Oya fault the supreme court judgments in the cases you cited so we can see how the ÇJN was compromised. What were the main issues in thise cases? On what grounds were the verdicts given at each stage of the tribunals, since you are a lawyer or knw more than the learned judges. You don't talk about lower tribunals that Amaechi and APC influenced in a bid to takeover those oil rich states. God will judge everyone, remember. The CJN has not been found to have acquired any money illicitly. His offence is failure to declare, and which part of the Constitution says a CJN should abruptly be removed if found to have inappropriately declared his asset?

Agreed that CJN erred in not properly declaring some of his bank accounts. The question is have those monies been traced to any criminal source?? You can't just say you have profiled one's salary account and conclude he should not have more than his statutory earnings. Are judges barred from earning money from other sources?

Onnoghen implicated himself by claiming mistake in forgetting millions in his account, automatically tainting him and rendering all his previous, present and future actions as CJN questionable and subject to challenges in law courts.

Some actions are not legal but are ethical, because it beats my imagination that
Onnoghen wants to be tried in court by people he appointed to court, what nonsense.

Although am not in support of PMB's actions, but somethings require a different approach.
