makzeze: Can somebody help me read this famous quotes of GMB and GEJ to the first lady to know whose brain is dead or useless in term of functioning.
12 Amazing Quote From Gen Muhammadu Buhari—They call him an illiterate with no certificate. 1. I cannot change the past. But I can change the present and the future. 2. I am a former military ruler and a converted democrat 3.I have heard and read references to me as a ‘former dictator’…I take responsibility for anything that happened under my watch(now this a leader) 4.Two things have bloomed in the present administration: waste and corruption 5.Because of the greed, profligacy & corruption, Nigeria’s ‘wealth’ has not translated to human development. 6.I assure you, if I become president, the world will not have to worry about Nigeria as it is now. 7.To vote for the continuity of failure or to elect progressive change. I believe the people will choose wisely 8.Any war waged on corruption should not be misconstrued as settling old scores or a witch-hunt. 9.I’m running for President to lead Nigeria to prosperity and not adversity. 10.As you all know, I had been a military head of state in … But the global triumph of democracy has shown that another and a preferable path to change is possible. 11.On corruption, there will be no confusion as to where I stand. Corruption will have no place and the corrupt will not be appointed into my administration. 12. I muhamadu Buhari will always lead from the front.
10 Amazing Quote From Goodluck Ebele Jonathan— Ironic they call him the educated on with a PhD. 1. Stealing is not corruption. 2. 80% of my advisers have nothing to tell me. 3. Two unmarried men having sex together is corruption. 4. If you leave a goat and yam together, then the goat will eat the yam. You must remove the goat from the yam to prevent corruption…..corruption is not thief, thief is thief and corruption is corruption. 6. If I cannot fix power in 4 years, I’m useless, don’t waste your vote on me for another 4. 7. How much did Jim Nwobodo stole? The money is not even enough to buy a Peugeot. 8. They, Boko Haram are my siblings, I will not send the army to kill my family. 9. B/Haram sponsors are people I dine with. Choi!choi!all he said are infantesious, unstately but did he really said no:3 & 9,b/c i felt like fainting now. no:6 he said he is useless no idiot shld vote 4 him, nigerian una hear. Politics › Re: Nigerian Troops Repel Fresh Boko Haram Attack In Adamawa- Premium Times by billyG(m): 2:32pm On Mar 10, 2015 |
dejt4u: Soldiers on Monday night repelled a daring offensive by gunmen suspected to be members of the Boko Haram sect bent on taking over Gombi Town, some 120 kilometres away from Yola, Adamawa state capital.
This was disclosed by residents and security sources. Gombi was recently recaptured from the terrorists and has witnessed incessant attacks by Boko Haram.
The casualty from Monday’s attack was yet to be ascertained although sources say that several insurgents were killed during the battle that lasted for hours. “The men came in from Goloso, Garkida villages through Biu road about 6:30 p.m. in a motorcade and vehicles,” a resident, Bello Abubakar, said. “They engaged soldiers in a gun battle.”
Mr. Abubakar said many residents ran and hid themselves as the shooting continued for over two hours. “There was apprehension and pandemonium in the town,” he said. “People scampered for their lives for fear of uncertainty.”
Another fleeing resident, Bitrus Danladi, said many residents ran into bush. “As I am talking to you we are here on the mountain taking refuge,” he said. “(Boko Haram) attempted to capture the town. So we are afraid. I fled with my wife and two little children.”
Reports, however, indicates that soldiers confronted the gunmen in a shoot out and repelled the attack. “They were repelled and many were killed and many fled with gunshots wounds,” said a local vigilante who pleads anonymity as he was not permitted to talk to the press. “Their eight vehicles were burnt down, including a Hilux fully loaded with ammunition and guns. As I am talking to you, we are in the bush trying to capture the fleeing insurgents. We are yet to confirm whether there is civilian casualty.”
Though the military was yet to release a statement on the attack as at the time of this report, however, media aide to the state governor, Phineas P.Elisha, confirmed the attack but said normalcy has been restored as security operatives were on top of the situation. “Soldiers being assisted by the local volunteers of vigilante and hunters are on top of the situation. The attack was repelled, so people should about their normal businesses,’’ he urged.

