2.enact a law that impedes the president from selecting and appointing the CJN,IGP and INEC officials!
If we must achieve an effective policing system,the head of the judicial arm of government and the head of the police must not be an extension of the executive!

3.To ensure there is no undue interference from federal,state and LGA chairmen on the police,the national assembly must ensure the total independence of our policing structure!
