My dearly beloved Nairalanders, please, I have a friend whose call up letter was sent along side the stream one graduates to participate in the mandatory NYSC exercise three weeks camping but she couldn't go to the camp with her mates because of her wedding which has been fixed for Saturday last week.

My question is, what is her fate now?

I have been following this thread carefully for a while now but not for once have I commented. I don't know if it's because what others are craving for, I already have at my beck and call but I can't grab it.

let me share my ordeal with you, I was offered a graduate assistant job in one of our state owned university after graduation last year, I was supposed to serve (NYSC) this month but I can't, because I am still owing the school three year school fees. Ever since my graduation I have been working as a trusted staff of the department and they compensate me with little cash for my effort all thanks to the trust and belief my HOD and lecturers have in me. The only thing hindering me from going for youth service is the poverty I inherited from my parents.

My younger sister (The first daughter of the family) a very brilliant young lady was given out for marriage last year contrary to her innitial plans of obtaining a university degree. I cried the day she broke the news to me. she is a mother of a beautiful girl now and I still don't know where to garner the courage to congratulate her from. I just hate my life and I feel useless now, I am the first in a family of six.

The only being I need now are Angels because humans have always failed me but God has remained ever faithful by opening doors for me.

This is not Umunze but Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University...... I was there during the commissioning on Tuesday 11/04/16. But that was before the students wrote their GSS exam. I am a staff there.
