i think the Democrats' plan fell on its face.
They don't want to believe that people on the right predict Biden will not finish his presidency, and that Kamala will use the 25th Amendment to become president. Instead of sticking to that plan, they opted for a less radical approach, which is waiting until the next election to replace him, when it's too late for primaries to take place.
