In my case, let me tell u what we did. After disclosing 2 his guy who was our CJ in d faculty then, we advised her 2 fixed a date with d lecturer who's name was Mr Tile in his office. By this time he had given her carryover in his course. She fixed d date with him n dressed very sexy. It was 5pm.

We accompanied her 2 d office, but had 2 keep a distance frm d office while trailing her.

She made sure d lecturer pulled while she was half naked. She signaled us, and we forced ourselves in d office n started making videos.

He pleaded 4 leniency and asked that we name our price. Ours was 2 get him pant down n warned him 2 stay away frm her. If she carry over his course or any other course related 2 him, official complain will b made against him.

Since then, he kept his distance frm her n gave her an A in d carryover he gave her. If she truly love u, she will listen 2 u.

The only remedy left 4 atiku now is on Appeal n not right 4 subsequent matter in court of coordinate jurisdiction. And appeal has a time frame. Go back 2 d kindergarten!

Sapaona is issued by d court 2 compelled a public official( in d circumstance d university senior official eg registrar) 2 appear before d court and give evidence. When they sighted d affidavit deposed 2 by d university confirming Mr President as d alumnus of d school, they had 2 withdraw d sapaona and not d case. The court actually heard d case on it merit and accordingly dismissed same. The only alternative is 4 ATIKU 2 go on Appeal.

You can only challenge the procedures like where you are required to be served written consent to defend yourself but wasn't.

Stopping something means it can't happen, but the Legislature can be corrected to follow procedure laid down in the Constitution and not stopping the whole political process by a judicial fiat.
