The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) yesterday September 24th arraigned six fishermen Adekunle Oshingbosi; Momodu Ibrahim; Idowu Tuesday; Togbosi Christian; Benjamin Eyinle; Anthony Medoho,  and their company, Oshine Resources Ventures Limited before a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos for allegedly fishing in unauthorized waters.
According to the EFCC, the men were arrested on March 27th by officers of the Nigerian Navy for fishing in Nigerian territorial waters without getting authorized approval thereby violating Sections 1(1)(2) of the Seas Fishery Act Cap S4, 2004. 
When the 2 count charge of conspiracy and stealing was read to the men, they pleaded not guilty and applied for bail through their counsel.
The presiding Judge, Justice Ibrahim Buba granted them bail in the sum of N10 million each with one surety in like sum each, who is to produce two recent passport photographs. They were remanded at the Ikoyi prisons pending when they meet their bail conditions.

Am thinking, assuming each of them has ten million naira, will they be fisher en?

smokescreen4: UPDATE:I really dug up the cause of death he died from thromboembolism it occurs when they is a sudden cut of blood supply to certain parts of the brain, dat his was caused by cerebral ischemia. A young doctor related to them was more than happy to give the information to my source, he said it was same thing goldie died of.

Then such death may not be ordinary. Am not saying the wife, may even be one of the mistress.

A cheating husband dies, his wife who probably spent all nights of their marriage crying because of his cheating way doesn't deem him worth mourning for, what wrong did she do. This goes to show how hypocritical some Nigerians are, so unless she mourns it means something is suspicious, am surprised nobody has come up with the hypothesis that she myt actually have another lover somewhr.
Do you know what it means to mourn somebody, so u expect me to mourn somebody like Idi Amin of Uganda or even Patrick Sawyer because he is dead? Well to me she has already mourned her husband while he was alive(all those nights she spent crying and probably trying to play good wife so that he will stop cheating,probably those days at the hospital because he infected her with some STI's, carrying a gloomy face around and sadness in her heart) there is no point pretend-mourning. We don't need to place her under our judgement microscope because she didn't mourn somebody worth mourning. I know people who died who I didn't mourn while there are others I still mourn till today 10yrs after because of how they impacted my life while they were still alive.
Like someone rightly pointed out previously, let his concubines do the mourning, for her its good riddance to bad rubbish!

If u had followed thenews well, Patrick sawyer already left his his wife and kids for a mistress, yet after he died, she came out with a letter to defend her husband claiming that he was seeking better healthcare b4 she later apologise.

aisha2: The case presented here is not a woman who killed her husband but one or some who may not really mourn or feel the loss of their husbands because they didn't have a good marriage let us not loose track of that in all the excitement.
Murder is a crime but not mourning is not a crime. It is morally frowned at but no one can be charged for that. Even the examples I gave which seem to make you upset did not say any of the wives murdered them, the said they didn't feel the loss really because they didn't feel the love that should exist between spouses.

Just want to be clear before one is accused tomorrow if justifying murdering spouses. The topic is not about women who kill their husbands but about women who don't mourn their husbands who die from natural. Causes.hmm

The only reason I won't kill him myself is because I might be caught and I can't risk a jail term for some douche bag or worst still, my conscience might not contain it. There isn't much difference between a murderer and a cheating spouse. A cheating spouse is a potential killer as far as am concerned. If you are tired of a relationship, walk out than cheat or better still let your partner know about it and walk out. if you are caught, you can't control what happens afterwards .


People can say what they like about your friend, she won't be looking so ravishing if she killed the cheat, she would have made an effort at pretense if she was the killer.
