Politics › Re: Senate Hails Buhari On Completion Ajaokuta-warri Rail During Test Run Inspection by bender79: 1:14am On Nov 08, 2018
Penexpress:
This track was built and completed by Julius Berger during Obasenjo's tenure to move steel from Ajaokuta to Warri. The Train failed to kick start due to Ajaokuta's failure to pick up. What APC did is just to convert an already built and abandoned rail to passenger carrier.
APC did not build that track. They only brought in locomotive trains to run the tracks and carry passengers. Those of us that travel to the east always cross the overhead bridge at Agbor very close the the custom check point by AP fuel station. Those of us that travel to Abraka from Agbor cross the overhead bridge at Itakpe.
So what?

They are Obiano boys. There is no doubt Obiano is working for PMB because he knows if Peter Obi makes that seat, apga is finished.

I still don't know why Ekweremadu chose to still reside in Apo legislative quarters, that place isn't suitable for a deputy Senate president, it's an old estate and very open to attacks.

For his family sake, he should move to a single building apartment and not an estate with people.
what do you mean by that? Trash talk

FYI Godswill Akpabio belongs to a minor ethnic group annag in Akwa Ibom. The Governor Udom belongs to the majority Ibibio. In Guber the annangs will most likely vote for APC because of their son who is contesting for Guber. As far as the presidential election is concerned I don't see APC winning even in annang land let alone in the majority Ibibioland
we are not talking about wining but 25%

You don't even have the brain to think. Confusionist! Right now you don't even know who to choose between Obi and Nnamdi Kanu, that is how this election will elude ndi Igbo once again because of people like you. Mpama
Politics › Re: The Bottom Line Is That Igbo's Have Gone Past Nnamdi Kanu by bender79(op): 8:17pm On Oct 21, 2018
Nnamdi Kanu cannot stop majority of Igbo's from voting. The excitement you see now is just initial excitement. After all when Ojukwu returned from Ivory coast there was excitement in Igbo land but afterwards the put him in his place. The best thing for Nnamdi Kanu is to remain neutral or else any attempt to preach No elections will fail
Politics › The Bottom Line Is That Igbo's Have Gone Past Nnamdi Kanu by bender79(op): 8:06pm On Oct 21, 2018
Just like after Ojukwu's return from exile, Nnamdi Kanu does not command the same level of followership in Igbo land anymore. He will also be making a huge mistake by trying to stop voting in the south east. The euphoria that greeted Nnamdi Kanu has died and hence will not be of any effect

Politics › Re: APC Keyamo Vs PDP Segun Sowunmi On Sunrise Daily: Nigerians React by bender79: 6:09am On Oct 16, 2018
I was impressed with festus Keyamo considering how difficult it is defending Buhari. I noticed the Atiku guy became tired and ran out of ideas. In debates you don't necessarily need to sound eloquent but the right skills to argue out a matter whether rightly or wrongly, which Keyamo did with so much energy.
Politics › Re: Deji Adeyanju Reacts To Fetus Keyamo Vs Segun Sowunmi Interview on Channels TV by bender79: 5:51am On Oct 16, 2018
As far as I'm concerned festus keyamo didn't do badly considering how difficult it is defending buhari. The other guy wasn't speaking with facts but rather he was trying to ride on the emotions of people who are already disgusted by anything buhari

Politics › Igbo's Should Be Cautiously Optimistic by bender79(op): 11:45am On Oct 13, 2018
Igbo's should not overtly rejoice yet over the choice of peter Obi because there is always a tendency to conspire against ndi Igbo whenever they are involved in the power equation of Nigeria. For instance, I remember 1999 pdp convention in jos, where ekwueme was tipped to clinch the presidential ticket, Igbo's at that time made a lot of noise in and around the stadium and the country as a whole. But alas the Hausa's and Yoruba's conspired and gave the ticket to OBJ. I advise Igbo's to be cautiously optimistic and play the politics rather than spending time bloating over a VP ticket. Once again the conspirators are watching...(These may include your South south neighbours too)