personal59: The wife of the President, Mrs. Patience Jonathan, on Monday told the presidential campaign organisation of the All Progressives Congress that “she is a woman of peace that can never be identified with electoral violence.”
She said there was no way somebody like her who occupies the exalted office of the President of the African First Ladies Mission would be promoting violence under any guise.
Mrs. Jonathan who spoke with THE PUNCH through her media aide, Ayo Adewuyi, was reacting to the decision of the APC to report her to the International Criminal Court for allegedly asking supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party to stone anyone canvassing for change, the APC slogan, during a campaign rally in Calabar, Cross River State.
Adewuyi said, “The only thing we can say from here is that Dame Patience Jonathan is a woman of peace that can never in any way be identified with violence before, during and after elections.
“You do not expect somebody who is the President of African First Ladies to be promoting violence.”
When asked whether the President’s wife would be ready to answer any inquiry from the ICC on the matter, Adewuyi simply said, “They are just notifying. The case is not yet in ICC. They are entitled to their opinions and actions. We are not going to be dragged into any argument with them.”

ellechrystal: The Peoples Democratic Party Presidential Campaign Organisation (PDPPCO) yesterday ridiculed the All Progressives Congress (APC) over its flopped one-million-man-march in Lagos, saying the party and its controversial leader and godfather, Bola Tinubu have lost control of Lagos State.
Director of Media and Publicity of the PDPPCO, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode said that “the fact that what the APC boasted would be a one-million-man march could only attract about 10,000 persons is a reflection of the pitiful state of delusion that they are suffering from.”
According to Fani-Kayode, “They have lost touch with reality and with the people of the state over whom they have maintained a wicked and ungodly economic and political stranglehold for all of 16 years. But the people of Lagos have now seen through their deception and have decided to reject them at the polls this time round.
“The Lagos people have amply demonstrated their anger against the APC and its leader. Having watched the TV documentary, titled ““Unmasking the Real Tinubu,” which exposes the plundering and privatization of Lagos state by the sinking godfather and overwhelmed lion of Bourdillion, the Lagos people in their contempt will sink the APC and Tinubu with their votes in March.
“It is interesting to read ple at the flopped march to march for their freedom. I agree with him and the people will obey him by freeing themselves on April 11 from the political and economic bondage into which Tinubu has put them since 1999.
“We had expected that Tinubu would use the occasion of the march and the speech making at the Teslim Balogun Stadium to address the people of Lagos on how he amassed his colossal wealth and mind-boggling property which were the subject of the TV documentary on him.”
Fani-Kayode dismissed the claim by the Osun State governor, Rauf Aregbesola on the occasion that President Goodluck Jonathan has failed like the Biblical Jonah, to deliver God’s message as the propagation of falsehood and another flip.
According to him, “What does Rauf know about the Bible? President Jonathan has performed excellently. His transformation Agenda is a divine message with which our nation is being daily developed and the transformation is manifest in all sectors.
“This is in spite of desperate efforts by the opposition APC and Boko Haram which is the APC’s armed wing, to blight the achievements of our presidential candidate, President Jonathan, with the abduction of Chibok girls, which took place in Borno State under the control of a chief security officer of the state who is an APC governor.
“We are all happy with the progress being made by the Federal Government through our Armed Forces who are overrunning the Boko Haram insurgents and restoring normalcy to some villages in the northeast that were hitherto captured.”
Responding to Lai Mohammed’s statement on the Chibok girls, Fani-Kayode said, “Whilst the majority of Nigerians are overjoyed by the fact that the President has given us hope by saying that the girls are still alive. Lai Mohammed and the APC are not happy.
“The truth is that they do not want those girls to be found and neither do they care about their welfare or their safety. We say this because this was a man, and a party that complained and protested at the fact that Boko Haram was proscribed by the Federal Government last year.
“Lai Mohammed proclaimed that the proscription was unjust and unconstitutional. We have always believed that Buhari, Lai Mohammed, Governor Shettima and the APC know far more about the whereabouts of the Chibok girls and the activities of Boko Haram that they have cared to admit.
“Let it be clearly understood that if anything happens to those girls and if they are not produced soonest we will hold Lai Mohammed, Buhari and the APC responsible.”

