ComputersRe: Which is Better:The Pentium or the AMD? by bijorium(m): 5:13pm On Dec 14, 2005
@Hunter
I need a little bit of advice. I am cloning a PC in a few days. And I had always believed Pentiums were the best in the market. I would like to ask you to do a little more explanation as to why you say AMDs are better than Pentiums. Thanks grin
CareerRe: Cisco Certification Advice, Materials by bijorium(op): 8:27am On Dec 12, 2005
Hi, I happen to have links to the latest dumps. Bit I daresay that experience in the networking field is a plus. I have worked with Cisco routers and switches for close to a year and should be writing my ccna anytime from now. Todd Lammle's 5th edition published by Sybex is definitely a material you should read back to back. Try visit a few forums online to test your level of preparedness.

Cheers grin

Hey folks, I must say that i find this thread quite perturbing.  rolleyes
I assume that youth is a time when a lot of folks have unrealistic views about what obtains in the real world. Sad to say, a lot of folks are going to end up on the junk heap except they change their outlook to life's issues and reassess their priorities. A man will always have to pay for his actions/ inactions someday.
I rest with this quote from Lamentations 3:27 It is good that a man bear the yoke in the days of his youth cool

Christianity EtcRe: What Exactly Is God's Role in Natural Disasters? by bijorium(m): 7:03pm On Oct 20, 2005
@goodguy
I differ with you on that one. God set in motion a cause and effect relationship in the Old Testament where consequences followed certain actions. Genesis 8:22 sums it up by the law of sowing and reaping. I do not agree that God would use Natural disasters as though he delighted in seeing his creations suffer. They often times only profited from their inactions/actions.
God is good. You plant corn, you reap same grin
Christianity EtcRe: What Exactly Is God's Role in Natural Disasters? by bijorium(m): 7:11pm On Oct 12, 2005
@Bibi
God is a good God. He does no evil. You do not blame a police man for carrying out his civic responsiblities of apprehending lawbreakers. God has set laws in motion, the one who violates them should be prepared to face the consequences of their actions or inactions. That was what happened to the people of Sodom and Gomorrah!
May i referesh your memory by announcing that Lot was rescued by this same God from the cities in question? grin
Christianity EtcRe: What Exactly Is God's Role in Natural Disasters? by bijorium(m): 12:59pm On Oct 10, 2005
I watch with interest the differing views on this subject. And i would like to bring a certain angle to it. God is not to be blamed for any of the natural disasters we currently experiene on earth. The earth is at least 6000 years old biblically. And much of those times, it has suffered incessant abuse and exploitation by man in different guises- oil exploration, nuclear and radio active tests, the effects of high-tech electronic and military gadgetary used against enemy nations ..... to mention a few. Added to the fact that this planet Labours under the effects of sin (2 Corinthians 4:4), what we often see is the combined effect of man in partnership with the devil.
How many of you would buy a car and never even change the oil or fuel it. The engine would eventually stall . So what we often see is the effect of a fast aging planet, ultimately heralding its end and the return of a loving Saviour.
PoliticsRe: Does the U.S. Use 'Globalization' to Cheat Poor Countries Like Nigeria? by bijorium(m): 2:16pm On Oct 09, 2005
Much of this goes to show that much of the Father-Christmas America plays all over the world is meant to serve its own selfish interests. It's a case where wars are no longer fought to control another country's resources ( except that the Present American administration has excepted that in the guise of chasing Saddam out of Iraq and their refusal to leave as it were months after no weapons of mass destruction were found).

The intent of it all is to steal and plunder and rape these nations (Nigeria inclusive) until they are barely sovereign entities capable of taking any decisions without recourse to the whims and caprices of a willing 21st Century Slave master. I am not in the least surprised. It's a case od the one who pays the piper dictating the tunes. And until the leaders of third world countries begin to really serve the interests of their people and not stash away money in different parts of the world, there is little we can do save Pray( And get involved actively in whatever way we can) angry. I rest my case. IMHO Nigeria isn't anywhere near poor. She has only been robbed, raped, and plundered by willing thieves in position of power.

God bless Nigeria
Christianity EtcRe: Why Do Most Churches Focus on Miracles? by bijorium(m): 10:25pm On Oct 06, 2005
Hnd-holder:
People use miracles as bait to draw the weak ones so as to milk them. Then they ask for tithes from them so that they can have the blessings inform of miracles. People who refused to work hard just want to reap miracles where they do not sow, it is a pity.
I think you are misinformed on that one point. That statement of yours would amount to saying that the Lord Jesus used miracles to bait unsuspecting people as well.
  And as for tithes, I dare say that's not your turf. Has anyone come complaining to you about their tithes huh  . The farmer who works diligently is a partaker of the firstfruits. The one who ministers healing has a right according to God's Word to encourage people to give their tithe. I find it quite infuriating when people speak on issues they are ignorant about. It's best to keep quiet and be fully aware of all the facts under consideration.

This is not intended to be an attack against your person

Christianity EtcRe: What Happened to Your Ancestors Who Didn't Know Christ? by bijorium(m): 1:45pm On Sep 25, 2005
For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in [under] the law shall be judged by the law . . . . For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another (Rom. 2:12,14-15).

tell him to ask his wife to do it.
Not when you live in Africa and he happens to be the family bread-winner. And that is aside other issues. It does sound a little rude in the ears of the African man.
lexyflexy:
What do u do when your dad tells you to go wash his cloths at the point when you are late for an outing where u have been chosen as the MC of the day
I think a good rapport with your Dad should allow you explain the situation to him. I also feel that one has siblings to help one out of tight corners like this wink.  A little bit of bribing your younger siblings could do the trick. Whatever happens, do try to balance satisfying your father alongside your MC job. You will still have to face your Dad later in the day grin.
