Is this love as exclaimed or love for his money?

Dear Jzhane,

Please keep me anonymous. I need advice,objective advice. I already know that the situation is dice and I do not need people to judge me. I need advice in order to help me make things right. I have been thinking of what to do and I did not know who to confide in.

I met this man about a year ago. We met on Instagram. We first started chatting and flirting until we found out we had a lot in common and before you knew it,we were dating. He was a kind man. We would chat every day on whats app. He sent me money to assist with my schooling,,my part time business and my rent.

He is in Nairobi while I am in Mombasa. As we progressed in our discussion,he owned up to me that he was married but he was going to leave his wife for me. I was shocked but he told me his marriage was over because,his wife cheated on him.

At this time,he already introduced me to his sisters and they also started talking to me on phone. They also assured me that the wife will be divorced and that their brother will marry me.

Out of curiosity,I found out the wife’s name and tracked her on social media. I was surprised because,she turned out to be someone I knew while I was in high school. She was friends with a cousin of mine. She has a son for this man that I am dating.

I once read it on Facebook about a woman who nags about everything her children and husband do at home.Not until when the husband sat her down and asked her the reasons for her actions that she told her husband that she was molested by three armed robbers when she was young.The case was later settled amicably.


Communication is the key.She might have been molested sexually in the past that made her to hate sex .Try to know more about her past.This might help.

Hello Madam J,

My wife said I should ask you this question because it has been causing plenty problems in our marriage. We have been married for about eight years and we have three children. The problems started from right when we got married but it has increased since we started having children.

Personally,I think my wife is selfish and no one should blame me if this marriage does not work. When we got married,I noticed she does not like sx. She always make up excuse for not wanting to have sx. It’s either she has headache or she is tired. Or when I am doing it,she will be like,are you not done,I am tired..etc. I was like,how did I land in this kind of situation?

And I was very disappointed because I waited until we got married before we had sx.
