The Transfiguration (Mark/Luke 9) was a Soul Travel experience. Another account was in 2Cor 12. It must be earned by spiritual effort and is granted by the grace of God. Afterwards you will know a degree of the marvelous love and power of God than the average person, just like Peter, James and John.

You must cooperate with the laws of God. Then the grace of God will find you.

A good point to start is the purification of the consciousness by the regular practice of chanting the holy name of God, HU daily. HU is God's love for you and me, here and now.

Soul Travel is taught only by the Holy One, the Mahanta, the Living ECK Master. But first, the student must understand that Soul Travel is possible by the force of love only. And love comes to one whom the Word has stirred. You can read more about the Word in the Gospel of John. Chanting HU for 30min daily enhanced our connection with this Word of God. It is experienced either as the Light or Sound in the dream state or during contemplation.
A recommended text is the book, Past Lives, Dreams and Soul Travel by Sri Harold Klemp, the Mahanta, the Living ECK Master. Another is ECKANKAR, Ancient Wisdom for Today. Freely available online.
This is one of the many benefits of being an ECKist.

An ECKist is a student of the Mahanta, the Living ECK Master the sole teacher of Soul Travel. Astral travel is a lesser form of travel, and not the same as Soul Travel which is simply Soul's journey home to God.

There are different kinds of dreams. While some may be about our past lives, others could be futuristic or instructive. And these are all real events and not "fragments of the imagination." One trick is to ask the Inner Master for help and understanding. You can, before drifting asleep, say gently to your Inner Guide, "please help me remember and understand my dreams." Then go to sleep with much love in your heart for this Divine manifestation of God that is always with you. He is also the Dream Master.

The Chief of Army Staff, Lt Gen Tukur Buratai, has said that terrorism and terrorist groups could not be eliminated alone by the military unless religious bodies and organisations in the country come to the “forefront of this spiritual battle.”

The army chief noted that the focus must be religious groups interfacing on addressing the ideologies which fuelled the Boko Haram and ISWAP terrorists.

Buratai said, “It is easier to defeat Boko Haram and ISWAP terrorists than their ideology because while we degrade the terrorists and their havens, the narrative of the ideology grows the group.

“Therefore, communities, families, and groups should join in the fight and narratives to reject and prevent the ideologies of the terrorists and extremist groups.

“Religious bodies and organisations in particular who interface regularly with the grassroots should be at the forefront of this spiritual battle and fashion out ways of stepping up their roles.

“The fight against terrorism, Boko Haram and ISWAP, as well as other security threats, cannot be left to the troops in the battlefield alone. Yes, we will do our duties but the need to tackle groups through spiritual warfare and reorientating the followers against the ideology is also a necessity.

“It is a well-known fact that terrorism and terrorist groups cannot be totally eliminated by mainly military actions. This means focusing our efforts on the underlying narratives through ideologies that are employed by these terrorists to lure innocent citizens to their fold.

“The need to defeat the ideologies of Boko Haram and ISWAP is based on the awareness that it is the ideologies that enhance their resources and help to recruit new fighters to their fold and as such; kill their ideology and the terrorist movement withers and dies.”

These are trained beings on the Astral Plane known as the Lords of Karma working under the Spiritual Hierarchy (God doesn't do this directly). Karma has other aspects. But let us look at just two types: Fate and Reserve Karmas.
Sometimes, when a righteous man get served by the Lords of Karma from his reserved karma account, there is a lot of speculation and eventually we say "Who can question God?" And let it be. Understandably, we are unperturbed or happy when a rogue get served from his daily karmic account.

I like your line of thought. Actually, Karma and Reincarnation can be likened to the two faces of an ancient coin. Nothing man can do to deface it. The Lords of Karma are spiritually trained to administer this law on the departed which they do under the supervision of other higher beings.

Generational curses is a term coined in an attempt to understand a great principle of life called Karma. This law is immutable, from generation to generation

The body of man is made from the negative power, called Satan in Christianity. But you are Soul and the body is only a temporal abode for Soul.

The Word of God is the Voice of God, the Audible Life Stream, the Holy Spirit, the Primordial Sound, the Music of the Spheres. It is solely responsible for the various States of Consciousness like the Krishna (Christ) and the Mahanta (which is the highest).

Little is left of the original teaching of love, self denial and purity of heart as taught by the Lord Jesus Christ.
