I brush my teeth everyday. Let me explain how my brain works: if an action does not have a noticeable consequence, I do not have a motivation to do it. I only do stuff that matter. For example, I brush everyday because if not my mouth will smell and I will be embarrassed. ON the other hand, my boxers does not smell and I am the only one that knows that I wore it the day before so I have no motivation to change as I have nothing to lose. Its not like I will get a disease or something. And when it smells, I just douse it with perfume. Chikena. Any one has a similar brain to mine?

While it is unhealthy for fans to resort to violence because of their support for a club, I think it is unwise to try to mandate support for Nigerian League. If it is good enough, people will fall for it. Ask yourself, why do people support European football the most and not American soccer or the Brazilian league or the Argentinian League. It is simple: European club football is the best. In fact, I will rather watch a televised match from the South African or Egyptian league than a match from the Nigerian League because by and large the quality of football and the coverage leave much to be desired. So instead of asking people to just switch to the Nigerian league, the league should become good enough for people to consider switching and following Nigerian league.


Nigerians did not suddenly start to like Nigerian hip-hop and R&B over the foreign ones. They did so because the quality of our music improved. Where we used to have Eedris Abdulkareem we no have MI.
