Eat well, possibly overfeed your self, go to bed and cover your eyes, or you close your eyes for at the least 15 minutes, Now shut your mind, don’t think of anything, shut every voices of your mind or in your head and keep looking at that dark vacuum, make sure your room is silent with no noise and let these be so for a period of 15 minutes, by the time you open your eyes, you will have spend hours on that bed sound asleep. Try it and thank me later.

1000 yhu have no idea how right yhu are, if there was something I could do to sleep only for 3hrs a day without side effects and still have a mentally, psycho logically sound mind and still maintain strength without fatigue, plus laser focus, I would take that deal.

generators naturally don't sleep for a long time or need to sleep for too long, sleeping replenishes one depleted energy, generators constantly generate that energy effortless, they don't get depleted easily.
