Land or completed property must have a proper documents and in a dry land as well.

I do not want to spend any thing above 2m including the agent & Legal fees / percentages ( % ) for the land and if it is a build and completed building, then I am ready to spend 5M or little more in everything including all the fee.

The problem here is corruptions! There will never be employment when we are corrupt! Who will employ you? How can a police employ when the police boss have eating up the money to pay his workers? Or how can they employ teachers when the head have long eating up the salaries of all the teachers? How can a company employ when the person in charge has taking the company money oversea to bank for his family?

Anyway, thank you lifedone. I understand you very well ooo. Since we think we have gold and Diamond all in our country that we can just be pricing things the way we want, then some of us will have no choice but to just be waiting for God to have His way one day. We will try to work and save more before coming to out Country Nigeria where more than 80% of the total population are unemployed and yet things are going sky rocket like that and we are just standing looking! Even your wife can go out of hand if cares are not taking! This is why we call women babies! They are very weak, and anything can happen when you are not with them. The  best thing to do when you are away is, always call her. You have to talk to her and keep adversing her all the time. Remind her that you love her and ask her always if she still love you.
Because you have lived with her for a period of time before living her, you should know her schedules. Call her always when you think it is idle time for her. Keep her busy. But if she has children for you, that will help. If she is just alone and you are gone for a long time, you have to talk to her everyday! And pray that no stupid man should come around her until you're back together.

And women too can seduce we men too when our wife or girl friend is away if cares are not taking! The same thing goes to your woman too. PRAYER: If you are a Christian, always ask your husband to pray before eating, in the morning, and bedtime and sometimes pray when he will not want to pray. Introducing him to prayer will help you build a loving home / family.

Do pay pal ask you to pay to verify your account? Is there a cost to verify an account with pay pal? Why are you asking people to pay you for it?

Instead of me paying you money to open and verify a pay pal, I will call anyone I know in abroad to open and verify it for me if I don't have a relative or if I cannot verify it in Nigeria.

Almost every Nigerian has one relative abroad or have at least one friend in oversea or even in Ghana or Liberia. Paypal can be verify in Liberia, Ghana, and so on. Why do I have to pay you to have it verify? Most people pay for everything in Nigeria? Just to get any information, most one pay for it all the time? Why can't you sometimes share informations to your fellow people if the information cost you nothing to get, why then did you seek money to give it out?

This is the reason most of you will never move forward! Because you swallow what you know instead of sharing with others so that they too can be like you and you have have backup when you are down or you can find quickly find help in time of need!

If you are in Nigeria, Imight not be able to help you. But if you are in a country like Canada, UK, USA etc, you will need to apply for a credit card processing company and add the option of web processing. If you only want Web processing without a terminal, you might be paying up to about $20 a month and Visa and mastercard will also charge you about 2% in every transations. American express may charge you 3% or less.

In case of Nigeria, you have to ask your bank (First Bank, UBA, etc) first.

This is my adverse to all of you Nigerians!! Getting Nigerian international passport now is much difficult than getting UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and all others western countries! Even paying for the passport is another taboo of its own!
Before thinking of getting Nigeria passport, you have to fasting your seat belt my dear and then you can go for it.

But the problem is, getting visa with the passport is as difficult as preparing for a trip to space or going to another planet! Now that our passport is difficult to get and one cannot change name after getting one any more, our Leaders had to try now and ask other countries to minimise their visa requirement for Nigerians or even visa free to Nigerian passport holder.
