Thanks for the responses so far,

I just tried booking again, the website says I have reached my maximum limit of booking, lol, I don't even have an appointment still and have been debited twice oo. Anyways, I have seen Flutterwave receipt in my spam folder of one of the payment, one actually went through

Well, I have sent Vfs another mail with the flutterwave receipt asking for an appointment date. Would travel to Abj for my interview with campus France upper week, would just go to Vfs office by then if I don't get any response. It's just unfortunate that we Nigerians always go through this kind of things to get Visa.

I have tried calling their number 08150188800, I only get those computer responses. Or do you have a different number?? How do I book without payment, guide me on this please

Kindly also check your nairaland email, sent you a PM

MarianelaN:
That's not the reason. try another card. you can book also book with making payment. call the number.

Someone should please assist me abeg, I'm trying to book a vfs appointment but after making payment, I would get an email that my payment was declined. I have tried it twice, been debited twice and still get emails that my payment was declined, meaning my appointment hasn't been booked successfully. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

PS: I am reading on the VFS portal that I must fill visa form on official French website before I book an appointment. I have filled out that visa form on France visa website but I haven't submitted it, still at the review page (Because Campus France said I shouldn't finalize) could that be the cause of my problem. I have sent an email to my bank and also vfs but I don't think vfs replies promptly. Someone should assist me on what to do abeg, I need to book this appointment asap.

Education / Choosing Between UK And France For Postgraduate Studies by beltkid(m): 12:38pm On Jan 08, 2022
Hello Nairalanders,

I am trying to choose between pursuing masters degree at UK or doing so in France and I kindly seek the opinion of Nairalanders, my background is mechanical engineering. I'm solely concerned about the potential of finding a good job in their country once I'm done with my studies and would like to know which is better. A friend advised that I go with France, his reason is that for UK most foreign graduates end up doing blue collar jobs and that professional jobs in the UK is "difficult" to get, and that professional jobs are easier to get in France, how true is this??... Would really like to hear from experienced folks who have studied in any of the countries, what was the job search like after you graduated. Lowkey, I like the idea of just running a master for only one year in UK and moving on with my life on how to make money, would appreciate your opinions.

MODs, please move to the front page abeg.

Hii guys,

Started following the thread few days ago, thank you guys for the information so far. As someone you got admission to Germany but getting a visa there is pretty difficult. I'm now considering Norway, I just want to ask, can someone please list all the Norway visa requirements for me here, as well as the visa steps, have looked through the thread but didn't see such details and steps. I just want to understand properly and start preparing myself.

Arinze and everyone else, thanks for the information so far, waiting for your answer plss

Hello guys, I have a question. I would soon be submitting my second application for a masters program, meaning that this is my second application.

How easy is it to get admission to school in Germany??, I'm thinking if it's worth it looking for a third school to apply to, which would definitely spend money for, and the money isn't there again. I have a good cgpa (4.00+), and an IELTS of 7.00, no GRE... I have been intentionally avoiding uni assist or any other application that demands me mailing my document

How difficult is it to get admission or do you guys think I should keep applying to more schools to have more options?? I'm open to suggestions

Hii guys, just got an email from MBA to do migration. My question is, if I don't do the migration at the moment, would it prevent my monthly ROI from coming??, my date is 31st though.

Secondly, we all know it very stressful going to banks nowadays, is it possible to send an email to access bank requesting my statement of account for a particular period and get it delivered to my email or do I necessarily have to go physically to the bank??

I'M MORE INTERESTED IN MY FIRST QUESTION THOUGH, ANSWERS ARE HIGHLY APPRECIATED

Hi guys

I actually just got my second ROI yesterday as suppose. But the issue is that, I actually topped up 2 days after I got my first ROI, and now that I got my second ROI, the top up actually didn't reflect. My agent/contact at MBA told me then that the payment was confirmed so why didn't it reflect in my payment.

For now, I can't seem to get in touch with my contact at MBA that registered me, and I'm not presently in Enugu (my registered state or going back soon). I will keep calling him on that. Question is, has anyone experienced this, did you later get paid the remaining as suppose.

Note: I did the top up two days after my first payment. Awaiting replies.

Wow, and I finally caught up with baby Kim, very interesting story so far. However, this chapter five didn't 'flow' well atall, I thought Shade had house helps and gate man sort of, so how come she's the one opening a door by herself almost/in the night without even notice all the way from the gate....
Secondly, unless I'm really confused, is Amanda the Ex the same person frolicking with the shooter or is that a different person entirely whose name haven't been mentioned yet, how the heck do you shoot someone twice when you are banking on him as ur ticket to a better life cruising around the world - that didn't make any sense. Unless I got things wrong here
Thirdly, someone took two bullets-- one very close to his heart, undergoes surgery and fully awake under 24hours kinda, mehn, that must really be Batman's brother shaaa.

All the same, nice work Kim.

Religion / Re: How A Muslim Made My Sunday This Morning by beltkid(m): 9:43pm On Aug 20, 2017
I totally agree with you!!!

papiforreal:

Yes, but when it comes honesty, Muslims are more honest than Christian.
Modified
So I just checked in my account to see several mentions- some insulting me and others calling me liar, and some claiming that religion has nothing to do with individual character.
The truth is , whether we like it or not, there are some forces that shape people behaviour and make them act the way they do, and religion is one of these forces.
Religion keep people in check, because of the fear of inevitable in the afterlife. Muslims are generally more devoted and serious about their religion than Christians. Muslims take religion Very serious and it's the most important to them, this is the reason why there are more honest Muslims than Christians because Islam in the strongest term, forbid cheating the lies and many other crimes.
Let me give you guys an example, I have never had the notion that Muslims are considered to be more honest than Christians until I joined nairaland. I have never had any serious relationship with Christians until I registered in this forum.
I trade PayPal, Bitcoin and many other currencies in nairaland business section, and there was time I want sell PayPal to one of the member here. The disagreement ensured between us as to who will send the money first. But once I drop my bank account name and he saw Muslim Hausa name, he asked if I'm northern Muslim and told him yes. He said no problem, he would send me the money first because he believes Muslims are more honest than Christian, especially northern Muslims. That's even how I got the idea that Muslims are more honest than Christians. This happened to me not once. And here in the north we see our self as less honest Muslims than Arab.

Education / What Is Shell Accessed Internship And How Does It Work by beltkid(m): 11:16am On May 21, 2017
hello guys and happy Sunday to all. I was currently researching possible IT placements for engineering students when I came across the shell website and the "accessed internship"..... I read through through the accessed internship but the only detail there was that it is meant for penultimate students which is 4th year students in engineering and 3rd year students in physical sciences and that the internship is meant to last for a period of 16weeks to 18months ..am really confused if the accessed internship is the same thing as the undergraduate industrial attachment even though both were described separately on the Shell website, anyone with info on this and how it works should please help me out.
Secondly, am researching engineering companies for my IT which will be by next year February/March... so will appreciate any advice and suggestions of good firms especially from those who have done industrial attachments before....Info like name of company, mode of IT application and period of application. Thanks in advance
