That link is mls council of Nigeria site. if you want to go to private university with your ond it is as easy as joining a church, but that federal uni own depends on your gp minimum of 3.0 and who can help you with it, just get a direct entry form,but you will start from 200lvl http://www.mlscn.gov.ng/?page_id=69

that friend of yours should just for MLS, directly. even though both mlt and mls works in the lab, the mls are paid more than mlt with the fact that they work less, and also we are being made to understand that as time goes on,mltechnician will no longer be needed in the lab, like they did for Mlassistant, we will only have mlscientist. mls is just like upgrading mlt for more pay and respect.a mltechnician can never be hod over mls,so that is what i know 'bout it

as a medical laboratory personnel starting from lowest level in a standard govt hospital you are suppose to be collecting a nothing less than a 100k.
Morealso most of these microbiology, biochemistry, biological science graduate are coming back to offer these course because they can't work in any lab they dare not open a private lab, what makes you think unilag starts offering the course, the only problem is the money to run the business if you want to open a private lab, cos it requires a high capital, and if you save to open one you won't regret it. After this mls now there will still be DMLS doctor of mls those One's will be earning up to a doctor's salary or even more
