Create Your Future
The greatest development in human history is the power of your mind, to create the aspect of your life. Everything in man-made world began as a thought or idea in the mind of a single person, before being translated into reality. This section is to Kindle, and increase your faith in God, believing in your God given potentials (capacity to develop, succeed or become something or somebody) of "Creative Power of Imagination (Fantasy)".

Thought
Everything in your life started as a thought, a wish, a hope, or dream, either in your mind or in the mind of someone else. YOUR THOUGHTS ARE CREATIVE. Your thoughts form and shape your world, you, and everything that happens to you. You become what you think about most of the time. " As a man thinks, so is he ". Successful people think of what they want, and how to get it. What about you?

Living in Your Revelation
When God gives you a revelation of your life, it is for an appointed time. Write the revelation down, and use it as your working document. Begin to see things the way God sees them. God revealed the Promised Land to Moses. On the path, Moses continued to FOCUS on the Promised Land as revealed by God, while the people around him saw only wilderness, wanted to give in to the "fear of the unknown", and return to Egypt the land of bondage. Moses understood that they would get to the Promised Land on God's schedule, according to God's plan, one step at a time.

Create Your World
-Believe, and have faith in God, that whatever He has revealed to you shall be fulfilled.
-Believe in yourself as a Creation, and child of God.
-Decide what you want, and formally declare it in writing (use goals setting Strategy).
-Make action plan with time frame on how to achieve your decision. Utilize God's six days work plan strategy.
-Review your activities daily (mornings and evenings) through divine insight.
-Be flexible to Holy Spirit guided changes.
-Persist until your world (future) us created.

As you go creating your future, determination and persistence are two of the qualities to see you through.

Determination: Firmness of purpose, will or intention. A fixed purpose or resolution. The process of deciding on, or establishing course of action.

Persistence: The quality of continuing steadily, despite problems or difficulties.

As you go along, guide against distractions, or things that can deplete your confidence to your accomplishments. Be strong and of good courage, hence fear not, nor be afraid because God is with you to succeed.

The major reason in creating your world (future) through goals, is to compel you to become the person it takes to achieve them. The greatest benefits are the skills, wisdom, knowledge, discipline and the leadership qualities you will develop while planning, developing strategies and executing the strategies. All these build up your inner strength and confidence in becoming the person God destined you to be. CONGRATULATIONS

You have to decide immediately, what you want (to do, be, see, have, share) this year, and create them.
Also, decide immediately, what you want (to do, be, see, have, share), and plan for 2020.....2025.....2030.

The Path of Life
The journey or path of life which takes us from childhood to adulthood, through many phases, has challenges. To overcome the challenges, you need a Guide, as well as attitudes or qualities to maximize the great potentials in you.

Challenges
The path of life is filled with challenges. This is a reality of life, so, it is needless to pretend that life is a smooth sail. These challenges could either delay or even terminate the arrival at the desired haven. The quantum, or level of the knowledge of God, which you have through the revelation of His Word, induces strength and confidence needed to overcome these challenges. Whenever your confidence is shaken, fear and confusion set in. At this point, the only option available is, to go back to your Creator - God, for counseling. In order to continuously overcome the challenges of life path, develop yourself through Spiritual Surveillance.

The Path Guide
The Word of God, being God Himself, is your Guide on the journey of life. Instructions from Him should be " precept upon precept, line by line", repeated and inculcated upon us, for better understanding, easy recollection and targeted focus whenever occasions demand.

Attitudes for the Path
These are qualities to be exhibited in order to be successful on the path of life. Few of these shall be discussed.

Responsibility
Requires positive responses to demands of life, to make the most out of it. You are responsible for everything you are today, for everything you say or do. Refuse to make excuses or blame others. Instead, make progress towards your life goal everyday.

Persistence
The more you persist in the face of disappointment, setbacks, discouragement, obstacles, and temporary failure, the stronger you become as a person. Winston Churchill's secret of his great success in life is summarized in the seven words "Never give in; never, never give in".

Self Discipline
This is persistence in action. Bring yourself under rules and laws (self control), in order to attain your ultimate goals in life. You need self discipline to use your time well, and to always concentrate on the most important things that you need to do at that moment. Build up yourself everyday, learning whatever you need to learn, focussing your thoughts on your expectations, while keeping off doubt and fear.
Determination, courage are also part of the qualities to desire.

In the concluding part of the entire post, we shall be on excursion to the Fantasyland, to " Create Your Future ".

