my first trimester, I couldn't help but take the cold water o nt minding what effect it had on me nor the baby cos that's the only saviour I had den. To my amazement, one evening as I woke up and felt thirsty and I just carried my bottle from the freezer as usual,i opened it and put my mouth to drink and it tasted like paracetamol. Since then,i ve nt been able to drink water from the fridge let alone the one in the freezer. This is my first too and the days seems to be going very slow though I'm feeling better by the day. What stage are you now?

@ my testimony, Hmmnnn! I went thru what made me almost got tired of even being pregnant. I could only eat from morning till 2pm and anything taken after that time MUST be vomited. I grew lean and weak that I couldn't go to work anymore. My spit a day will full two 75cl water bottle. And vomiting isn't making food stay. I was on iced block/very cold water all thru. Then I called my doctor to tell him I don't think I can continue with this my state cos I'm always vomiting and I feel very hungry but I couldn't eat. then he asked me to try avomine if I will be lucky to have it work for me. I sent for it that same night and to the glory of God,i ve not vomited since den and I now eat very well. Talk to ur doctor to check if u can use it sha o and pray it will work cos wen I Googled it,some pregnant women said it didn't work for them. I'm now 15weeks gone

Mamas in the house, no one has responded concerning the pain I feel in my left arm.its as if the bone is broken inside. The pain keeps moving from upper arm to lower arm. Despite rubbing with different ointments,it still refuse to go. Has anyone experience this before? Thanks to you all.

Mamas, please is having pain in the arm part of what I'm to cope wit? The pain has been there for some days now. Thanks. @ amjane, Pele o, they said the sickness will soon be over in the first trimester so let's keep our fingers crossed with the calender by our side.

. Thanks. My own problems is that anything that stops the saliva will make me vomit in few minutes. The saliva are really telling me that they must come out.

Hello mamas, I ve been a silent follower before I got married but just waiting for the day to come b4 I officially join all my senior mamas. I'm 11wks gone now. Please wen will this first trimester stop o cos the pain and stress of this 24/7 sickness has really dealt with me. I hope it will be over in 12weeks? Also,the saliva thing is just a big nut to crack. Nothing is working for me as regard that. I don tire

I'm so so grateful to God today. I bought my Z10 from affordables as I said earlier today. I was on my way home and my mind told me to give a beggar I saw on the road money,I willingly gave him 200 and I thank God for providing money to buy the phone then as I walk past the bridge, I started feeling uncomfortable and my mind told me to remove the phone and the receipt from the pack which I did and put it directly into my bag. As I entered bus and dropped@ my bus stop,the phone pack don move away without me knowing how. I'm so happy the thief carried only the accessory. It would have been a disaster if I lost the new phone to a thief just like that. Whether na jazz the person use sef,I dnt knw cos all just happened "suddenly"

the very first batch of Z10s were released with 10.0.0.XXXX OS since then 10.1.X.XXXX, 10.1.X.XXXX MR and now 10.2.0.424 has been officially released

depending on when the device you pick is manufactured, the current official available at that time will be what is loaded on it, so all you have to look for is the OS installed on the pack. i don't expect you to find anything more than 10.1.X.XXXX because Z10 is most probably not being manufactured again...the reason for that is that Q10, Q5 and now Z30 have all been released after Z10.

point is, don't worry yourself about what the out-of-the-box OS is, you will still need to update to the latest OS once you pull it out of the pack
