It is a difficult thing to defend Oyedepo who is the main Apostle of money doubling Christianity. I understand your anger and the insults you are hauling on that guy for mentioning lord Oyedepo.


He has enriched himself wholly from demanding seeds in a manner that is very fraudulent from his followers. 6 years ago, I stopped watching or following his Canaanland Shiloh after an episode that was clearly not the teachings of Jesus. He placed many heavy containers around the stage, selected some persons to testify of sowing seeds of all the money they had and receiving in return hundreds in contract as result of sowing seed to Oyedepo. He then gradually worked up his sermon to seed sowing and finally requesting that people should throw in the kind of seeds as they have not done before to experience "money doubling". People were stripped of their possessions, the containers were filled with money, property titles, cheque leaflets, car keys, and so on.
Every other thing he said in his motivational talks were not as moving as marrying the testimonies of the selected men and the need to sow seed to experience financial doubling.
In my recent posts on this forum I challenged the fraudulent seed sowing concepts for virtually everything in today's Christianity. Jesus didn't teach that people must sow money seeds as part of prayer rituals. The Apostles didn't teach that either. And I asked which Father will demand that his children should sow seeds before he can grant their request for school fees, feeding needs, clothing needs and any other needs for that matter. How much more God Almighty.
I don't believe Oyedepo is a man of God. A shrewd Businessman is the best description of him and all who talk like him. They hardly use Jesus as the standard but are quick to lift passages in the old testaments that fits their purpose which is to extract money from people.

No matter how you put it, you can be easily classified as the sconers and modern day pharisees..

Seed sowing in the kigdom of God is not Bishop opinion but clearly instructed from the Bible.Be it tithe, worship offering, or prophet offering, or sacrifices or whatever it is. They are commanded from scriptures.

What more, we are required to ONLY give willingly and at no point in my many years under Bishop as he ever forced anyone to give so your argument is unfounded lame and ignorant.

Besides if you are not a giver in the church you have no right to voice any opinion on the matter but rather in the garbage were it belongs.

I listened to Bishop Oyedepo during the last International youth convention of Winners chapel this August he itemized 3 keys to an enthroned destiny which are

1.Finding God's direction for your life
2.Hardwork
3.Discipline.

.More often than not you would hear Bishop emphasizing the importance of hardwork in some of his teaching so your deliberate attempt to discredit and malign Bishop Oyedepo under a false notion of focusing only on seed sowing is not only daft, foolish but ludicrously ignorant.
