Good morning everyone please I need help, anytime I'm eating within minutes of eating I will vomit it, sometimes while eating hiccup will start and next will be vomiting, if I drink water before eating or drink water while eating I will also vomit please note this vomit rush out with full pressure from my mouth.

This thing have been happening over 2 years now the pharmacist friend of mine said it's WARM I took warm medicine the thing stopped for like 2 weeks then it started again.
Because of this I've stopped eating outside if I go work and because I leave house to work early I only eat once a day which is anytime I come back at night even at that I'll vomit while eating. Another thing to note is after vomiting I can then eat the food and drink water nothing will happen again.


Please doctors in the house don't mind my English I need help I want to visit hospital today who know what might be the cause of this ?



I have stopped alcohol since over 2 years this thing started.

I don't smoke oh

Because of this I've slimmed down I'm getting scared.

I've done done, series of taste and they said I'm ok. But I've not gone to hospital though.

Go to hospital and see a gastroenterologist. You need an endoscopy.

Rev. Benjamin Madu, a Catholic priest who was set to return to his native Nigeria by order of the Trump administration, has died, leaving his North Shore parish in grief.

A Roman Catholic priest from Nigeria who'd been preparing to leave the United States over a visa issue died last week, according to church officials in Massachusetts, where he'd been serving as a hospital chaplain for several years.

Rev. Benjamin Madu, of the Diocese of Abakaliki, died Thursday, according to an announcement from pastor Father Jim Achadinha of the Catholic community of Gloucester and Rockport, calling it a "devastating loss."

Achadinha said that Madu "served Holy Family Parish and Our Lady of Good Voyage Parish with true joy, kindness, and generosity."

The church and local law enforcement officials haven't released information on Madu's death, but a representative of the Essex County District Attorney's Office said foul play was not suspected. He was due to undergo an autopsy as of Monday, while officials worked to contact relatives of Madu's, believed to be in Nigeria.

A person familiar with the matter told NBC News that Madu died by suicide. The person said that Madu had been to his home country twice in the past few years around the holidays, in 2024 and 2025.

The head of the Archdiocese of Boston, Archbishop Richard Henning, shared a statement extending "our prayers and heartfelt condolences to his family, brother priests and friends in Nigeria as well as the many people Fr. Benjamin Madu ministered to here in Cape Ann and at Salem Hospital."

Madu had been a chaplain, primarily at the hospital, since 2021, according to the archdiocese. Tuesday would have been his 25th anniversary of being ordained to the priesthood, which took place at the St. Theresa Cathedral Abakaliki, in Nigeria's Ebonyi State.

He was due to return to Nigeria this month because his visa was expiring; the archdiocese had said he was instructed by his home diocese to return in early July instead of at the end of the month, as Madu had planned.

Under U.S. Department of Homeland Security regulations, Madu had to leave the country to renew his religious worker visa, known as R-1, which was expiring this July 29, according to church officials. The department recently waived a prior requirement that R-1 recipients wait a full year to apply for renewal; however, Nigeria is one of 75 countries for which the federal government has suspended processing some immigration cases, limiting the church's options for keeping Madu in the U.S. legally.


A popular priest who serves Gloucester and Rockport is being forced to leave the country as the clock runs out on his visa, leaving parishioners worried about what happens next.
In a goodbye message shared with the community that was posted to the Gloucester and Rockport parishes' website, Madu shared a bit about his experience with the community and approach to his role in the church, as well as a discussion about returning to Nigeria.

"Sincerely, it is not my wish to return home right now, but circumstances beyond my control have warranted that my time in the United States come to an end. My heart is broken, yet my joy remains," he wrote, adding that he'd gladly return to minister and will miss the community.

The announcement last month that Madu, whom parishioners called "Father Ben," was set to leave had caught many in the congregation off guard.

Church leaders have previously said that the priest was serving at St. Ann’s and Our Lady of Good Voyage in Gloucester as well as St. Joachim’s in Rockport while also working as a chaplain at Salem Hospital, supporting patients and families during some of their most difficult moments.

my narration may be long but please bear with me. i'm the type that loves keeping things low-key, minding my business and staying on my lane. I don't look for people's trouble but that doesn't mean if they look for mine i won't double it.

anyways long story short. i moved in into my present compound, mostly tenants here are family people. Apart exchanging pleasantries "Good morning",and "Good evening", i don't talk to any fellow tenant. and as someone who mostly works remote and into crypto, e no go hard them to tag me one name i just day my day.

so after like 2 or 3 months i parked in, then moved in a single lady that should be probably in her mid or late 30s but body her body na killer. she's always own her lane, goes to work early and back by evening,she constant keeps straight face and hardly greet or talk to anyone but a little soft when it's me. later i started noticing her kind of dodoyo eye contact.

