givedemwotowoto:Guy! You be CID? |
Chegesnd:Send us pictures abeg before APC online Urchins will come and denying that they were playing with kites there and not protest banners. |
CSP Benjamin Hundeyin will make a better PRO than the foolish Muyiwa but not the best or anything like Frank Mba (he still remains the best I know). I have listened to Benjamin talk a few times, he sounds responsible and reasonable but I still sense this element of always defending the Police against the people in him as well which Frank Mba never did. IGP Egbetokun is an outright misfit for the position of an IGP. No success will be achieved in the Police or security of the country under his tenure. |
Brendaniel:Because if they don't, it soon becomes a theory and will be passed down just as they did with "Lagos is no man's land" and now doing with "Abuja is no man's land". Even non-lagosian Yorubas still respect the aboriginal Lagosians and will never say it's no man's land. |
My own blood brother never sent me a dime for about 15years he travelled to Germany but has built houses here ![]() So, this is just a lesson for you... |
novaman:You just further explained my view up there! It is simply sense of responsibility but should be done with caution. |
You see... There are things you people don't understand about life, about how a man and woman are "wired". It is not "simping", it is just how God constructed life to run. All of you shouting Gheghe University, it is not really about that. Even a wife in your house that has bore you children can still mess you up, most especially when a man trusts too much! A man is wired naturally to take responsibility for people around him, responsibility in terms of security, finance, health etc. How come you as a male become enraged when your mother or sister is assaulted and you are ready to die? It is that same protection instincts, same thing that will make you put your life on the line to provide for your wife, children and other dependants except when "you don't have" and "not having" too can still shorten a man's life from depression. It is just the way a man is programmed. Some of you come here to shout Simps but you are still the same ones that buy iPhones for your girlfriends or to even convince a girl to date you. What is not reasonable is to give all your life worth to a woman in the name of training her, only do what you can afford to. Even in physical investments or businesses there are losses. Bottom-line is... Only do what you can afford to, so that you can easily move on (without kpaing any woman) if she doesn't turn in your favour. Women follow their hearts and hardly show gratitude, most especially when you have slept with them, they believe all is paid back even if your investment is in trillions. |
Nairaland people already did justice to your situation, I have no further comments. |
Obakoolex:Also Western and Eastern Nigeria because all 4 cannot work together, make everybody dey go him own way... |
bluefilm:He was washing palatables ![]() Shebi you be plates FBI? |
It shall not be well with this Dangote Group. If these acts are all deliberate, then he will live to see everything he has built come down before his eyes. He will become nothing in this same country. Amen! |
helinues:Are you doing this deliberately or it's just the way you think? VDM has done more than is expected, he should just back down now. The Victim's sister did not follow through with their agreement to take on Dangote together, she decided to do it alone, how is that VDM's fault? VDM already put his life on the line for this Dangote fight, I feel he has done enough. We all have the responsibility to fight collectively for our safety and wellbeing. VDM is not the only Nigerian to do all the fighting for us. He is no superman, he is just a young man with courage and good spirit. Let's all learn to fight for what is right or we remain the way we are. |
CodeTemplarr:All the APC Slaves will never accept that that project is a monumental fraud. And I can bet anything that he won't complete that project in his tenure even if he eventually spends 8years. |
I thought this was simple enough for an average person's comprehension. He has been caught to have raped a 73year old woman, this has now prompted the Care home's management to investigate over 300 women (dead and alive) that lived/live in the care home for possible for same sexual assault. But again I wonder why any normal human being with all the measures these Oyinbo people put in place for you to scale through to get there. Only the succeed, get there and start to commit crimes instead of facing the job/hussle you went there for. But again, not everyone who appears normal is really normal. Some people have terrorism in the minds, others have rape, ritual killing, hard drugs, kidnapping, assassination, robbery, embezzlement and other crimes in theirs. |
osuofia2:That's why they cannot do anything meaningful on their own. They can never make any meaningful progress cos of religious prejudices. |
Egbetokun and Tinubu are a disaster super combo! Both men are so full of themselves while they wallow in their immense failure. |
WriteerNg:See someone from a bandit territory they make mouth pass even Putin sef ![]() We go see who go learn las las. People greater than Putin were brought, how much less Putin wey don dey fight Ukraine for over 3years and no victory. E go clear Russia when others follow put leg for Ukraine matter. Let's see how EU will respond first. |
