Nairalanders pls beware of this fraudster. He is a cheat. Note the moniker and the phone number; 0813 124 7313 What he does is that he uses a customised bulksms service named 'Dataservice' to send a doctored message that you have received the specified amount of Data you paid for. And that is all. You don't get anything. Ayan25, you even have the audacity to tell me that you did legover for me you have done snakebite for others, that this is football, anything can happen. You are too young to be doing this. You should cherish your life. But since you have chosen to take this path, you are not redeemable. And so you will never experience peace. Life will be miserable for you Normally, I wouldn't rain causes on you but I am human afterall. I am hurt and you deserve whatever comes your way in life. |

Hmmm. This is very sensitive and arguments on this matter can be explosive. However, God can never compromise his standards. " Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. 2 Timothy 2:19 KJV http://bible.com/1/2ti.2.19.KJ. While God will never renege his promises about the law of harvests (Genesis 8: 22 and many other verses that talked about this), he still hates sin or the fruits of sin. As we begin to get more exposed to the light of God's word, we will know what God truly desire from us. At this point we should know that tithe/first fruit payment is our responsibility and a show of commitment towards God and not the church or pastor. That a pastor doesn't question the source of your wealth doesn't mean God is not concerned about it. Again, concerning the things we do to make money e.g gambling, prostitution etc Our everyday lifestyle, like fashion, etc Apostle Paul already addressed this "All things are legitimate [permissible–and we are free to do anything we please], but not all things are helpful (expedient, profitable, and wholesome). All things are legitimate, but not all things are constructive [to character] and edifying [to spiritual life]. 1 Corinthians 10:23 AMPC http://bible.com/8/1co.10.23.AMPC You won't say because prostitution is legal In the netherlands, a prostitute who pays 10 percent of his/her proceeds will be acceptable before God. However, he/she still gets the reward for helping the poor, donating to charity, etc. Remember, "what shall It profit a man after he gains the whole world and loses his soul". Heaven is our target and not this world. Deep down within, we know the truth. But we don't want to acknowledge the truth we know . May God help us allShalom. |

