Thanks for the observation
What I wrote is based on comments on this thread. I would like someone with practical experience clarify this.

cochtrane:
I have some concerns this information is not correct. Have you found anyone that did not earn points for ND+Bsc?
I did my own research and I did find at least two people who earned points for pre-Bsc ND + Bsc.

I think the mistake comes from misinterpreting the information posted on CIC's website regarding interpreting ECAs. In this my post, I posted the details surrounding this https://www.nairaland.com/2624318/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/784#59443268

In interpreting the ECA result, the summary given by WES right after "Canadian Equivalency" should give an idea regarding how to interpret your ECA.

Hi

They are different but you can ask that your file is transferred to Canada and pay the application fee for WES Canada (Have a reference number). Request that only your MsC is evaluated for this purpose so you save some time.

Cheers

shogunley:
i did my B.Sc and Msc certificate evaluation at WES, USA last year when i was applying for a postgraduate studies. Now I am applying for Canada EE, can i still use this USA evaluation since it is also WES or i will need to do another evaluation? or Is WES USA the same as WES Canada?

thanks

POST AOR PROCESSES

Here is someone's understanding of the steps involved post AOR.

Step 1: Completeness Test as per Regulation 10

Immigration Officer will assure that your file is complete as defined under the Regulation 10 of IRCC Act. If your file includes all details and documents required then it will be sent for Assessment.

Step 2: Assessment for Eligibility and Admissibility

This process sometimes called as A11 (For Eligibility) and A16 (For Admissibility on Medical Ground).

A11 will take some time, however; A16 will be completed within 2-3 days after your file is in Assessment Stage.

A11 (Eligibility Test)

Minimum Entry Requirement (R75)

Verification will be conducted on each of the Six Eligibility Factors (R78-83). This will only focus on assuring that the candidate attained at least 67 out of 100 points and Minimum Score needed at the time ITA was issued. Misrepresentation or Fraud check is carried later on during A40.

Education (R78)

ECA Report and Educational Documents are verified until the officer is satisfied to pass R78.

Language (R79)

Language Score is recalculated using IELTS Scores and Verification is done online using your Test Report Form Number. Once verified R79 is passed.

Work Experience (R80)

Verify Scores calculated and Work Experience Letters. Calculate Similarity of NOC Scores and verify documents. Officer will usually check email, fax, contact, website (if any), and address is written on Letterheads to verify if company physically exists and registered at the address provided. If Satisfied will pass R80.

Age (R81)

Verify the age against the official Personal Documents. Will pass R81 once satisfied.

Arranged Employment – if applicable (R82)

If applicable, will verify any job offers or call employer in Canada. Will Pass R82 after verifying offer from Employer.

Adaptability – if applicable (R83)

Verify each of the adaptability Factor and Points Claimed. Will Pass R83 after every factor is verified.

In addition, Officer will verify the Settlement Funds (R76) to ensure sufficient Funds are available. Once Satisfied will pass R76.

Although, at this stage, eligibility Test is completed your account may not be updated at this stage. Immigration Officer will approve your file and send it for A40 Test and if passed will approve your file as eligible.

A16 (Admissibility on Medical Ground)

At this stage, you will be requested for Medical Certificate or else your Upfront Medical Report will be obtained from your Panel and conclusion will be made on Health concerns.

Applications may be rejected if Health of a Person can impose a threat to Canadians health or will be expensive to treat under Public Health. This includes any health concerns with Children or anyone accompanying with the principal applicant. Good Panelist will inform you the same day regarding your X-Ray and other tests results except for Blood Test, which they usually inform within 2-3 working days if you have any health problem. Therefore, it is better to wait 2-3 working days after Upfront Medical before you apply with IRCC.

Once verified officer will pass and update your file. A11 and A16 Test are started together, however, A11 will take much more time to verify documents.

Criminal Record Verification

After A16 is passed, your first Background Check will be performed and your file will be updated. The status will change from Not Applicable to either In Progress (also referred as IP1) or Next step is to conduct Background Check (also referred as NBGC or IP1).

In this Stage, your Police certificates will be verified and assured that they meet the criteria’s of IRCC as well. In addition, they will send requests to all countries you have visited and obtain clearance from them. If these countries are quick to respond, then your file will move to Not Applicable again in few weeks’ time.

Step 3: Assessment for Misrepresentation and Fraud (A40)

This stage will start once both the A11 and A16 including Criminal Verification is completed. In this stage, your file status will change from Not Applicable to In Progress (also referred as IP2) and will be the final stage before PPR. At this stage, you may be required to take Interview or other checks may be performed. Once A40 is passed, you will receive PPR and you will be required to send Passport to your Visa Office for Stamping and receiving CoPR.

