It's doesn't mean any of them is right. Jumping to file law suits in Nigeria is a big joke and a waste of time. Nigerians hardly sue, the few once that manage to is always out of the intention to clamp down on someone.
Why did NDLEA wait till their issue was mentioned/a parallel drug agency was being proposed before making these allegations, indeed, their allegations must be "spurious" and NDLEA has not really been doing its job just like all the other failed, bribe-seeking agencies.
Nigeria still remains a free-for-all country where anything goes, anyhow.

Someone still did a post on the kidnappings in Abuja like a day or 2 ago on Nairaland front page. You all need to read his post analysing how they mostly kidnap woman coming from work around 7pm downwards. This is one of such incidents. Everything about Nigeria is always a scam! Our appetite for money is the bane of our problems. We have so much zest to make money by all means and become rich so much that we don't know how live life properly.
I don't think I have seen any Pastor from the developed world, who actually brought the religion down here, sitting down with toothpick in his hand and analysing how other people who have worked for 30days should submit their salaries to him. But Nigerians are also miracle/magic enthusiasts, the religious leaders will always coin ways of gaining more from them. I was travelling from Lagos to asaba in February. I had just over taken a GIG in ore after resting with my younger bro at that same ore. Just 2 mins from where we had a break from driving, I was doing 120/140km when all of a sudden, this bike guy violently swerved his bike from the other express lane to ours knowing that spot/road was very bumpy/uneven (wonder what causes those wrinkles on the road?). He just bounced off the road with is bike and hit his head on the ground right infront of me and the GIG. We both slammed our breaks and watched the drama unfold. He was on the hot ground, stretching his hand while on the ground like as if he was about to let go of something.. this happened within 1 minute. Omo we drove pass oh! Naija's police wouldn't have accepted the fact that his act was intentional..

Na him soul dey leave am so as he dey stretch hand like that. Any injury to the head is always major and mostly fatal. If you check am well, na Aboki e go be. There is this arrogance they have even in the face of death, them no care.
Actually, I have never driven 140km/hr before in my over 15yrs of driving and I don't think I will ever drive that till kpai commot for this earth. I hardly do 100km/hr My mind no go just dey at rest... What if the brakes fail? What if a tyre bursts, what if the stirring becomes stuff, what if I suffer a malfunctioning?
