Autos / Re: Trouble For Nigeria As Toyota, Honda Produce Cars That Run On Water by Bilsz(m): 10:39am On May 19, 2019 |
I will rather You call it the breathing car since it breathes in oxygen to react with other element. besides, you don't fuel it directly with water, instead water is part of its bye product. Only when there is a converter that can transform water fuel to hydrogen then can it be eligible for such qualification. |

You know most times the reason for outsourcing, like this is to ensure international trade of which relative price is more favorable. the problem is not the outsourcing as those countries where those companies reside or emanates from have the technology to produce most or all of the components needed by them but they choose to outsoure cos of the gains from trade. are nigerian companies only outsourcing cos of the gains from trade or majorly because they lack the sophisticated technology needed to create core components for their manufactured products. |
Programming / Re: Where Can I Learn Programming In Abuja? by Bilsz(m): 6:21am On Apr 29, 2019 |
asalimpo: this your 'don't shout' line got me laughing. actually being a good programmer is not beans, You have to literally think like the computer itself.. I'm just learning cpp and its no beans. Years back I went to a little computer cafe around ma street and told them I wanted to learn desktop appreciation, they said it cost 20000 naira. I was like hmm alright, how about programming. when heard 150000 naira, I felt they wanted to exploit me. but now looking back, I actually think it was quite cheap. good grounded programmers are difficult to get. so when you see one and hear their price, better don't shout according to the Oga up there |

realmindz: To God Boko Haram aint different from other humans in regards to sin Like I said, things happen cos of man actions.. U stated if we jump from a high building we die... Not because one can pray means he should take other things for granted. Again, prayers work with the right condition.. just like a plane can't fly if some conditions ain't met, so is it with prayer. God has given us all we need to function well already, He has also given us a sense of judgement thats why we can't jump from a storey building cos we know the implications. the problem is that we ain't making use of those senses properly.. You should also think about why is God not controlling our actions, at least a father will try every possible best to ensure his child do what he deems right and as such will always interfere in an emergency event... God let you control your actions while providing the necessities to support you.. If You take the right actions, then when You call on him in time of distress He will definitely interfere |
Nairaland / General / Re: Pictures That Show You Were Lucky To Be Born In The Right Place by Bilsz(m): 4:24pm On Apr 28, 2019 |
realmindz: You celebrate with the living, mourn the dead, sympathize with the afflicted (while helping to get them back on their heels in your own capability). Or should it rather be otherwise where you mourn the living and celebrate the death of others... Ok it kinda sounds like when people celebrate in this regard, they are indirectly thanking God for the afflictions of others. That to me depends on the context perceived by the judger. Prayers cannot save you if You didn't meet the conditions to effect change... Maybe if science had developed a mechanism or equation to depict that prayer can induce a reaction.. then I'm certain most of U won't doubt. Rather, if it didn't work, You'lll go back to your equation and see what You didn't do right.. |
Nairaland / General / Re: Pictures That Show You Were Lucky To Be Born In The Right Place by Bilsz(m): 1:54pm On Apr 28, 2019 |
realmindz: If only You understood the true logic of life .... Your assumptions are so narrow and subjective yet its sensible to some cos senses are abstractions of life conventions.. Everyone were given a heart and an independent brain not because the intentions were for mere fancy. God won't come down personally to interfere in issues. Humans are literally the ones running the earth and they'll all give account thereon. some choose to make the surrounding a living hell for other humans, some let greed rule over their sense of judgment, others with conscience and the knowledge that they ain't here for themself alone choose to ease things relative to their capacity for others. Now all those in difficult situations are as a result of the actions of others, both those who induced those situations and those who are in positions to help out but shut their eyes off, cos they feel its no responsibility of theirs. Again, we can't shut our mind to the fact that the world is been engulfed by forces (spiritual and the rest), people who have in-depth knowledge on how these forces operate can effect it to alter their situations at a given time (only if the necessary conditions are met). Now I don't wanna talk about the role of religions including Christianity here.. what I wanna point out is that people can influence their situation whether spiritually or physically, whether it happened as a result of people actions or not. the issue here is that some ain't knowledgeable about the mystery of life. Thus they are subjected to whatever outcome from such situations. Thanking God is a confirmation that we acknowledged the existence of a supreme Being, and with this knowledge we know He has made everything so perfect for us, but we threw them into turmoil with our greedy actions. Its up to us to play our role well on earth. You are in your comfy condition so as to be able to help those in terrible conditions.. But No, We wait for God to come down and help even when God has equipped you enough for such services. If God decides to come down and help, he will destroy us all cos we are the reason for others misfortunes (directly or indirectly). But He loves everyone one of Us. Irrespective of the weight of your crime/sins, they are the same to God and we are all guilty. reason why He can't just come down to destroy one set. Instead We are the ones to effect changes as well as help those in difficult situations. So its up to Us bro... 1 Like |

ollah1: Yeah, USA, had always been a dominating entity. Before USA Retaliated, they had warn Japan severally to surrender just like the Germans had done, else they would be left with no other choice than to use the atomic bomb, but Japan didn't envisage what nature of destruction an atomic bomb could wreck.. It had to even take another atomic bomb before they did surrender seeing that they could be wiped out completely .. USA had always been an invading force but they are now trying to wade off such vision from minor nations 1 Like |

