The series never lost it in my own opinion, character and plot progression is inevitable so you can't expect the series dynamics to remain stagnant and revolve around your sex, comedy and politics.

Infact IMO, the last two seasons were the best only bested by the pilot season.

Suits ceased being interesting for me after season 3. The moment it veered off from it's original theme of Sex, Comedy, and Politics to mainly Politics was when I knew I gotta call it quits. I heard the writing has hit rock bottom level of ludicrous. Making Donna (a secretary) a full partner of a law firm is ludicrous writing through and through.

Perhaps I'll check out the spinoff since I've always liked the woman that played Pearson. I knew her from Alias, and I've also seen her in Matrix and Serenity. She was by far the best actor in Suits, and naturally, her absence has done the incompetent writers no favor. Pearson has the potential of being a hit provided they have another set of writers penning this one, and they allow her to act to her strengths. She was spectacular in Suits, and I imagine with a good script, she should be able to replicate her grit here. Class is permanent.

The Pepper Dem gang started their seventeenth day in Biggie’s House with an energetic workout. After a frog jump exercise led by Tuoyo, the ladies were treated to some fun when strapped to the men’s back like babies they were smiling broadly and urging the men on, as they raced from one end of the Arena to another. The sweet rhythm seemed to be fuel to the men’s energy as they sped to the other side like a jet.

The Fight

After the workout session, they all went back into the room preparing for the day’s Tasks. Some of them had to use the bathroom. Froddwas ready to use the bathroom but realized that Tacha was already there. As he made to go in, Tacha sent him back with peppery words. She wouldn’t allow any of the guys have their bath because she Tacha was bathing. Eh, who dares to mess with the Queen! While some of the guys in the dressing room kept their cool about Tacha’s missile words, Ike was angry asking Tacha to at least show some respect.

 

A Silent Response?

Because Frodd didn't say a word (remember the saying, silence is the best answer for a fool?), Tacha became enraged hurling verbal missiles at him. She called him all sorts of names like “stupid”, “idiot” “multi-coloured human being”. However peppery these words were, Frodd kept his cool.

When Tacha came out of the bathroom, she started to abuse Frood the more, as though her earlier expressions were like a preamble. As she peppered the mute Froidd with very powerful abusive words, to the extent of referring him back home, Frodd came out of the bathroom not saying a single word. This seemed to surprise other Housemates who were probably expecting him to come out in full force charging at Tacha. A few minutes later, all went silent.

Then suddenly Tacha started again, this time, using very powerful expressions that could hurt even the gentlest of human being. She said that Frodd should feel lucky to be in the same place with her, as on a normal day she was too big a person to have anything to do with her. Hmmm, on fire!

While this verbal exchange went on unstopped, the other housemates were there looking on, there was not even a single utterance by anyone of them. Could they be afraid of Tacha? Or were they just minding their business?

Considering Tacha's choice of words and the determined manner with which she expressed them, can we see a case of someone waiting for this chance, as if there had been a misunderstanding earlier on.

I logged into the Africa magic website last night and saw that all the 17 lines I registered for voting last season are still there with their passwords. This means I have 3400 votes at my disposal (how I wish I had done this last week, I would have given all to Ella instead of the few miserable sms votes I gave her ). I'll certainly be giving majority to Frodd and spare some for Mike. Seyi and Tuoyo can bounce.

I don't understand why he will expose some people's private discussions/games/strategies to the other housemates if not to ridicule them and make their fellow housemates hate them. It's not as if they committed any crime or broke any rule. It is a reality show where people are encouraged to strategically portray their real characters. If a housemate's character/strategy is to gossip about other people or cry to get other people's love and attention, then so be it. Biggie should allow us, the viewers/voters to decide who we relate most with and not try to sell a/some particular housemate(s) to us.
I kind of got the feeling that Biggie is trying to play a mind game on the housemates - he wanted to give them ideas on the people to nominate. Fortunately or unfortunately, it didn't work for him on Jackye.
I am not a fan of Frodd but thank God my number one favourite housemate is not up for possible eviction. So I am going to beat Biggie at his own game by throwing a few sympathy votes Frodd's way this week.
