What about working with Google, Facebook, and other big techs to survey the Nigerian online space? You and I know that Google is already monitoring our online activities for their targeted ads — the reason you see ads related to the things you discussed on Whatsapp or other media the next day.

If they are serious about fighting cybercrimes, why can't they take advantage of online surveillance and other similar technologies?
