Election petition is sui generis and it's criminal in nature. Being criminal in nature, u must prove specifically that:
1. The election that produced President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as President didn't comply substantially with d express provisions of d electoral act. In doing so, u must lead credible evidence to proof specifically ur allegation. This means that, u must call witnesses to specifically proof ur allegation of none compliance.

2. Peter Obi claimed he won d elections. Elections r conducted at d polling units across d country. From d above names of witnesses Peter Obi has called so far, how many of d polling units agents has so far given evidence that Peter Obi won in his/her polling unit. How many of d ward or local government agents of Peter Obi so far(frm d above names so far given evidence) given evidence that he actually won in those wards/LGAs and indeed states? The answer is none.

All those truck load of documents Pitobi took 2 court, will amount 2 dumping of documents in court because no witness give life 2 those documents.

The idea that there was glitches or not in d server is immaterial. Server is just a secondary documents. How about d primary documents (card reader) report? Who led evidence 2 that effect? Pitobi is just wasting his time n resources.

Bad case for Pandora Pitobi. If he had known, he wouldn't had brought d witness who later became Tinubu's witness.
