El Rufai is not working for Tinubu, El Rufai is working for himself what is playing out here is a repeat of 2014, with the new coalition and the new party most northern governors will defect to the new party, just as they G7 seven governors did. This time it would be led by El Rufai who would play a key central role. Ganduje would be on the sideline so with Shettima. But they would make a strong influence, Tinubu would most likely lure kwankwaso with promise to hand over power to him 2031 if only he deputizes him. So clearly the game would be Tinubu vs the North.

You talk about El-Rufai as though he is major political strategist in the North.
I may be disappointed with Tinubu's performance so far and I also believe he doesn't deserve a 2nd term, but it's not going to be the decision of El-Rufai. First, he doesn't have the influence, he is only over estimating himself. 2ndly, El-Rufai is fighting a personal fight with Tinubu and trying to drag Nigerians along with him to fight Tinubu. He was part of the team initially and only became bitter after he was left out. That's not enough reason to start a coalition against the President, that's just bad blood! If he wasn't left out, he would still be with them defending the President with all his life like the President's boys are currently doing.
I was also a supporter of Tinubu, I believed in him, campaigned and voted for him but I am very very disappointed at the moment because I see deceit, self-aggrandisement, nonchalance in him. I see him as been very untactful in collapsing all the reform policies at once without assessing the impact on Nigerians and the economy.
He is grabbing more money from Nigerians and putting it in the hands of greedy and ineffectual Politicians.

What Tinubu is stylishly doing is teaching and encouraging all the federal, state and local government agencies to continue to device new means of extorting money from the people.
Just take a look at all the Agencies
-Nafdac extorting money from Medicine sellers in Idumota and Aba upto N700,000 per shop.
-Police coming up with E-CMR, return of tinted permit
FIRS and CAC threatening to delist businesses not paying taxes (once paid are unaccounted for - the State governments only posted the quarterly expenditures once in the 1st quarter of this administration and have gone mute since then)
Lawma now threatening to seal house not paying for waste disposal (same waste they never come to carry, may be you will see them once in 3months)
Waec, Jamb have all heighed their fees
Immigration increased Passport fees
PHCN still doing their own thing and so on...
And all these weights come down on the poor Nigerians despite the glaring non or poor performance of these agencies.

That is why you don't just allow friend influence you anyhow. When the Bible says don't do this and that, it is not because you can do God any favour, but just for your own safety and wellbeing.
There some things you should not allow your eyes see.
There are some words you should not allow your ears hear.
There are some things you should not eat or drink. It is because they have the tendency to pollute your mind or derail you. Addiction is easy to get into but extremely difficult to get out from, only the strongest survive addiction, alot go down with it.

.. apart from amotekun, Ondo State did not experience any meaningful development throughout the seven years of your husband in power. The current governor is not doing better either. Both of them are the worst performing governors in the history of Ondo State.

May God bless Baba Ajasin, Baba Adefarati, Olusegun Agagu and Olusegun Mimiko. During their time, they all performed far better than Aketi and Mr Lucky. In fact, Ondo State in the last 8-9 years has not fared better at all. Nothing is happening in that state.

We should actually have a dedicated national platform in this country where residents of each state can freely give their reviews on the performance of their Reps, Senators, Chairmen and state Governors.
