let us share how do we control our eating habbit in the face of this effect.

As for me, I eat 2 times in a day, morning and evening . mostly, I drink garri as a support .

So I was compelled to church today after almost a year by my neighbour and I wasn't proud of what I saw (I might be wrong though).
1. There was about six different offerings and it was compulsory for you to leave your sit and dance to the altar to drop the money (it was a very big church so each offering exercise takes up to 10mins), that's over an hour in total collecting money in a 3 hour service.
2. The mode of the sixth offering made me leave the church immediately: The pastor stood at the alter and called different denominations of naira beginning from 5k downwards and people went to the alter to drop as soon as the amount of money they wish to drop was called.
Ive not been a great Christian but aren't our givings supposed to be between God and I or has the system now changed? not to mention the excess tasking of members.

I was craving bread & groundnut with Pepsi last night (it's good to east suffer man food sometimes though), so I went to the Kiosk close by.

Got the round bread for ₦170, I asked for groundnut and the old woman said, “My son, ₦50 groundnut no dey again oh. Na ₦100 I dey sell.”

I was absolutely shocked and lost for words. “This woman must be very greedy,” I said to myself. I declined and bought only the bread from her and visited the next Kiosk.

Got there, “Madam evening, ground nut dey .” I said.

I said no word, left hurriedly, got home and was in agony.

I slept with a burdensome heart of sorrow; my heart wallowed in the deep of grief beyond the grasp of hope.

sometime ago, i went 2 ughelli frm Ph to deliver a goods to a company. I started d journey by 6pm in d evening n i got 2 ughelli around 8:30 to 9pm after much sorting n arrangement of d goods i delivered it was around 10pm, i started lookin 4 a hotel to lodge n most of d hotel i saw was fully booked by gee boys nah so dem gather 4 almost all d hotel premises ooh. After much searching i finally saw one dat is a bit free, nah so i rush am ooh...dat night sha