This is the general guide for understanding process only however in reality each candidate and stream may see a different kind of trends.

TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 2 by Bimpsy99:
CHOICE OF ECA- WES VS IQAS

An Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) is used to verify that your foreign degree, diploma, certificate (or other proof of your credential) is valid and equal to a Canadian one. CIC gave guidelines on the designated organisations for this in http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assessment.asp#designated

Please note that you are only required to evaluate your HIGHEST degree for maximum points. For example, if you have MSc OR pHD, you dont need to assess the previous results. However, you would put the details of all qualifications in your educational history and state that you do not have an ECA for it.

as a specialist physician (NOC 3111) or general practitioner/family physician (NOC 3112), the Medical Council of Canada (MCC) must do an ECA for your primary medical diploma,

as a pharmacist (NOC 3131):
if you need a license to practice (for example, providing patient care in a community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, long term care facility or other practice settings) the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC) must do your ECA.

For other applicants you can choose from the range of bodies but the most popular ones used for evaluation is WES and IQAS. Please avoid ICAS due to the long processing times.

Update....people recently used ICES on this thread and seem to have gotten thier ECA faster. Please research on the best and most efficient body to use per time.

WES
An Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) for Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) takes about twenty (20) business days after we receive, review, and accept all your required documents and we receive payment in full. Please refer to==> https://www.wes.org/ca/

We recommend WES for evaluation of ACCA membership certificate (Its is assessed as 4 year Bachelors degree), ND+HND (It is assessed as three year diploma + One year post graduate certificate), foreign degrees (This is because it usually do not go through a verification process compared to our Nigerian degrees), Nigerian schools that have the reputation of responding quickly to WES via email or even courier. So far WES has maintained it's 20 business days compared to IQAS which seems unpredictable.

If you are assessing your ACCA, you should add your other bachelor's degree( if your have one) to claim two or more certificates. If you have HND + ACCA, assessing ND+HND is sufficient to give you the highest points for two or more certificates.

For Nigerian degrees, diploma and certificates, After WES receives your transcript (sent directly from your school) and a copy of your certificate (statement of result is sometimes acceptable), they send a verification email and physical mail to your school to confirm the authenticity of your result. Now this can cause delay if your school is on strike, has slow administrative processes or even claim they did not get the email. Your school can respond through email or post through Courier. Please avoid using post office for dispatching your transcript or verification if you want your ECA ASAP. Your 20 business days starts counting from when WES received this verification. An alternative is to use IQAS if you know your school takes forever to respond. Before you make a decision on whether WES or IQAS you can check the thread for people that have used WES and what experience they had with verification. You can track the status of your application easily on your login page with WES but not you have to call and follow up with IQAS huh huh

Please note that it is highly uncessary that you include your WAEC in the evaluation process as this does not add further points and only delays the process.

IQAS

This is ordinary not the most preferred option except in some cases where you know your school delays significantly in verfying your result with WES and for a lawyer who wants to claim more points. The body appears to be overwhelmed with applications and has moved it's processing time from 10 business days to 9 weeks over the past few months.

Currently it takes 9 weeks no longer 30 business days ( please always refer to the website for the latest processing time) through this link==> huhhttps://www.alberta.ca/iqas-immigration.aspx. The body evaluates Bachelors in Law degree as a professional thus giving you more scores like a master degree. Hence it is strongly recommended for Lawyers who needs the additional point.

IQAS usually would not verify your Nigerian degree once they can ascertain that the transcript originates from your school. This makes the evaluation seem faster compared to if you spend two months trying to make your school respond to WES (I really can't say it's faster anymore due to the frequent change in processing time. )Foreign degrees holders need not use IQAS cos you will do it at a lesser time with WES.

Please note that WES is more organised in terms of tracking the status of your application with the online portal. IQAS sends two emails. (When they receive a copy of your credential) and when they have received all documents.

For these two bodies, you would get a soft copy of your ECA report. This is sufficient for the EE process.

Dispatching the hard copy ECA

Upon registration, you would be asked to state if you want it couriered to Nigeria or a Canadian address (cheaper option). If you have a reliable contact in Canada, you can use his or her address as you do not need the hard copy urgently. However, if you do not have one, I would recommend that you choose courier rather than post office as you cant track it when you use the post office.

