How can the constitution says someone who wants to contest for post of governor or president must have senior school certificate but nowadays if graduates are looking for employment they will say minimum of second class upper.

Infact u are not alone on this. A Governor or President need just O'level. While a job of 70k go dey require 2nd class upper and some years working experience.

Im sure there were repayment plan agreed with the banks. What Buhari is trying to do now is swoop on them and demand they pay everything in the name of fighting corruption. Same thing he did with TSA that took us into recession. We are about to repeat that circle again.

I said politics aside. Am neither a Buhari fan or PDP. But seems u just dislike or hate anything related to Buhari. I still cant read a statement that claims the money will be paid once. If these banks aren't dubious, for the past 13yrs they should av started paying up. They short-pay so many staffs , with so many unreasonable charges imposed on the masses, and u see most of their top guns living large. The money must be returned but in a flexible way over a given period of time.

But sometimes you cannot even blame the beneficiaries; when their stipends are not being paid as at when due, you expect them to find a strategy that works. It's almost the end of August and they are yet to receive July stipend while the government fixed the little stipend to generate more returns for them. What's the difference between the two parties? WAYO for WAYO. If the government can change their ways, may be the beneficiaries too would be more serious with it.

Now this is it. How do they expect beneficiaries to cope if they dont have another source of income ? No reasonable youth should rely on just npower for survival. Just like telling osun states workers not to have a side hustle despite the challenges they have with getting paid. To whom much is given, much is expected. But to whom little is given, little is expected. Even Niger/Delta guys doing nothing collect stipends monthly. So npower should encourage peeps who combine, as far as they can still meet up with npower task
