Beyy: Hello Ogas, Please Guys can you kindly help me out with this if you have experience in it? Thank you. Please has anyone successfully used only NYSC work experience for Canada express entry? Can you let me know how you went about it? I have the following questions: 1. In the reference letter was it explicitly stated that the job was under the NYSC scheme? 2. Since NYSC is one year with 3 weeks terminal paid leave, will CIC still calculate it as complete one year or will they deduct the leave period? (Which will then mean the work experience is less than a year hence reducing one’s CRS score) 3. Who knows how CIC verifies work experience? Would they use the contact detail of the supervisor on the reference letter or just a google search? I ask because the place where I served is a very remote area in Imo state and there is little or zero information about the place on google. This means that the VO will be left with no other contact detail other than the one provided in the body of the reference letter. The place also doesn’t have a website, general email or fax. Please gurus how do I tackle this? Should I include my call up letter, posting acceptance letter and bank statements in addition to the reference letter? Thanks for your help in advance |

Please guys I seriously need help with this question. Again my NYSC bank statement does not reflect the 19800 alawee payment that was made by cash in camp so I currently have only 11 payments in my NYSC account statements. Please what do I do? Someone please help me. Thanks and God bless you. |

Collineno: I think job title doesn’t really matter when choosing your NOC. The job duties are what matters the most. So I’ll suggest you double check your job duties with those stated by CIC for a solar engineer and see if it matches. If it does then that should be your NOC |

Mrsc22: Thanks for your response and advice Mrsc22. I really appreciate it. The thing is that the money is already in my account and I’m currently not in Nigeria. Ive tried to find out if the gift deed can be made in the absence of the donee or if the donee has to be physically present at the time of the gift deed execution. I’ve not really been able to get any information about that. Please do you know anyone who has done a gift deed successfully for canada express entry in the absence of the donee? Thanks again. |

Hello Guys! Compliments of the season to y’all. Please I have a question with regards to POF for express entry. 1. I received 8k USD in September 2019. This money is actually mine. I sent about 9K USD back to Nigeria sometime in 2018 to save. I intend to use this money as part of my POF for express entry. Please how can I prove to the visa officer that this money is mine? Since from September 2019 to now is not up to six months. Will an LOE do? Assuming I also attach my bank statements showing the money sent in 2018 and then returned in September 2019 by the same person who I sent it to. I’ll appreciate your advice please. Thanks |

Hi guys I made a mistake in my DS 160 form. The power they asked for previous education. Do you have a secondary school education or higher? I clicked no and went on with the form. I only realized I made the mistake after four days of submission. I’m a current masters student and I filled that part correctly. Will that affect me? |

Please guys, I have been refused visa to the US. But I got a scholarship to a UK school. The scholarship body says we should apply for priority service. However, I learnt tgat for those who have been refused visa before to countries like Australia, us and uk, ought not to apply for priority service, I have laid my concern to my sponsor and they asked me to go ahead with the priority service. If I don't apply for the priority service, I will likely not meet up with my school start date but I'm trying to be very careful to avoid a uk visa rejection. Please gurus in the house, would I be rejected if I apply for priority service? And if I do will I be rejected? |
