All these telecommunication companies boasting of fast data network, boasts of how cheap it is to use and lots of freebies on their data network.
Can you share your experience on data networks in your area? Are you able to enjoy the Data services they boast of, or is it otherwise?

Science/TechnologyWhere Can One Report All These Mobile Operators by bidex(op): 10:34am On Jan 07, 2014
Please house, what organisation can we report all these mobile operators?
Their network has never been enjoyable. It has always been dilapidating thing so far so good. Several calls to their customer care and they will promise they will get back to us in 24 hrs yet, nothing to show for it. instead it grows worse. Their bad netowork has bad some novice to damage their hard earned mobile phones thinking its the phone's issue.
Please we need help to deal with these operators
Afterall we pay for these services.
SportsRe: Mikel Winning AFOTY Award Will Be An Insult To African Football by bidex(m): 10:13am On Jan 07, 2014
heykims: yaya nd Mikel playing agaist each oda and Mikels team winning means Mikel is better dn Yaya abi?
And u re right, Mikel really taught d Spanish world class new tricks on d pitch evident by d eventual scoreline..
The talent u have is obviously copying nd pasting at d detriment of ur 6th sense.
If really u had d 6th sense, it wud have made u reason before u copy nd paste dt '' Mikel has been d prime choice in chelsea central defence consistently for 6 years''.
Am sure u guys' luv for Mikel even trails mine but am only being factual and putting Africa first.
Mikel is a nice player nd is improving but still has much more to doto earn AFOY.
I never blame you at all. You only like to open that your crap you called mouth to say nonsense. I copied and paste it for you to see what a non Nigerian said about Mikel. I know you are either a Barcelona idiot or Manshiter fan. stop running your mouth! For all i care and dont wanna change my stance. Mikel is better of YAya. He out classed him in all encounters and played better than him
SportsRe: Mikel Winning AFOTY Award Will Be An Insult To African Football by bidex(m): 9:26am On Jan 06, 2014
heykims: So coz of d fact dt I mistook 2006 for 2005 means I dont know soccer. Clap for ursef.
Keep hyping him nd we sincere Africans will keep saying d fact nd d obvious. No wonder one also said Yaya Toure is nobody beside d then Makalele of chelsea. I laugh in Swahili.
I av nothing against anybody o nd Enyeama who I tip for d award isnt my relation.
This present Chelsea's Mikel doesnt deserve to represent African football across d globe I will always say.
It may pay us to remember that Yaya Toure and his fellow superstars of Cote D’Ivoire were actually knocked out of that tournament in the quarter-final stage by the Super Eagles of Nigeria in a match where John Mikel Obi completely stole the show, cutting off the Ivoriens’ attacks and propelling the Eagles’ own surge for goals. Where was Yaya Toure?

It is on record that Yaya Toure has never bossed Mikel Obi in any match involving both, and that includes this season which my TV panelist thinks has been extra-ordinary for Toure! In a team (Chelsea) which arguably has the toughest competition for midfield places under (unargeuably) the most demanding and difficult to please coach in the world (Jose Mourinho), John Mikel Obi has maintained his place as the prime choice in the terribly difficult central defensive midfield role, something he has done successfully for over 6 years and under no less than the same number of coaches now! He deserves our respect at the very least.

At the FIFA Confederations Cup where coach Stephen Keshi allowed Mikel greater freedom to roam, we saw the Nigerian score a terrific goal while teaching the Spanish world class midfielders a few new tricks to savour.

This is clued from Daily mail UK. Get that into your skull

Capt. JH Miller:
Did you just use mikel n Messi in the same statement?? Better start apologising o! That is an abimination!
common save us that crap! what has Messi done single handedly for his country in soccer world despite they have more than enough talent to compliment him?
See Mikel at the Nations cup and say he's not better than messi? Playing DMF is the most difficult task when it comes to football. Ask any coach in the world.