The Purpose of Man (You)
Man, created in God's image and likeness, to exhibit all the attributes of God. Blessed into productivity and dominion, was deceived, and the authority of domination lost. However, God's purpose concerning man has to be fulfilled. Therefore, God sent Jesus Christ, His only begotten son to reconcile man with Him, for the man to live a fulfilled life.

The climax of God revealing Himself through His works was the decision to create man in His image and likeness, as announced in Genesis 1:26. The process of creating man was executed, and man was created with a mandate (purpose) : "Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that move upon the earth". Man has to consciously operate, executing this Divine Mandate to live a fulfilled life.

The journey of life takes us from childhood, through many phases to adulthood, thereafter to eternity - heaven or hell. The word of God as contained in the Bible says all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. The wages of (the) Sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. It is therefore a necessity to have knowledge of God's plan for you - The Plan of Salvation. Believe in God, have faith in Him. Be strong in Him, and in the power of His might. Hope and trust in Him, because He is always there for you. ...to be continued.

Need a help/advice from an expect. i just started a catfish farm, like 2 months ago from juvenile stage but currently am having issues in identifying the size of feed (2mm,2.5mm,3mm, etc) to give them so they can grow in size. Also they eat themselves anyhow. please i need an assistance in knowing the kind/type of feed to give them per month and what to do to reduce the cannibalism in my pond.

3mm floating feed should be good for them. However, because of the smaller ones, you have to also use 2mm. Apart from sorting, there are many reasons for cannibalism - over stocking, inadequate feeding etc.

In Creating the future, we shall be looking at "The Laws of Life"

In the beginning, God decided to reveal Himself, hence He created the World and everything therein. All evidences we see around, tell us a lot about God, the Creator. Despite this, many still allow themselves to be carried away by perverted truth.

Some people realized that there is a supernatural power, natural force, but could not really say much about how the universe, including themselves came to be. They studied natural occurrences (set by God), human life and experiences, and came up with various views and conclusions. Jesus Christ is (has) Life, and the life is the Light of all men. He was in the World, and the World knew Him not.

The Laws of Life
Aristotle came up with "The Law of Cause and Effect", it states " Everything happens for a reason; for every effect there is a specific cause ". Sir Isaac Newton called it the third principle of motion " For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction ". The Bible says it is the " Law of Sowing and Reaping" Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man sow, that shall he reap"

Law of Belief
This law states " Whatever you truly believe, with feeling, becomes your reality ". You always act in manner consistent with your beliefs, especially your beliefs about yourself. You do not necessarily believe what you see, but rather you see what you already believed. Jesus Christ said, " If you can believe, all things are possible to him that believes".

Law of Expectation (Law of Confident Belief)
The law states "Whatever you expect with confidence becomes your own self-fulfilling prophecy". Expectation means anticipation of something happening, a confident belief, or strong hope that a particular event will happen.
However, the thought of God towards you is good, and not evil, to give you an expected end.

Law of Attraction
It states " You are a living magnet; you invariably attract into your life, the people, situations and circumstances that are in harmony with your dominant thoughts.

Law of Correspondence
This law states " Your outer world is a reflection of your inner world; it corresponds with your dominant pattern of thinking "

The key in the second and third law is BELIEF. The worst beliefs you can have are "Self-limiting" beliefs. These exist whenever you belief yourself to be limited in anyway. To move onward and upward in life, you must reject any thought, suggestions or imaginations that you are limited in anyway. God said, " Casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalted itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ".

In summary, the purpose of this discuss is in building a solid and formidable confidence in God and His Word.

You are created in God's image and likeness, to exhibit all the attributes of God. Blessed into productivity and dominion. How are you fairing? "The Purpose of Man (You)" will highlight more on this in the next post.

1. The Master's Plan

The purpose of the issue of " The Master's Plan ", is to enhance effectiveness, leading to increased productivity, thereby living a fruitful, productive and successful life, daily, onward to fulfilled destiny, glorifying God.

Many people believe that :-
-Nature, the Sun, Moon, Stars and every human being never had a beginning.
-There is an endless eternal cycle of birth, life and death that constantly repeats itself.
-This eternal cycle never began, and will never end, it has always been, and will always be.
Is the World we live in eternal? Has it always existed?

What is life all about? Life is all about YOU. God created and established you with ALL the resources that you need in this life. You can only access these resources if you have the knowledge that they are yours to possess, otherwise, they become dormant, and the person becomes inactive. You need to know your God, and be one of the people who do exploits with great strength.

