helinues:It is still subsided till now, only subsidy is reduced. |
This is some of the reasons why some of us go crazy with complaints. These recklessness and high-handedness are both on the parts of the Government and the Citizens. Why would any normal human being drive in the dark without headlamps? Nigerians find it very convenient to break the law because they know nothing will happen afterwards. Some drivers will ply one-way roads on high speed and kill people in the process. Unnecessary loss of human lives. A life lost can never be revived, why do we act reckless on our own part and we want to blame Government for everything. BAD PEOPLE DON'T ELECT GOOD GOVERNMENT GOOD PEOPLE DON'T ELECT BAD GOVERNMENT RIP to the brother we just lost. May God console your family. |
Tflex01:You will keep defending this rubbish until same repercussions catch up with you or someone close to you, then you will realise that not everything is politics. The issues we complain about are very real... |
SmartPolician:She is not talking about the normal immigration. This is not mass recruitment of caregivers, she is talking about attracting "top foreign talents" which is more like the Canada immigration programs based on a rating and nomination system. The UK has been very lenient and taken a whole lot of foreigners in already out of which we have hundreds of thousands of Nigerians. So, she knows exactly what she is talking about. |
Your worry shouldn't be about her and if she is planning to remarry. She will do what she wants it's her life. Your worry should be the 2 1/2years old daughter of your late brother. If the say your brother had properties with her and businesses they "co-owned". This is where you people need to be diligent about because I feel if she remarries and do it wrong, everything on ground may be lost and she will eventually return the girl to you people (the husband's family). So, my point is how do you ensure the few things they have built will be put to good use of taking care of that daughter for some good time depending on what it is they have and how long it can take them. Marrying a lot of men these days is like taking a gamble at life, it may or may not work out (50/50 basis). |
Some people refer to Tinubu as a genius but this man is actually very dumb. I wonder why I didn't realise this on time too. A person who makes harsh policies in the name of rebuilding the economy should also expect an increase in the wave of crimes in the society and should have in place measures to checkmate it. This is where he is a total failure and won't achieve anything meaningful by the end of his 4years or even if given 20years to continue his "trial and error" economic reforms. He is only hasty to make policies and has nothing in place to manage the resultant effects. |
madridguy:Is it not the same Lagos State Government that gave people CofO's and went back after several years to pull down the houses in the mid-night in Oworonshoki just about 2weeks ago? |
Goo0dHardDick:How is the Inviter better than the Invitee? Are they not all criminals? |
franchasng:The Politics involved won't make it as easy as you have put it. Politicians will always consider the support and votes of the Northerners over lives of Nigerians. They know what to do to counter insecurity but it will definitely come at a cost to them, which they are not willing to bear. |
Mariangeles:She is not senseless. She is just promiscuous and still in love with the Ex. Some women can be very criminal. You will have a sexual relationship with a guy but will marry another that is richer and after, will continue with the Ex in secret. No be problem be that? After the 5m saga, the guy should go for DNA test for his kids as well... |
esnbrutality:And why do you always think everything is about Igbos? |
Gandah:There are laws already (Slander, Libel) but our justice system is corrupted. Our judiciary is a sham! |
Women should be more careful and less greedy these days. The crop of men we have now are very desperate, hopeless and live for nothing. If you know as a lady you have nothing to offer a particular guy, don't encourage him into any relationship whatsoever. Not even friendship. It's better to be alone than stay with a murderer. |
SmartPolician:The same Wike or another one? |
No man will have money and not spend on his man except that the wife has grown to become a MONSTER in the marriage. |
Jennyclay:Come and let me spoil you with fufu and better according to my capacity Nne! |
This one been doing everything he can do not to go into oblivion. The only "musician" that fights boxing matches, beats people on the streets (including a Pastor), curses everyone, begs for money, cars and after abuse you, APC politician, cyber stalker (always cyber stalking Davido to get his attention but e nor work). Davido was the first Artist to gift this mofo money ($3,000 or so) but now uses him for cruise, after trolling VDM online and shamefully lost. Engages in all sorts of insults with lots of known names just to remain relevant. |
