Yes, I sent email to about 3 of them, but I've gotten response from one requesting for more information about my application, she also promised to help me make further enquiries. Information is power really.

Which province is your school located. The parl member in my district is a conservative and their and I have heard several news of conservatives...

CONGRATULATIONS sleekcheek and thank you so much for this, more blessings. Please let's all try and use google sometimes for some information to avoid 'enlongating'(whatever that means undecided)the thread unnecessarily.

Hectic when you're yet to get your PPR or Study Permit approval... Several times I have been mentally tired most especially when you have bulk of class videos to watch and due dates for assignments getting closer... It been God All Through...

I took a piece of advice from here and sent a mail to a constituency member of the town where my school is located. I received a response from his office asking for details of my application and they assisted in making enquires to IRCC on my behalf. I got my PPR in less than 2 weeks after that. I don't know if it's a coincidence but I thought I should mention it.

Please can you give a full information on how you did it I just sent you a mail

Hello everyone!

Please i need sure and proved answers to my questions.

1) I was given an admission into Algonquin College, Ottawa in Canada. But due to the much tuition fee, i deferred till September this year after speaking with my admission officer on my personal AC page. Please after that, what is the next?

2) I was given a month space to pay my tuition fee as read in my letter, is it visa application i will do first or pay the full first semester tution fee?
Is it possible to start visa processing without paying tution fee until later?

3) The fee for my program is quite much. $18,200 CAD. First semester is $9,700CAD, can schools/colleges that have lesser fee be posted here

4) What are the documents needed for my visa application and what span of time will it take?, base on any current experience.

5) Is it advisable or compulsory a student uses the help of an agent for the visa processing and all,, can the student do it by him/herself without any issue?

6) And lastly, how much does someone need to have for the 14 days quarantine in Canada for sustainace?

Thanks for your apt answers.
1: Since you deferred till September, you can either pay your fees or proceed to apply for your Study Permit.
2: You said you deferred till September which means you still have time to gather funds for the fess .
3: You can check other colleges in other provinces to compare the fees.
4: The time it will take varies depending on the mood of IRCC and you can check previous responses where @Lekkiboboh,@frankrobbn and @justmellow dropped links.
5: If you follow the threads on this platform on how to do it yourself properly and raise questions on things you don't understand and gurus would be there to assist and respond.
6: This don't know about.

You will get more elaborate responses from other experienced gurus.

It Will End In Praise .

So sorry about your experience.

Hopefully, mine comes out good.

Seeing that it can take around 6 months for a normal VISA application, is causing me to fret a bit, especially as September is just 6 months away.

Very sad to say I was in this shoe last year from 2019-2020 and didn't get neither an acceptance letter or a rejection letter from them but it will End In Super Praise for you.

Hello, I’ve been a silent reader here.

I got admission to University of Manitoba early last year for Fall 2020, that was April 2020.
I applied for a second degree program. I was doing all the application innocently cos that was my first application. I was just doing things the way I thought it was done didn’t follow any steps or guideline, only what IRCC stated on their website.
I think that kinda affected my application cos I submitted very late, anyway, I started the process late July and I submitted late September. I discovered this group late last year when I got NSE request.

I used my Uncle, mum’s brother as sponsor, I submitted just what I was asked, no extra. Though I added some certifications I had like entrepreneurial skills and professional courses, then SOP that was a final last minute addition.
My uncle only submitted a letter of introduction stating who he was and a letter of Sponsorship then his SOA.
So at a point I was so scared that I didn’t submit enough documents but I’m thankful for where I am at this point.

My Application Timeline goes thus,

- Applied : 24 September, 2020
- Biometrics Request: 25 September, 2020
- Biometrics done : 27 October, 2020 in Lagos
- Got NSE Request: 12 November, 2020
- NSE submitted: 10 December, 2020
-Medical request: 09 February, 2021
-Medicals done: 10 March, 2021
-Medicals Passed: 18 March, 2021
-PPR and BVL( Dropped around 5:30am or so, saw it when I woke up for Subhi): 23 March, 2021 submitted same day using Dhl, I sent it to Abuja and paid for two way courier.
Vfs got it the next day and sent it to IRCC immediately.
Counterfoil: 25 March, 2021
Passport was ready for pickup the same day, had to start calling Dhl again
LOI: 26 March, 2021
Dhl picked up on the same day, Friday
Got my passport on Monday, yesterday, 29th of March, 2021.

I’m really just grateful for the whole thing cos at a point I gave up and just continued with my life. But God did it for me after several fasting and prayers, Alhamdulillah.
My last resumption date is May 3, 2021 and I’m hoping to travel before then.
Though I have some questions.

Cos the way U of M is that you only pay for the courses you registered for, so do I have to pay tuition fee before I travel? And do I need an enrollment letter before I can travel. Also the SOA, showing proof of funds, should it be mine or my sponsors?

I need to know the exact documents I need to show at the airport here in Nigeria and also at the POE. Cos I really still don’t understand how the whole thing works.

Thank you

For everyone still hoping for their good news, I wish you all the best.

Congratulations