agabusta: Blame Buhari, Shettima, Lai Mohammed if Chibok girls are not found — PDP
By Henry Umoru and Levinus Nwabughiogu
Peoples Democratic Party Presidential Campaign Organisation (PDPCO) says the All Progressives Congress (APC), its presidential candidate, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd), Governor Kashim Shettima of Borno State and the party’s National Publicity Director, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, should be held responsible if the abducted Chibok girls are not found.
It tongue lashed the leadership of the APC over what it described as a flopped one-million-man-march organised in Lagos, saying only 10,000 persons attended the programme. According to the PDPPCO, the development was an indication that the APC and its National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, are no longer in control of Lagos State.
The campaign organisation was reacting to an APC statement, yesterday, which described as callous, morbid and insensitive the comments by President Goodluck Jonathan that the abducted girls are still alive hinged on the belief that Boko Haram had not displayed their bodies to prove their death.
In a statement by the Director, Media and Publicity of PDPPCO, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, it noted that the APC and its leaders were working against the recovery of the girls, saying that while many Nigerians were happy with the efforts of the military and Jonathan and the successes recorded so far, the opposition party was not happy.
Fani-Kayode said, “Whilst the majority of Nigerians are overjoyed by the fact that the President has given us hope by saying that the girls are still alive, Lai Mohammed and the APC are not happy.
We have always believed that Buhari, Lai Mohammed, Governor Shettima and the APC know far more about the whereabouts of the Chibok girls and the activities of Boko Haram than they have cared to admit.
“Let it be clearly understood that if anything happens to those girls and if they are not produced at the soonest, we will hold Lai Mohammed, Buhari and the APC responsible”. On the one-million-man-march organised in Lagos, the spokesperson for the PDPPCO said, “The fact that what the APC boasted would be a one-million-man march could only attract about 10,000 persons is a reflection of the pitiful state of delusion that they are suffering from.
“They have lost touch with reality and with the people of the state over whom they have maintained a wicked and ungodly economic and political stranglehold for all of 16 years. But the people of Lagos have now seen through their deception and have decided to reject them at the polls this time round. “The Lagos people have amply demonstrated their anger against the APC and its leader. “It is interesting to read that Tinubu asked the people at the flopped march to march for their freedom. I agree with him and the people will obey him by freeing themselves on April 11 from the political and economic bondage into which Tinubu has put them since 1999”.
‘Deeply offensive’ In its statement, the APC, yesterday, had described as callous, morbid and insensitive the comments by President Goodluck Jonathan, that the Chibok girls are still alive hinged on the belief that Boko Haram had not displayed their bodies to prove their death. In the statement issued by its National
Publicity Secretary, Mohammed, the party said it found the “comment deeply offensive to human sensibilities rather than providing hope and succour for the traumatised parents of the girls”.
It said a key role of Presidents everywhere in times of tribulations and tragedies is to offer hope and be the consoler-in-chief, not to make statements that will deepen the suffering and sorrow of victims.
APC said one would have expected a President to speak on the basis of actionable intelligence, not some twisted, melancholic and offensive logic.
The party said the statement “played on the fears of the parents of the girls and indeed of all Nigerians concerning the fate of the girls, who have now been held in captivity for over 300 days, with an impotent government unable to rescue them”.
It said “all that the parents of the girls as well as all concerned people around the world want to know is what the Jonathan administration is doing to bring the girls home safely and as soon as possible, not a depressing statement about their bodies being displayed via a video by Shekau if they had been killed”
http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/03/blame-buhari-shettima-lai-mohammed-if-chibok-girls-are-not-found-pdp/ When respectable pple dey talk,a junky,an homosexual like fanny koyode go dey open his mouthful of broken teeth dey yan akpata, dey even call a press conference dey rap nonsense like autocoprophagus baboon. |

But how could a president hinge his belief that the girls are still alive on the fact that "their bodies have yet to be displayed by Boko Haram"??
Whatever happened to intelligence gathering using moles and superior technology like drones and electronically eavesdropping on their conversations ??
Is the president telling us that he'd believe the girls are dead if Boko Haram happens to kill an equivalent number of some random boys and girls, dress them all up like girls, take pictures of them and flood the internet with such pictures
