He called me this morning to say I should have patient that he is fixing the car and would hand it over to me soon, i insisted on knowing when he said before Friday.

I offered to pay him his balance,pick the car as it is and tow it to ph for further repairs.

He said ok but that the mechanic has losened the gearbox and that I should wait for it to be coupled.

I asked him to have the gearbox put In the car boot, that I will tow everything like that.

op agreed to have that done.

He promised to call me this evening to let me know so I can plan my trip for tomorrow.

I told op I would be in warri tomorrow irrespective of his call

I expected this.
Scammers always want to apply delay tactics to buy time and cover their tracks.
From registering an account just a few days ago to the ridiculous price of the vehicle everything about the dominion guy seems off.

You shouldn't have gotten yourself involved in this.

@crestedaguiyi make sure you get the guy and hurt him in a way that he'd never think of being stupid in his life again. That's how I'd deal with anyone who plays with my money, I don't steal it so nobody would steal it from me and go free.

I'm very Right-leaning and Capitalistic and I hate envious taxation in every form.

Depends on the country & the number of family members you're dealing with.
Also it's closer to the real price if you deal with the country in question direct(agency fees).

They'd just move out of the country.
It's only $100k to get another passport.

Fix basic amenities like Roads and Power.
Businesses would thrive and employ massively.
Millions of comfortable middle class Nigerians would be created.
Tax them normally and make more than trying to tax the few thousand "wealthy Nigerians"

Cars45 is straightforward, Cars are valued and sold as-is so if you're comfortable with Cars they are OK, I think they are better than most Naija used sellers that cosmetically cover major faults and then try to sell at the highest obtainable price.
