I mistakenly put my bold 9790 along with my clothes in the washing machine yesterday morning and only realised when I went to pick out the clothes. The flash was going on and off intermittently when I got it out and there was water inside everywhere. I wrote it off and got a replacement yesterday but I want to ask the experts, is there anyway I can get my files I saved on it back? I tried googling and they said I should put it in rice (its been in rice since then) but I doubt its ever coming back on. I want to know if there is any workaround to get the files I saved on the phone memory as there are a lot of important documents there. thanks. |
stockbull: stop wasting your precious time.Exactly. |
stagger: I answer emails on a personal basis. Sometimes I get requests from previous customers. Then what happens? They get hiot with an autoresponse?Sorry |
redsun: How come we never heard of the kidnapping here?Another one of the more you look, the less you see.The kidnap was on front page here few years back. |
stagger: Check your email.Setup an email with an autoresponder containing payment details. |
You dont. You can learn all the principles in the trenches. |
Hmmmmnn, funny enough I tried domaining years ago before entering a business that worked and never could get the hang of it, I got stuck I think at registering with sedo, lol. When you say being a nigerian do you mean telling prospective buyers that you're from Nigeria? |
All I see in your words is FEAR! And how many are employed in Nigeria with a corresponding large proportion of the population being sacked now and then? This stories are not for the employed but the un-employed!
Just looked through his comment, There's something I saw somewhere, if you really want to, you would make a way, if you don't, you would make an excuse. That's what I see here. I had zero skills as much as six months before I started business. I spent money and time acquiring them and when I got to an appreciable level, launched commercially. I dont know as much as some not making money but I always learn everyday how to market and position myself to customers. So there's one thing about not having skills, there is another thing about gathering too many and not using any. Entrepreneurship is not for the Unemployed, it is a way of life and seriously, its not for everyone, it requires focus and Big Balls. We'r all hyped about Oil Company, Good Job, etc in Nigeria but fail to realise not everyone is enjoying staying in those places. Uncertainty and fear of the unknown makes them hang on there and accept every crap that comes to them. I'm happy when I wake up in the morning, have an idea, implement it within the week, and see results in months, rather than having to wait for my ideas to pass through approval from endless levels and even at the end, not being acknowleged as the creator of the idea. Given another chance, Id start Business earlier. |
kingodeya: I love this topic so so much.i have always dreamt of becoming gr8ta than carlos slim or dangote.buh then my concern is about how to make sure employees do not rob me of little moneys that cud all make me run into losses assuming d bussiness grows bigger.how do i prevent this.?experience guys on board.any advice.?Start making the money first before bothering about that. When you sweat for it you wont think twice of dealing with thieves in the worst way possible. |
sKeetz: You're right, am browsing with a mobile phone cause am on the go but the mobile phone probably costs more than all the second hand desktop you've used yOuR entire life. Maybe when I'm stationary and got time, I'll do as you say.Obviously, you're a kid. I wont bring myself down to your level by telling you what I have and what I dont, so you dont kill yourself. I'm on the go too and I take an iPad out (like right now) for that along with my cellphones so I still see things properly. Just borrow the laptop as I said when you're done playing with tyres outside. The issue here is not my so called second hand computer but you not knowing the difference between trains and atlantic despite your expensive bb porsche. |
airbags everywhere |
emychukwu: Tanx pls, bt dint over heat...I wonder cos d oil section is intact..It might happen without you noticing, I think Ikenna has explained it before. |
sKeetz: Dude..if you've been on a virgin atlantic flight atleast once you should know how the first class cabin looks like #nuff saidIve not used virgin flights, I've been on the train. That apart, you're probably browsing with a phone that's why you're publicly displaying this. Borrow a good laptop, download the photo, zoom in. Let me know if its "virgin atlantic" or "virgin trains" you see there. Cheers. |
Deiok: I think he has to deliver the doors first, before you work on how you are going to sell them. Cause people here have to see the door and know their qualities before they will like to buy them. She should get photos and descriptions of the doors and start marketing before they land. That way she knows the possible market for them. There's no annoyance in business like money tied down as stock that isnt appreciating |
