9jatriot: Send them an email with your new solution, you never can tell.
Just tell them that you came up with a much simpler solution after you got off the interview. Nothing to lose here
If they do not have anyone better than you within that interview itself, rather than conduct a new one, they may call you again OP, please take this advice. |

Latestreport1: 2million When I ask him about Fixed deposit and TB he was discouraging me, saying Fixed deposit is less that 3 percent TB 100m above.
Maybe I met the wrong person, because he was trying to convince me to invest on Sanlem insurance with 5% yearly. 100k interest on 2million. You obviously met a wrong person who was more interested in selling a different investment plan, maybe for a commission or referral bonus. |

Car Talk › Re: This Nigerian Mechanic Has Gone Viral After A Video Show Him Lifting An Engine by bfn1: 12:49am On Jan 12, 2023 |
I don't support this.
It's a case of hard work instead of smart work. A needless show of bravado too.
He has a colleague he could have called on for support but he decided to do the lifting by himself.
A major injury, or even death, could have happened if he had lost his footing.
How about a potential damage to the car? He could have caused a dent, crack a plastic component or chip off a part of the body paint-work.
There are locally-fabricated metal structures with a pulley system made with strong chain. That would have saved him tonnes of energy & stress.
I can also see that he chose to carry the engine over a distance only for a colleague to pull up with a locally-fabricated trolley when he was about dropping it.
Not impressed at all. |

Plus10: Good day house,I don't know if it's real, does stanbic investment account normally start with alphabet e.g C-005.....? Yes. StanbicIBTC offers a number of mutual funds schemes including the Stanbic IBTC Guaranteed Investment Fund (SIGIF) and the Stanbic IBTC Money Market Fund (SIMMF). The E-account details for SIGIF starts with a C- (with 8 digits) while that of SIMMF is all numeric (10 digits). I hope you're not mistaking it for the CSCS CHN which also alpha-numeric & starts with letter "C". |

ExtremeDot: My Nija people go always find way to beat the system/rules. No be 9ja again? Omoo! From the bar chart, it's almost like, for every Nigerian student that enters UK, a dependant/relative comes along. Taking advantage of an opportunity no be crime. You're right. However, a good number of Nigerians have abused the opportunity. A number of the dependents are just by way of arrangee set ups; sham marriages and all. Who doesn't know that someday, we will get to this level with the UK government? Same as the UAE and other countries. |
