By my calculation, sir you were too early to take short position on BCH, investors haven't fully made up their mind to dump yet.

However if you wait a little longer — from now till midnight, they will give up hope and then, your BCH trade will begin to yield result.

If I have time, I might short this same BCH to see how much I can get from it.

after this update. I have to admit that I couldn't continue because lots of factors crystalized at the same time.

I keep track of the sto ck market spotting partterns and charts both local and international markets and at the same time, I was busy with my investors. So I didn't want to lose focus getting distracted by the futures trade or ignoring it.

I just had to exit the trade and went to on to focus on my investors and at same time tracking patterns in the U.S st ock market.

Start investing, even if you don't know anything about investment.

Just move some part of your savings into a money market fund and always contribute to it as you earn.

You will thank yourself when you get to 30s and 40s

chief, I just checked this market.

On a 12 hour time frame, you will see both distribution and consolidation happening at the same time.

Why is that?

The whale who pumped didn't completely leave, he/they are playing mind games to see if more huge money will come on board, if this consolidation happens far too long and no huge money comes into the market, the whale will finally take the remaining profit and the rally will end.

It's a risky bet at this point.

The lady went too hard on GTCO such that it will make you think GTCO is about to collapse.

I had to go do my own deep dive to find out that GTCO was only changing strategy to earn.

Previously they earned by packing more money into investment securities to earn but now they seem to want to be earning via core business which is loans but they are being cautious about it due to Nigeria unstable macros, that was why their margin dropped in H1 result.

That lady that wrote that GTCO article is a fearmonger and farming for clicks

I’m someone who isn’t ashamed of being single.

I’m 36, and I’ll be 37 in December.

The honest truth is that I’m single. I’m not currently dating anyone. It’s not because I don’t ask women out—I do. But I’m not someone who enjoys talking too much, and sometimes the thought of having to constantly communicate, explain myself, and maintain a relationship feels stressful to me. Maybe that is one of the reasons I have remained single for this long.

My lifestyle is also very regimented. I have a routine that is so predictable that someone can almost tell when I’m at home and when I’m not.

Money is another major issue.

I currently earn ₦200,000 a month before tax, and I don’t have a side hustle at the moment. Sometimes I look at my income and wonder how I’m supposed to build the kind of life people expect from someone approaching 40.

I have even lied about being in a relationship when I know I’m not.

I’ve told people I have two children, even though I have never had children. I did it because I wanted people to stop asking questions and putting pressure on me. But ironically, while trying to escape other people’s expectations, I think I have ended up putting even more pressure on myself.

For a long time, I genuinely enjoyed being single.

The peace was beautiful.

No relationship drama. No constant explanations. No arguments. No pressure.

But lately, that peace is beginning to feel like loneliness.

I miss having someone.

And that is difficult for me to admit.

Another thing about me is that I give up easily on relationships. I can enter a relationship today and, a month later, lose interest and walk away without even properly explaining to the woman why I’m leaving.

I know that isn't a good quality.

My life has also been somewhat of a slow journey.

I started school at 11. I finished secondary school at 22. I completed tertiary education at 32. I started my teaching job earning ₦20,000 a month, and today, at 36, I earn ₦200,000.

You would think that increasing my income would make life easier.

But every time my income increases, inflation seems to move the goalpost.

What used to feel like enough no longer feels like enough.

And then there is friendship.

I have always struggled with keeping friends. Even as a child, I realised I didn't really have a flair for friendship. Today, I honestly don't have anyone I can confidently call my close friend.

I even remember a time when I would give people money just so they would play with me.

Looking back, that hurts.

I don't drink. I don't smoke. I don't party. I don't womanise.

At work, I joke around, interact with people and eat good food. From the outside, I probably look like someone who is doing just fine.

But deep down, there is a part of me that genuinely misses being in a relationship.

I can go an entire month without making or receiving a personal phone call. Most of the calls I receive or make are work-related because I’m one of the leaders at my workplace.

Sometimes I wonder how I got here.

I don't think I’m a bad person.

I don't think I’m unattractive.

I don't think I’m incapable of loving someone.

Maybe I just became too comfortable being alone.

Maybe I have built such a structured and independent life that making room for another person now feels difficult.

Or maybe I simply haven't figured out how to balance my personality, finances, career, friendships and relationships.

I don't know.

But lately, being single doesn't feel as peaceful as it used to.

It is starting to feel a little boring.

So I’m genuinely asking:

Are there other men who are like this?

Men in their 30s who don't drink, smoke, party or womanise.

Men who have very few or no close friends.

Men who have become so comfortable being alone that they don't know how to let someone into their lives.

Men who are not necessarily unhappy, but deep down, still miss having someone to come home to.

I’d really like to hear from you.

strip all the routine you do that makes you stay grounded to feel comfortable living alone.

The real fact of the matter is, your low income is keeping you to live on low spending margin, so anything that takes you out of that comfort zone will irritate you subconsciously which will then make you retreat into your shell of loneliness.

Relationship of any form with another human requires maintenance and money is mostly involved so — don't spend on maintenance means living comfortably with yourself.

Honestly I'm a fan of I legend, what's happening now shows that the financial market can not be easily predicted if you claim or think you know.

The truth of the matter is, the market place is filled with all manner of players with different strategies to outdo each other and win. So you can't predict every one behavior in the market.

Even Quant traders have losing streak and winning streak so seeing ilegend put out those predictions claims was ridiculous but he won't be the first, it was his arrogance for his ignorance that made him stand out.

what's even funny is the box analysis guy would still be holding on to his short position — that is if it isn't liquidated already.

The dude's confidence earned him faithful disciples and fans here and them not knowing that the market is a dynamic place and there are forces that moves the market both covert and overt.

All those times, I was having some sort of back and forth argument with the ilegend guy, what was indeed happening then was the market was undergoing massive accumulation phase on institutional scale.

I was just waiting patiently for the mark up phase to happen so I would hear what he would say. But sadly, he is no where to be found anymore. And he has begun a regular day job

It use to, but not anymore, Nigeria inflation is currently at 15% as released by the CBN last quarter.

While core inflation seems to cool off, food inflation is still very much sticky, when you factor that in to a family of 4 (an average family in Nigeria), you would realize, food takes a huge chunk of that 500k, not to mention other home expenses and operational cost for running the house.

It will be advised for the wife of a man who earns 500k to get her hands busy with a business or job to support her husband because if the man continues within this pay range and home economics keeps expanding, and the country inflation keeps worsening, then the man will definitely do things that will cut his life short either through hight blood pressure or get caught compromising standards to make ends meet and cater for family.

You won't ever be bored with a girl who portrays herself as asset — cooks, clean, doesn't make you spend excessively, go to market together to buy foodstuff and actively make things happen around you and s ex is fun. Even if you get bored, you are willing to endure her stay because you know one day, she may end up as your wife.

However,

If a girl you secretly loathe due to her excesses, like ordering food at your place, being a liability, draining your WiFi to download all the movies in this world, doesn't clean, makes you spend money unnecessarily, keeping an unmerited standard, can't keep an intellectual conversation etc, trust me brother, after post nut clarity, you would begin to want to get rid of her because you now see her for what she is and can't stand her for long.
