Passport Data page 13. Upfront Medicals from my first application November last year. I did this on purpose because I wanted to know when they ask for updated medicals. 14. Police Clearance also a year old from my last application. 15. Dom Account statement showing I bought the GIC from my personal account. 16. One page SOP. Keep it simple and concise at least in my opinion. 17.Landed property in my name as home ties. Just the survey plan.
This was my second application. I was refused on grounds of personal assets and financial status even though I had paid the complete school fees. But I had most of my funds for living expenses in a fixed deposit account in my name. I guess they don’t like fixed deposits as POF for living expenses.
What I did differently for my second application. I liquidated my fixed deposit and bought GIC. Then put the balance in my personal account. I also explained the lump sums in my SOP.
I prayed and asked God to help me. I think buying GIC and paying my full tuition was my silver lining they didn’t have any reason to say no.
Thank you to everyone that has share information on here or answered my annoying questions. I couldn’t have done it without you guys. I will do my best to help others.

You need to travel before the medicals expire because if it does expire you will need to redo another and look for available date at IOM or Qlife

I don't know about gre but you try msc programs if your undergrad grades are too notch if not just go for a PGD finance or something related to accounting
That’s why I did this current study visa application by myself. That means but the agent didn’t use the Use of Representative Form, and the Visa Officer requested for it here. He said I should attach it if I used it. How do I deal with this?

You're correct, what you need to do is give a detailed letter of explanation to IRCC explaining your situation with that fraudulent agent
Good afternoon guys. Please I need urgent assistance and advice. I applied for tourist visa in March 2020 (before the lockdown) through an agent here in Nigeria, and there was no update on the application. So, I applied for study visa in July this year by myself. I have been waiting to get response from the IRCC and I just got a response today, saying there was a request from me (that’s my agent) to my bank that the application fee (my previous application) should be refunded. Now I have to provide valid point in 15 days as to why I requested for the refund and I need to pay the $185CAD. The payment isn’t the problem, but I contacted the agent and obviously, he knows about it but claimed he didn’t make the payment from his card, that someone else made the payment for him, and he’s not been able to reach the person.
NOTE: the agent didn’t use the “Use of Representative Form”.
Please, what do I do now?

I suggest you speak the truth and tell IRCC you used the service of an agent and trusted him with your application not knowing he was dubious and you're ready to make the payment again.
RollyA: Hi everyone, i am not sure anyone knows me on this thread, but i thought to drop my Canada study journey.
my timeline as much as i can remember goes thus:
Applied January 9 2021 , got refused February 2021, reason: Personal assets and financial status
Applied again April 2021, addressing the issues, got refused in August 2021 for same reason, personal assets and financial status
Began my journey to JR because i did all i could, everyone i chatted with on thread 19 didnt know whatelse i should do that i hadnt done.
So i consulted a lawyer, he read my notes and documents submitted, said i had a good case.
In my first application, the denial reason was that they could not find documents of financial proof, i remember i was asked to submit MBS but i declined, i was told it was not compulsory, at least their request letter said so, so i asked them to process with the traditional bank statements i provided, i was wrong, it was not an option, i was refused 2 days after i ignored their request.
So to improve my chances, i liquidated my fixed deposits in my first application, paid 95% of my tuition from it and reapplied, lo and behold, i was slammed with lump sum deposit despite my explanation and documentary evidence the lump sum were from my liquidated fixed deposits.
my journey to JR began in September, a month after my second refusal, IRCC refused to settle at first instance, i became pensive and put in a third application in December, finished paying my tuition, bit the bullet and did GIC, it was expensive but it was worth it. I did a third application because the case had gone quiet and i had already almost given up on it. i started questioning my choice to go through JR, my lawyer was in high spirits and was very much sure we will win.
He was not in support of my third application but i did it anyway. The third application was untouched from December 2021 to May 2022, it was as if they wanted to see the direction of my case in court.
So in that same May, the judge granted leave (this means the judge is interested and wants to hear the case which will most likely rule in my favor)
2 days after the judge granted leave, IRCC comes forward to settle and reopen my file. 2 days after they settled, my third application which was untouched gathered momentum, medical request dropped like a week after settlement, PPR a month after. the second application which was still reopened was withdrawn after i got PPR.
Immediately after i received my PPR, i put in my son's application and it was approved in 6 weeks.
we arrived BC last week and preparing for my resumption in January 2023.
I hope everyone on this journey and awaiting decisions draws strength from this post.

How best can one explain the transition in the field of study and also taking up an undergrad and not a graduate program?
Why not pursue a post-grad diploma in law or paralegal studies. If you choose to go for an undergrad. 1: it's quite expensive 2: you will need to talk more in your sop or lose.

It not to late to reapply, all you need to do is to respond to every reason they gave in the initial application that was refused.
Hello guys, if you're a second time applicant get your gcms note and follow this template by this YouTuber and craft yours to suit you. If you're a first time applicant you can also follow the template and craft yours to in relation to your situation.
Also note that you have to craft your application as if you're defending yourself in a court as their no interview. Get all the required documentation available and most importantly Pray Hard and always remember God.

I did a transaction of debt of 800k and credit it back within 1hour. Will this have any effect on the 28days since all transactions was done within 1hour and the total balance of that date didn't fall below?

I calculated school fees as £15600 minus tuition deposit of £3000. That is £12600 + £9207 for my maintenance fee then £12240 as maintenance fee for two dependents, giving a total of £34500, current Oanda rate is 543, so I calculated at the rate of 555 for inflation which brings it to N18.8m. Is my calculation correct ? And is it safe to deduct the money on top and leave 19m in the account on the day of visa application if the rate is still at 543 on that day ?

On what basis do you wanna use to apply for asylum. First of all you're a dependent of husband in the UK and your life isn't threatened except your life is threatened by your husband which will lead to the govt putting restrictions on him visiting you. Why don't you allow your husband student visa to expire and you both hustle to get a job and a work permit than making life difficult for you. My 2 cents.
Please guys go and get your vaccine if you've your ppr and your resumption is January because if the restrictions is going to be lifted it's probably 70% going to be for people that are vaccinated. The best vaccine option is Johnson n Johnson because you can't collect Astrazeneca and Pfizer within this short period.
