There's nothing stupid about it. The Landlord seems a comfortable man to have waited 7years. What needs to be done is go to court to get a repossession order. But first be sure, the tenant is not dead inside the house. Cos we have heard many stories like this.

Be fooling yourself with your mumu forex. What is the sum of Nigeria's internal revenue from mining, agriculture, taxes and other exports? Eventually, close to another 20billion dollars would still be borrowed to supplement your forex.
And at the end of the day more that 50% of the whole budgeting and borrowing will not be accounted for.

For now... There is nothing concrete so far. For them to make any meaningful impact, they must collapse PDP and LP into 1party, pull their candidates and supporters together to get this hulk Hogan out of power. But what still baffles me at the age and time is how people will hold phone to record themselves commiting atrocities. One of the Oba's men was holding the phone and recording the assault.and most definitely posted it on social media
Because, the Oba was busy cursing while he was being recorded and forgot that even at the instant the curses were also getting back to him. No he has trended negatively, he has been suspended and might even be dethroned if unlucky.
