The guy is actually doing a great job and I admire his courage, though, I dislike his personality and appearance. His putting rings all over his face is a turn off for me but his resilience and courage I admire.

You don't just make baseless accusations, you must be able to substantiate your claims with proofs. These are the reasons most women feel they can cheaply accuse a man of "rape", "sexual harassment" etc just to destroy him. They even jokingly make these threats sometimes, that they will just accuse you and everyone will believe them against you.
Same reason married women will bring in another man's child and pin it on their husbands and are not punished even after DNA. No punishment whatsoever.

You are in a better position to know your boss more than we do but provided the circumstances you narrated, I think you should just summon courage to do the needful. Resign, go home and concentrate on getting a new job. The thing is, there are a bit more vacancies around several companies now due to japa. Apply more, do more interviews, don't put all your hopes on any. Just keep things cool and live one day at a time.