This is good news. But to b honest, the glory should not be shared with with past administration. Yes, GEJ commissioned mills, Adesina gave out rice seedlings blablabla. Abeg make una spare us the details. If they were half as determined and serious about rice as this present administration, we would have stopped importing 'about to expire rice from Brazil and thailand'. Moreso, rice takes about 4 months to harvest. So why should you think GEJ's administration must be applauded? How do you even think these farmers would be able to compete with cheap imported rice that flooded the country? Do you even know that this rice initiative dates back to obasanjo's regime? Abi you have not heard of fadama projects? Fadama project eventually approved in 2008 by world Bank during Yar adua's time. I hope our Naija rice hits the markets nationwide soon. My prayer is that this recorded progress will be replicated in other areas that need urgent attention. |
PresidentAtiku:I will still prefer to pay 13k for naija made rice (the word 'local" is derogatory) than pay 9k for imported rice. Mind you, imported is just a bloated word; the rice kills more than it nourishes. We should know by now that depending on importation for some of this items (especially food, more especially rice) is plunging our economy into ruins. The extra 4k is the farmers' profits. He takes the 4k (or many 4k's) to the market to buy clothes, shoes, bags, belts etc, pays his children's school fees, afford to buy good textbooks for his children, pay electricity bills etc etc. The effect is like a web that affects the totality of our economy. I can go on and on but this rice initiative came just in the nick of time. God bless you. |
My prayer has always been like this: "The day wey beta tin/person/help go knock on my door, father, no make me use fineboy, oversabi, pride send am away". And like a sprinter, you have breasted the tape my Lady, and you have claimed the prize. May God bless your union. |
It is GT da Guitarman for me. Tracks like Ejika, No fear, Truly will be played on my wedding day . |
In my opinion, the youths are failing this country already and by the time they become 'the leaders of tomorrow', they will wreck greater havoc on this nation than the present leaders. What more do we need? The small animals needed someone to tie the predatory lion in his sleep, no one was courageous to do it. Here comes one of his cubs who has offered his help to the small animals. He told them his father's secrets and led them straight into his bedroom, but he looks back and discovered that none of the small animals followed him. Abdulahmed Jibrin is ready to give up everything for the sake of posterity. He knows the sooner Nigerians, especially the youths get it right, the better the future of the country. There is only so much the presidency (executive) can do, the legislature are deliberately stifling the growth of this nation. The judiciary aren't helping matters at all. Let's us show our concerns and our grievances by supporting Jibrin, by demanding transparency, accountability and justice from these cold-bloodded murderers called lawmakers. We have to grab the future in our hands this moment before it slips away again. This is the right time. Have we not been crying for a messiah? Have we not been complaining of this hardship? The youths have the advantage of numbers, raw energy and an unbridled hunger and zeal for results. Look at the testimony of hongkong today, the youths have overcome. They led the country out of the shackles of the greedy bastards. We should not let this golden moment/opportunity pass us. We need to march and move in our numbers. We need to protest against this wickedness of the highest order. Let us wake up today. #IStandWithJibrin. |
So they have been importing the uniforms all these years? Well it is never too late to start making the right decisions and of course doing the right things |
If you can drive a manual VERY WELL, you can go for it. Pls note the emphasised words. Manual is fun to drive. It keeps you concentrated at all times. You get to know your car better because you become one with it (my experience tho) and if you can drive one very well, even the gridlock in china or Mumbai shouldn't scare you talk less of lagos. If you want comfort and ease of driving for example in a fast paced and frenzy city like lagos, you can go for an Automatic. Driving itself is stress whether u drive a manual or automatic. But it is no longer stress for me because I enjoy it. Note: both come with their problems. You can't push start an automatic, say ur battery is down or ur ignition is faulty, but u can for manual. Gear selection problem is also common for automatic; it also happens to manual, but the good news for manual is that if it happens on the road and ur car stops, you can push it to the sides so that it won't cause traffic and u avoid curse and ridiculous words from crazy drivers. I love driving manual. Infact I am a competitive driver and it is fun to me; from braking to clutching to changing of gears . I stay with my uncle now and his cars are automatic. I just don't feel myself anymore while driving auto My advice is that you should go for manual if and only if you drive manual very well, otherwise go for an automatic. Albeit, you shouldn't joke with its maintenance and check up. Confide in a good and trusted mechanic/auto repairer. If you are getting a good grade car, you shouldn't have problems. But a periodic check and maintenance is key because it is not just about you, it is about you and the car. |
I think einstein is more inclined to the science of things than edison (the question why). Look at space-time curvature, relativity and many more theories he proposed Edison is a man of necessity. He is an inventor; an investor and entrepreneur, a very sharp one. He is a market mover and that explains why he had many patents (he bought some as well from other inventors). There was competition during his time and patenting made him steps ahead. If Edison hadn't invented those things, other people would have," DeGraaf told Live Science. . Both are science nerds, no doubt. Einstein is in his own world while edison is in another world. Edison vs Tesla would be more appropriate. http://www.livescience.com/46739-tesla-vs-edison-comparison.html |
iamord:Thanks for that insight. My brain was wired to think it came from naija Of course such a great menu would make one not question its origin given naija's unparalled taste and quality. A big thanks to the wollof tribe of senegal. The fact still stands; Naija jollof is the best. This thread should be themed Jollof rice. ![]() |
Girl360:No You don't get it at all . I thought you'd understand my point. Make we leave that matter for mathaias ![]() If Ghana jollof is better (as you claim), good for Ghana. But naija jollof transcends some red/orange-coloured rice; it is life, it is a sign of hope for owambe gate crashers and the uninvited guests, it is an aphrodisiac for the newly wedded couples , it is a confirmation that the host/celebrant and the guests are in good terms, it is a confirmation that you have forgiven that your deceased wicked uncle aroma itself sings panegyric praises to the dead , it is a covenant between you and your invited guests. And by the time you get to your house, you know that you've had a successful day/outing/occasion.Babe, you still have some doubts within u? Try Naija Jollof ![]() |
Girl360:What is all these eeeesh about Ghana Jollof? Do you know that Jollof rice has its origin in Naija? Any other Jollof can't beat this. Ok. Let's be realistic. Naija men eat naija Jollof and naija population is? Ghana men eat Ghana Jollof and Ghana population is? Now a lot can be inferred from this. But I won't state the obvious ![]() Babe, be careful ![]()

That's some crack dope shit. Correct guy. ![]() Beware!!! Many are mad, just few are roaming ![]() |
