I booked my ticket from wakanow few days ago but unfortunately today I received email from Qatar airline that my ticket has been cancelled for operational reason. I tried to contact wakanow but all abortive. Pls what can I do? And pls I will appreciate anybody who have Wakanow Costomer care phone number?

A family of 3 applied for a study visa.

MA successfully got her visa but husband and child refused

Husband used deception in 2019 for a visit visa. According to them, there was no ban of the refusal letter. They were informed husband is surely banned but they decided to apply all together regardless.

Family now knows the husband can't make any attempt to apply until after the ban but MA at least wants the child to relocate with her mainly because of medical, physical and emotional reasons.. . Child is 4 years but has a medical history since 2 years.

Does the bolded fall under serious and compelling reasons highlighted in the attached pic especially if MA gets child's medical records?

I'm not too sure on this one. Your opinions/advice will be appreciated

I got a NSF email yesterday asking me to explain my 9 years study gap.

I worked with an organisation for four years, (I have the appointment letter and all) but quit in 2018 due to pregnancy and baby nursing. I nursed from 2018 without employment but opened my own private business in 2020. I hope mentioning the business and nursing will not be a red flag that me deny me visa. I intend to mention all in the reply.

We paid for DHL delivery of our passports. We got a collection mail from TLS this evening by 6pm that our passport is ready for collection and that they will send additional email if we have paid for the passport to be delivered to us. Instead of sending the additional email which I presume should contain the DHL tracking number they rather send another collection email with no DHL tracking number around 7pm. Please how long does it take them to deliver passport after receiving collection email outside Lagos state, Ebonyi State precisely.

Ok lemme put it this way.
The dependant uploaded CAS through assisted service, I noticed this in the collection paper after biometric. Do we need to worry about it?
Secondly, CAS was uploaded through assisted service for MA but it was not written inside the collection paper that it was submitted. Hope it pose no problem?

For more clarification, the dependant and MA did assisted service at once. For dependant, there’s names of documents submitted in the collection paper from TLS and we noticed “evidence of sponsor” was there as documents submitted which is CAS. Do we need to worry about it because he’s not the MA?
Secondly, for MA there’s names of documents submitted in the collection paper too from TLS and we noticed there is no “evidence of sponsor” documents but the CAS was duly submitted for MA. Hope this pose no problem as well?

I optioned for assisted service next but I have a document that it is on A3 (marriage certificate), pls do you think they will be able to scan A3 documents at the assisted service? Because I read it on TSL VI that all documents must be A4.
Also is it acceptable to also go with soft copy documents through flash drive?
Pls what can I do?

Dependant received NSF mail asking her to upload pof in her name, whereas pof is in MA’s account, we uploaded two statements of account, the 28days we submitted earlier n the pof till that very day we received NSF and with consent letters.

2. During our Visa application form, we chose “YES”for this question “Do you own the house you live”. With this answer we chose, pls do we need to submit the house documents? NOTE: we have the land survey and the building plan of our house we live.

3. We are planning to print our statement of account by 27th of June to cover from 17th of May to 27th of June. We have also submitted online application yesterday 20th of June but our biometric is 28th of June. Please gurus in the house, does this go well considering the date we make our online application?

4. Does the dependant need financial consent letter from the Main applicant? Considering the dependant is her spouse and we stated it in our application that dependant living expenses was included in MA statement of account.

5. Lastly, the dependant stated his traveling history on his visa application, does he need to upload his Temporary Residence Card (expired). Note, on his passport it was a year visa but got a temporary residence card as an extension to be 2years.

Note: biometric is Assisted service

Visa and IHS fees paid with Barter

Biometrics - TLS Ikeja | May 10th for both (Dependent paid 42k for walk-in) POS

NSF mail for MA - 4th June (no request)

Sent a paid mail in line with NSF - 8th June

Response from UKVI DMC - no decision made

Sent second mail as a response to the first paid mail - 20th June - no response �

Sent a paid mail on 22nd June at 1am - Decision made, Application moved to VAC, Collection Mail from TLS, Courier dispatch mail too.

June 23rd - Received passports with Visa for both MA and Dependent.

This platform was really helpful and encouraging. I wish you all success in your applications

Travel history stated - US multiple times, UAE twice. No visa refusals. Dependent first visa application.

Proof of funds was done from March 19th till Visa collection. 3 months on the average.

POF of 28 days required for CAS. Language test carried out by school before CAS. Similar to IELTS then a PreCAS interview.