In the beginning, according to the Bible, there was a time when the World never existed. Only God was in existence. God is not a force, or some unknowable absolute, but He is a person. He knows, thinks, loves and has emotions.
Then, God decided to reveal Himself by creating the World in which we live. The implementation of God's decision, as stated in Genesis 1:1 signifies the beginning of the World.

There are great strategy to learn in God creating the future, the World we now live in, the Moon, the Galaxy and everything therein. In the creating process which is hereby referred to as "The Creation Project", we see the careful and precise way, in which God planned and executed this project, His personality, attributes and greatness.

What a remarkable strategy to use for any project. The activity of Day 4 is worth mentioning. The day and night that we have are to be for signs, seasons days and years. We can see the source of the yearly calendar we are conversant with.
It is of great importance to note the nature of God in the execution of " The Creation Project ". God is all-powerful, by simply speaking / commanding, all things came into being. God is perfect and precise, He plans, and organizes activities accordingly. He carefully created the future Step - by - Step, everyday, evening and morning.

One of the learning points here is that no matter the project we are going to execute, assesment should be daily. The evening to check if set daily target is met, and plan for the following day, In the morning, planned activities are reviewed for modifications, before setting out for the execution.

Events Before The Wedding Ceremonies.
Series of events come up before the climax being the wedding ceremonies. The prospective man or woman begin to search for the would be "future partner". This cut across borders, thereby leading to intracultural (intratribal), intercultural (intertribal), and even in some cases, cross cultural marriage. Marriage is a phase in the life of a man and woman. The plan and purpose of God for this phase of life should be the guiding principles as well as the search arrow head in locating the right partner. There is need to guide against sentiment and situations that may become a snare or monster in the family or home in the future. This usually occurs when a man or woman has " hidden agenda " for the relationship, which eventually leads to marriage. It is very good for the parties concerned to open up to each other at this point. There are cases whereby the prospective man or woman already has a child, and the intending partner will not know until after the joining together. Such home can not enjoy happy married life.
When the rightful partner has been found, ALL intracultural, intercultural, parental, as well as personal differences are amicably resolved for the unity and betterment of the would be couple. The role and the effect of Pastoral and Marriage Counselors can not be over emphasised. This is highly recommended in preparation of the would be couple, for the realities of the marriage institution. Thereafter, it is time for "The Marriage Ceremonies" which must have taken resources, in time, finances, and intellectuals in the planning.

challenges in aquaculture. However, it is very clear from your pictures that the blocks and mortar used are not strong enough. The exposed iron roods of the pillar is indicative of poor materials mixing ratio. Get an experienced Mason to help you out. See this as a learning point. Don't be discouraged.

alright I have had some mortality but the thing is I have used 5.1/2 bags of both 1mm 1.5mm and 2mm at the end of my 2months

Did you count the fish at inception? Have you sorted? What figure do you have now? How many times do you feed daily? You are underfeeding your stock, which will affect your overall result at harvest. However, watch out for their feed consumption in the third month. It will beat your wildest imagination. Good luck.

You may be right. However, did you count the fingerlings to be 5,000? If you counted and that figure is correct, it is not possible for you to use 30kg (5kg bag x 6) of feed for that figure for 3 months. You must have been underfeeding, and there would have been serious cannibalization, hence great reduction in fish quantity at harvest. Don't blame the hatchery where you bought your fingerlings. Remember to share your experiences very soon.

like you I just started with 5000fingerlings and here is how I did my calculation for my first month I used aqualis of 5Kg which is 6K but I did my cal with 7K so this is how it goes
first month is 7K second month is 7K*2bags
so 7K+7K*2bags +7K*3bags + 7K*4bags +7K*5bags +7K*6bags +7K*7bags = N196000
assuming they will be fed for 7months and the consumed the equivalent number of bags each month so you get it...but note that you spend less on their feeding as they grow,so I believe this will be OK please correct me if am wrong

. Your calculation is wrong. You need about 2M to raise 5000 fishes to table size of average harvested weight of 1kg. Check it out at 400/fish. If you're experienced in aquaculture, you can make 300/350 per fish.

400 per fish, amounts to 800k for 2000 Juveniles.

Oga robonski15 please do u know how possible it is for me to get my dried fish to UK ? A friend of mine visiting said it's not allowed at the airport but he buys them over there .

If the Dried fish meets export spec, and the quantity you carry is not above consumable set limit, you can carry it along. However, many don't want to carry because of excess baggage weight. You may look at the possibilities of using freight forwarders or NIPOST. Note that Dried fish with maggots or mould will be rejected at the Port of entry.