This one is good if it will discourage corrupt at that level. It is very good. It shouldn't just apply to Interior Ministry, it should apply to all Ministries and later, we expect to come down to cover less senior officers too gradually. |
Stayingalive:Every normal can read the right meaning to this, but trust some morons to still defend there's nothing wrong with it. |
Putin wey all of us don dey like, don start to dey misbehave now. Na overskill dey kpai monkey o... If EU gather on top ya head, E no go funny o... You will always over estimate yourself till you are brought down to rubbles (same as your currency). |
Japa! These things are not really debatable. If your Japa is sure because risk still dey there too. Just plan well. Housing, most especially if you will not live there in the immediate will tie down money. Like others have said, invest. You can get a warehouse and sell daily needs (consumables, food items in cartons), supermart and several other viable businesses. Ask people for more business ideas. Pharmaceuticals etc. Or just Japa go hustle for oyinbo land. Nigeria is fucking crazy at the moment. Tinubu just messed up this country. He just messed up Nigerians, everywhere just rough... |
600m easy money to get na him you carry gun dey do kidnapping. You for work get 600m na, make another person come ask you to pay am for ransome. No be fault of these cheap criminals, na the country don really depreciate really bad. |
Iamzik:I detest drivers that flash. A lot of them are not fit to be drivers. And it's as if no one observes the 80km/hr speed limit on that bridge except me. May be because I drive slower vehicles ![]() At least, I have driven a few cars through that bridge and never exceeded 90km/hr before the renovation and never exceeded 80km/hr after the renovation. Just imagine the messy multiple crashes that occurred just a few days ago involving youth who were said to be racing home after coming from a show. THE TRUTH IS THAT SOME OF US THE YOUTH OF NOWADAYS ARE FAR MORE USELESS THAN THE OLDER PEOPLE WE CONDEMN. We are the ones with tattoos all over the body, with rings and chains everywhere, saggy trousers with dirty underwears showing, unkept hairstyles, badly behaved crop of youth we have become. And we are the same ones that want to take this country to greatness? Even the elderly ones that got us here were even far more disciplined and we got here. I just wonder how far we will go from here with all these indiscipline. |
This is where I hate Government agencies and why it will take more than the ordinary for Nigeria to attain "greatness". The first news that broke, says the incident happened very early 2-3am. By 6am the lady's relatives were on their way to the accident site. Body was only recovered at 3pm by local fishermen who collected N400,000 from the father of the victim before they could go into the waters. But this useless LASWA or whatever they are called are saying they responded swiftly as if they were the ones who did the job. Is this how we want to develop this country? Is this how the developed countries attained by growth, by lying their way to the top. |
His biology is far better than his English. He must have loved Biology. I suspect a drug-related issue here. I used to have a friend in secondary school back then, he was the only student with all his notes intact, his clothes always neat, he reads above every other person and was really doing so well but never graduated with us. Somewhere along the line, he went into drugs and lost it all. This life is so delicate that once you miss a step, you may never recover from it again, but we often forget this alot in our day-to-day quest for survival and for success. |
I just don't believe this news considering the messy rot in the Nigerian Army and how their generals are being prosecuted from fraud, corruption, diversions and all sorts. These weapons don't look Nigeria-made. The real truth will soon come out. The Nigeria Army also needs serious sanitization. |
dammyco:No be only shame. Some useless guys that approach ladies with the ulterior aim of sex and without sense of responsibility are also a good cause. |
I think we really need to sit down once more with the so-called British people who founded Nigeria to investigate properly how it came to be. From all indications, Nigeria shouldn't have been one entity comprising of North, West and Eastern regions. That merger has not worked till today, we are only forcing it for undue marginalisation and selfish gains. I strongly believe Nigeria needs proper re-structuring. Nigeria will not work with the way it is currently constituted. I will continue to say it. |
Kushites:Another question.... Is the motive really for education? Female-only University! Sounds absurd and uneducational. Very soon now, we will have male-only University, for what? Na cult group? The way we are going... Na we go take our hands end this world las las. |
alphaconde: ![]() Why can't I just smile in peace, must it always be 40 characters? Nairaland just want us to be engaging by force. Let's be simple and flexible abeg |
okosodo:That's why there is insecurity everywhere. When you see them running around the roads with siren, you will think they are going to work. They all steal. And a stealing entity cannot function well no matter what. |
pocohantas:Even me than am a nobody sef no dey get time for all those things. I don't follow my wife on any social media. |