i wasn't much surprise, one evening while i standing beside front of our estate's gate with the delivery bike-man receiving my package. as she was returning back from work, she walked up to me there and asked if i have eaten shawarma pointing one shawarma spot opposite end. saying yesterday was her first time trying their's and since then she haven't been her self...(in my mind was like why are you tell me all this or should i go and fight them?)....and that her day was hectic with diarrhea and fever all join. as we where going in, i asked hope she have taken medicine atlest to stop the running stomach she said yes but the ones she took ain't that effective and wants to get another one. i then told and directed her to a big pharmacy in our area, that after she gets home and freshens up she can go there and get the medicine. but she then insist that i must follow her, that she's tired and we going together will energize her. inside my mind i just smiled and talking inside me "watin u dey find for sokoto no worry e dey inside my shokoto, body go tell you soon". i didn't give her a forward answer i told her i'm going in, to try the package i just receive and do some few things but when she's done she can come to my apartment to call me if i'm less busy by then i will escort her to the pharmacy.

so from that very day that's how me and she became close, we started running parol and i dey constantly give her watin no good.. within me i know fully nothing is attached . my own is to keep the engine running for her Mr.Right to come drive the car away. i later got to know she's a bank in a top position too and she gallant well well. she has a large heart unless i didn't ask. her net worth can relocated family of 5 to US and they would hit the ground running immediately ..everything was matured and going smoothly but the only problem is the she's against us using bulletproof whenever we want to go to war cos she likes it raw...to my own understanding she's no longer a baby she will be tiding things up care of herself and taking after pills.

Trust me as a Kenyan, am starting to see things through the eyes of South Africans. I watched a video of those illegal miners who chase people out of their land. It’s sickening. The Somali influx in Nairobi is worrisome. Corrupt government officials been giving them ID & Kenyan passports. These are the same people who over time bombed our country and attacked Kenyans even in colleges & buses.

As I said, I was upset after the initial post. However a 2nd post came where the lady said that it was a skit. Trust me that as a lady, if you had listened to the arrogance in that guy’s voice, you’d have been furious. Some other grammatical errors I’ve noticed over time.
Someone will say,
1. “can you wear her that dress?” to mean, could you help her put on her dress?
2. I borrowed my friend some money when they actually mean that they lend the friend money. Borrower is the one receiving, lender is the one giving.
3. Go find something doing . As in go find something to do .
The other issue is ed in a sentence especially past tense.
Eg how is your love one doing? LOVED

I am a type that when I love ppl, I love them wholeheartedly..to the extent that I will give in all my best to them.. be it family members or non. When I tell you I gat your back, then I truly mean it. But the problem now is, when these ppl hurt me. I don't know how to handle it, I don't even know if I will call it unforgiving spirit or maybe cause I remember things alot, I will surely not forget.

It's not as if I won't forgive them o, I will but, to make that relationship between me and that person smooth back.. it's not possible.. the distance will always be there.. tho before I get angry or pick offence it takes long, but once it happens like this! I know I have lost relationship with that soul.

Some of my relatives (extended fam) offended me, and since about 3 yrs now, these ppl have been sending different ppl just to beg me and talk to me etc.. in order to make things back, but it's just not working!. Cuz I know myself.

I have a question please. I just want to know if am the one not seeing this as I should or something.
So the thing is that my pregnant wife, currently in her 2nd trimester is making it look like I don't assist her enough even though I do help very often, even before she got pregnant. I don't see any big deal in it at all, I cook sometimes, do the whole house cleaning every now and then, and even help her wash her clothes sometimes. But I would say these days I haven't been helping out alot due to work schedule, not that I don't help at all, I still help whenever I can.

But in her own words, it's as if she wants me to do 80% of everything because of her condition. I didn't overreact or anything when she said it, but I was like what sort of talk is that.

I just want to know if she's right and I'm the one not seeing things as I should.

If you both can afford to hire a domestic manager to help with cooking, laundry & cleaning, that would ease the tension. You both come home tired. Pregnant people are usually tired and want may need extra sleep. Instead of coming to start cooking & cleaning, you can have someone do it. They can either leave with you or be coming everyday or few days a week.

Don’t forget that he’s on his final term. In a few years, there’ll be a new sheriff in town. Mark my words, he will pay back that money. He can use his executive power as president, but power is transient. Nothing lasts forever.

Something happened in my house this evening that’s been bothering me, and I’d like your honest advice.

My wife went out for a girls hangout. When she came back, she didn’t notice I was in the parking lot watching.

She called the gateman over, brought out her leg, and told him to remove her shoe. He took off the first canvas shoe, then the second. She didn’t notice I was there.

After he removed the shoes, she told him to take them to the cobbler for repair.

I just watched and didn’t say anything at the time. It looked to me like she was overusing the gateman, and it didn’t sit right with me.

Later, I called her aside and told her what she did was wrong but she said she didn’t know it was wrong and didn’t see the issue. I asked her what she meant by “it’s not wrong,” and she just repeated that she didn’t know.

Now I’m confused. I don’t know if I’m overreacting, overstepping, or making too much of it.

Nairalanders, please tell me honestly — is this wrong, or am I out of line here?

Some people when they get to a position of advantage over other people, they treat them like children of a lesser god. I’d not be surprised, if I heard that she grew up in a very humble home. She claims to not have known what she did was wrong.
She should be asked to take the watchman’s shoes off his feet & clean/polish them. Thereafter, she can give a report. I hate cruelty. How much more would she put a domestic staff through? You should install hidden cameras to monitor her behavior in your absence. Her behavior is a telltale sign of her poor character. Disrespect closes doors that even an apology may never open. That person could be her helper tomorrow.