Truly that had been Tinubu's style of governance even in Lagos from the onset - Dictatorship! I have had several direct experiences with Lagos State Agencies and their mode of operation is usually with force and always devoid of common sense & professionalism. They mostly operate like touts, infact the Lagos State Agencies always work hand-in-hand with thugs in most of their operations ( i.e. LASTMA, LABSCA, LAVIS, LASEPA, LASSA, LAWMA, LASWA etc). Even when they know what they are doing is wrong, they quickly resort to violence to coerce you into submission. I always remember one of numerous incidents in which I had an authentic National Roadworthiness Certificate registered in Ojodu Abiodun (a borderline between Ogun and Lagos - but it is under Ogun State). Surprisingly, the Lagos State VIS Officers who are never supposed to be found on the roads constitutionally, but will always be there with sticks stopped me at a time and told me my National Roadworthiness Certificate was not acceptable in Lagos that I can't have a Lagos State Licence Plate and register Roadworthiness Certificate in another State .So I went to their head office in Ojodu and met with their Boss, I asked him a couple of questions and to my amazement, he couldn't answer them properly. *I asked him if Lagos State doesn't not register same RWC for vehicles without Lagos State Licence Plates? He said they do .*I asked him that if other States decide to act like Lagos, then all vehicle owners will need to carry like 36 Roadworthiness Certificates ![]() *I asked him again if there was ever a directive, circular or law that specifies that Lagos State registered vehicles must apply for RWC in Lagos? And all these was after they had forcefully removed my number plates. His response was utter nonsense and directly against federal laws because there was none. Then he asked me if I was a Lawyer? ![]() *I told him again if there was any publication on this development, but there was none, only a Lagos State Gazette which 95% of Lagosians don't even know about. That incident actually turned my wife against Tinubu from that day. And one of their staff, told us jokingly that - "it's a normal thing that we will continue to cheat eachother for life". Apparently, this is the Tinubu's style of Governance. The only Governor (Ambode) who couldn't align with Tinubu's autocracy was technically ganged up against and removed after his 1st term. The only Governor to do a term so far, because he was on the side of the people. |
hope4nigeria:Ehn... That's life na. You can't have everything. |
ARISHEM:He could have been killed too you know. Cos the criminal actually shot at him. |
I admire the courage of Excel College in admitting that the incidents actually happened. And that necessary disciplinary actions had been taken and prevention of further re-currence. Unlike our security agencies that always deny first, only to later admit. |
FIRDAUS3:Na lie. No human creation can evolve above humans. You can never be better than your creator! |
GanagiBitrus:I am sure they are comfortable, they only want recognition of their father's legacy. Which is not out of line but may be sensitive at this time and with all the work Baba Adeboye has done |
So our women can still be beautiful without make-ups. Make-up na overdo.... |
SmartPolician:Nothing is impossible in this Nigeria again. With all Tinubu is currently doing and getting away with... Nothing is impossible my brother. Nothing will happen, we will only shout briefly and keep quiet. |
olaric:It is because some people have been condemned from heaven to suffer here on earth but they want to involve other innocent people in their condemnation. |
LordBiden:So this is how they want to develop Nigeria? Let them just proove the source of their funds, that's all, then they are free to do whatever they like but if they are found wanting, let them go down for it! |
Xking:But one still can't rule out that there may be stigma, even within one's family. We still live in a less progressive society down here. Our people are still very uncouth. |
LagosOrigin:Infact, if all the countries can do this then the world would develop much faster. Every country will take responsibility for their own development. |
seanfer:Of what good has this been so far? Kindly educate us on what they have done with all the money being shared. They share "trillions" while the masses continue to sink... |
Brendaniel:It's crazy when we our Government wants taxes like abroad but not pay like abroad ![]() |
All of you guys saying "the table will turn, the table will turn".... These people don't care if the table turns or breaks, all they care about is to suck the country to its bones while they are in power and when they leave, they replace themselves with their children and the cycle continues. Which table will turn sef? Nothing will happen to these guys for good. Only God can destroy them when and how He pleases. Nigeria is a country held bound under these people, only God and Nigerians (the masses) can break the country free. Buy Nigerians are too biased and manipulated to be ready.... |