Na wah o! See a confused and delluded Manchester United fan lamenting about Mikel.
Why is Ferguson dying to sign him if your so'called bench warmmer did not deserve it?
Why did Jose wanted him at Madrid back in the days?
Why are there more than 5 coaches in Chelsea and yet Mikel makes the first teamhuh Common man! You should do better with your tale

FoodRe: Ewa Agoyin And Agege Bread: The Fading Delicacy Of Lagosians by bidex(m): 3:58pm On Apr 17, 2013
alextayo: Ewa Agoyin is best enjoyed when it is cooked for house hold cunsumption and as part of menu in a party. Honestly speaking, i pity those who buy this beans when it is being cooked for commercial purpose. I grew up on Lagos Island and lived among the Togolese who brought this delicacy to Lagos, infact they occupied half of the compound where i lived and they are specialist in preparing this meal if they really want to. They initialy started well and that was when the beans became the darling of many Lagosians.

Unfortunately, greed sets it and the high rate of cutting corners to maximise profit makes them at times do the unthinkable against the good mind of the unsuspecting public.

How many of you are aware that at times they cook white beans and use tonic grass (a local herb that emits red colour when cooked and you can get it at the local herb market)to turn the beans colour into brown .This is the period they add more palm oil to your beans with little stew. In some instances they cook a mixture of white beans and olo 2 mashed together with the left over from the previous day.

And presently what we have on the street of Lagos is EWA KWARA being hawked by Kwara girls and claiming it to be Ewa Agoyin. Anybody can cook ewa agoyin once you can mash the beans and get the right recipe for the stew.

THOSE WHO HAVE EARS....LET THEM HEAR
well, that is your believe. that tonic grass is even medicinal. you don chop wanche(hausa rice spiced with beans) before?
ewa is ewa jor

well, its not available in the rich people zone because good food is not meant for the rich people. good food is for the poor. we enjoy it daily at Osodi, Ajegunle, Bariga, Somolu, Mushin and many more hoodlums. All the rich knows to eat is fatty food. but we poor eats balanced diet. check out the combination
beans.... rich in protein
bread, yam or garry.... rich in carborhydrate
the stew....... rich in ion
plantain....... rich in vitamins
the oil........ rich in fat
and the accossories are not left out such as kpomo, bone marrow etc.
I LOVE EWA AGANYIN

Alore: - The

Instead of posting above lousy comments, why don't you think a little deeper and look around to see the ripple effect of such company on Nigerian economy:
- Huawei, Ericsson, ZTE, CNSSL, etc are big companies that maintain various network infrastructures for MTN, who do you think indirectly gives employment to the staff of these companies?
- With over 9,000 base stations, who pays some of your cronies, relatives and uncles who supply diesel to fuel these generators and do maintenance on the ACs, masts, generators, etc
- Do you know how many mouths that walk-in centres, connect stores, recharge cards sales outlets, feed daily because they do business directly with MTN?
- What of security guards in all the base stations and offices, drivers, cleaners, facility maintenance guys, the IT companies that maintain systems and network stuff for the company added staff because a company like MTN demand their services.
- need I tell you about MTN Foundation that are staffed by ordinary Nigerians like you and me, but are solely involved in providing Corporate Social Responsibilities to support government efforts in health-care, education, entertainment, social rehabilitation.
Guys, let's appreciate good things. MTN has done far far good things for this nation than even many of our government parastatals have done for their constituencies. If MTN disappears from naija today. Omo, na chaos be that oh. Pls appreciate what is good.
Chief, giving out contracts to other companies does not mean they created the JOB. letting those companies maintain their infrastructures does not mean they are giving them employment, they are simply transacting bussiness. what is the staffing strength of those companies you mentioned? are they the only one these companies serve? dont misplace contract to employment please

val_dubem: If only I can swap to another network without changing my sim..
you can by simply copying all your contacts and data to your computer or phone. then update them all you have changed line. you need not to use MTN sim to get on others networks. all you need is moving all datas on it if you wanna change network
