NB: Our Police are a nuisance and a problem to the country's economy. They impede movements at will and disrupt a lot of activities with their lawless road blocks. The Police should be looked into.

The Police under Egbetokun is a complete Fiasco! A total failure. They said he has a PHD, is it honorary? Cos he hasn't demonstrated any capacity to even deserve a honorary degree, moreso an academic...

It's painful and quite discouraging but you just have to get over it, a little appreciation can go a long way in the journey of kindness. But you just have to move on and not commit it to heart.
Definitely, somebody like that doesn't deserve such a gift anymore. That's why I always show gratitude infact, over- gratitude for whatever is given or done for me.

Has anyone seen the case posted by VDM where a Police (station) in Kwara State allegedly killed and organ-harvested a debtor that was arrested over N220,000 debt. Which his family brought the funds and they refused to collect, only to later carry out this evil overnight and everything went down within 12hrs.

What I have observed about alot of Nigerian youth is that, they are worse than these old men slaving the country away.

I feel there is no need for fight, they should just give you enough time to get another affordable accommodation. It is time you should be fighting for. Besides, you are a yearly tenant, what the law says is that you should be served 6months notice and not 3months.
Lastly, you can also get a Lawyer around you, if they become impatient with you. Get a Lawyer to serve them, the Lawyer won't charge upto 30K for that (15,000-25,000).