STILESGANG: Weapons as such need to be carefully monitored and guarded. if one of it should get into wrong hands (eg. Terrorists). It could generate a nuclear war that at the end only 10 percent of the world will be left.. imagine when Usa used the nuclear automic bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, if Japan had these same bombs at their disposal and decided to retaliate.. it would have attracted other allies of each parties to interfere and the total effect would have been as devastating like no other, the world would become some shackles of itself. The invention of nuclear bomb paved way for countries to tolerate each other cos top worlds had to watch their own back, else I bet You, the USSR and USA issue would have generated a world war 3... therefore, Usa is trying to ensure that these bombs are only contained in the hands of few world powers to enable check and balances. Now if every country out there begin to arm themselves with nuclear bomb, they might one day want to conquer the world like Hitler wanted to, and you could tell the effect.. even worse,l it could get into terrorists hands.. USA is just trying neutralize anything that might induce world war 3 bro 8 Likes 2 Shares |

GraGra247: Sure Bro but, believe me glo is just a total mess.. This a nigerian brand and at least should have quality coverage for places occupied by the "masses", but glo only provide this quality services to cities where they are sure they will make the most interest (ofcourse businesses are profit inclined). Now when I was based in Abuja, I enjoyed glo cos of their affordable data, but not after moving to ilorin (I'm currently schooling here). The network fluctuate badly and only works in the mid night. Had to buy airtel for data services cos glo sucked really badly. Imagine spending 2 hours just to load five nairaland pages. Just yesterday I tried calling their customer service and it took 50mins for a representative to attend to me, yet she couldn't hear me clearly. I had to cut the call and she immediately called back which out of frustration and anger, I rejected picking. Mtn and airtel customer services won't keep you waiting over 5mins in this current dispensation. They have the resources to improve and be at same quality par with its competitors but, since they ain't value their subscribers theý instead prefer to offer wack services while using cheap data and bonuses as bait 4 Likes |

ElsonMorali: Ok.. bro... now this is you turning the table.. so what is written in the bible?.. well if you couldn't see past the paper and ink analogy u used in referencing the bible, thats your own ish... if You can't cherish what you see, how would you cherish that which you can't see |
Religion / Re: Tornado Destroys House, But Prayer Closet Still Standing In Alabama by Bilsz(m): 4:24pm On Mar 31, 2019 |
ElsonMorali: Now this is you creating a scenario to paint a picture.. okk, In my human form, I wouldn't wanna see a girl die.. because deep down, I've not built ma faith to the point I can bank on it in regards to extreme challenges like the one you painted... now this.. its all about faith and how connected you are. now since Yoh trying to capitalize on the Bible's worth ... Yes! Not destroying the Bible is capable of subjecting forces (because it is God's word) to alter the purpose tragedy. Thats how worthily it is , yet knowing just the worth isn't enough in scenarios like this but by the level of faith you have achieved to unleash the power therein... but again, how would you grow your faith to that level if you aint know its worth in the first place.... And I get U, You just wanna see me contradict myself.. try and get the twist first |

keentola: Okey.. your choice bro.. everyone defines God to soothe their context.. If that's yours, enjoy.. We all no the theory of choice |
Religion / Re: Tornado Destroys House, But Prayer Closet Still Standing In Alabama by Bilsz(m): 2:21pm On Mar 31, 2019 |
ElsonMorali: If only you knew the worth of the bible... besides, you can buy as many bible as you want, If you don't know its worth, then you can never grow... the bible is a sign of hope, yes the shop was destroyed, but the bible there depicted hope. The Bible there signified that, despite she was hit by a disaster, there is still hope for greater achievement, and that is never her end. Now I don't expect you to agree, but thats what keeps most people going in the era of challenges . It discipline them mentally, psychologically, and physically, it changes the way they react to life challenges . One way or the other, the world is filled with challenges, it takes hope and grace to keep us going. Your question should have been 'why should there be disasters and challenges in the first place' |
Religion / Re: Tornado Destroys House, But Prayer Closet Still Standing In Alabama by Bilsz(m): 1:43pm On Mar 31, 2019 |
keentola: If God wanted to destroy, I bet you nothing/nobody would be left... like I quoted above, do you rather all your family perish in a house disaster yet the house remains intact for you, so you could have a bedroom. Since thats your most treasured treasuries |
Religion / Re: Tornado Destroys House, But Prayer Closet Still Standing In Alabama by Bilsz(m): 1:38pm On Mar 31, 2019 |
NPComplete: You talking bout honor, how do you define honour.... If we were to be judged by how we honour God, we would all be dead.. and besides, would you prefer your family to all die in a house disaster, yet the house miraculously ends up being intact.. l ain't care how You see things but life itself is a challenge, living is overcoming And since you mentioned religion. Yes alot of people are religion worshippers , who end up loosing touch with God himself.. |

CreepyBlackpool: Since You used 'their God'.. Why couldn't 'your God' save the others.. or if you've got no God, why couldn't you the God save the others.. I already knew thats one of the lines all you imps gonna use, so I ain't suprise.. or if You are not pleased they survived, why not go kill them yourself. If death only came to those that deserved it, would you still be In existence. |

If we love our country, we won't let the government limit our impact in it. Miss chidimma, You are awesomely creative. keep improving on your forte.
