You skipped vital information. People don't usually develop such attitude in marriage. She must have had it all along.

Questions:

1 What does she do for a living?
2 Did you place her on allowance during courtship?
3 Did you toast her with or lavish extravagantly on her during courtship?
4 Does she dress to kill no matter the cost?

Answers to these questions will reveal the cause (diagnose) and help solve the problem.

While I wait for your answer, since you know she's wasteful and unaccountable, you should buy the food stuffs yourself like rice, beans, yam, garri and give her money to buy the ingredients herself.

When she exhausts it before the given time, don't give her again until the period expires.