Interpreting the ECA result

Kindly refer to the attached for the interpretation of ECA result. Please input each credential evaluated separately while completing your EE profile as you would not see a drop down for two or more certificate.

Proof of studies ( when submitting your online application post ITA)
Please upload the following when submitting your proof of education (Scanned colored copy)
Your ECA report (make sure you correctly quote the ECA number in your application)
IELTS Test result form
Certificates of degree or diploma for which you have an ECA for. (Some people have successfully used statement of result with an LOE, please get your certificate if it is readily available)
Transcripts (if available). This is not a compulsory requirement.

Please note that the ECA forms an integral part of your application process and we recommend you start the process of evaluating it as soon as possible while your prepare for IETLS. It is not recommended that you put a details of ECA report still being processed and form the test report date just to get ITA. This may be termed as misrepresentation and may lead to rejection. Get at least a soft copy of your report before your proceed with the EE profile.

ECA for Spouse.

It is not compulsory your spouse does the ECA or IETLS if your have enough points as the PA without his result. Use the CRS tool http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp to confirm if your spouse truly needs and ECA per the score available to you. For example, a Hubby/Wife with Msc/ two of more certificate and about 30 or 31 years may not need his/her spouse to do an ECA if he can conveniently get above 450. Imagine if you have 15 points from having a sibling in Canada or if he can pass the French test giving additional 30 points.

I would recommend that before you jump into the process, sit down, do your permutation and combination and decide who is a better applicant in terms of scores. This process requires carefully planning and not making an uninformed decision.

Not having an ECA for your qualification does not mean you exclude it in your educational history while filling your form, you simply choose the option of you do not have an ECA and thus the scores wont be calculated.

Also, an ECA defers from a Course by Course evaluation which may be required by some professional bodies in Canada when you apply to join them. You will do a fresh request for this and it can be easier if they have your transcript from the ECA.

For more information on the pricing and step by step process of the evaluation process. Please visit the respective body for a detailed guide. Please DO NOT ask questions like how much is WES, IQAS and all when you can get the up to date info on their site. wink

FAX

Although it's not expressly stated on thier site that you can fax a copy of your credentials and documents required by WES or IQAS. People on this thread have successfully used online fax like www.hellofax.com. please include your reference number and details of accompany documents as a cover page. The fax number of the bodies can be seen on thier website.

We hope that this addresses some of your concerns on ECA as we would gladly refer new applicants to this page when they ask the same questions that have been answered here.

Please respond to this post (reduce the texts in the quote) to let me know if there is anything else to add and I would modify accordingly.

All the best to us in this journey.

Cheers
grin

It is not recognised as a Degree... does he have ACCA membership Or MSc or MBA ? If yes that can work. But with HND i doubt if he can get positive assessment.

Gudday everyone pls i was thinking while i wait for my assessing body which is medical laboratory science ( till next year march before i will be thru with dem) ,what is my hubby chance with is HND ACCOUNTING if he goes on to assess with CPA Australia AND pls has anyone assess with them and was sucessful with hnd.

Bsc can be in any field.. all they want is a Degree before they proceed to of you have met the competencies

praiseisgood:
@FCCA2012,

Bimpsy99 is very much correct. It is advisable you submit all you have.

I submitted my B.Sc in a non relevant field, my ICAN and my MBA

TravelRe: General Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa Through Skilled Migration. by Bimpsy99:
Good morning all. Been a long while on this thread..I must say well done to all the contributors. I just felt I should add that completion of a Degree is a prequiste for CPA assessment. I agree that ACCA meets the competency requirement and they can take ACCA membership (not affiliate) as degree meaning your work experience counts from when you became a member in the absence of a Degree.

So my suggestion is give them the two if what u completed in 2012 is ACCA exams and not membership conversion.

toslad:
Good day FCCA2012,

Praiseisgood advised that you assess your ACCA and not your BSc. (I do not know much about this). If you are successful with this option, you get 5 years post qualification - depending on the month which gives you 10 points else you get 5 points if you assess your BSc. Please go through the first page thoroughly to get your 'potential' score.

As per phone interview with applicants or employers, I think not.
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Bimpsy99: 10:22am On Aug 12, 2017
True. You may want to add an evidence of the transfer not necessarily bank statement. For example. Gtb give u an online receipt. He can pdf that

boldinc:
From a few people's experience here, you do not need to add your husband's banks statement... An LOE should suffice.
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Bimpsy99: 6:44am On Aug 12, 2017
I would add that you put a LOE in the PCC section saying she stayed in the US from date to date making 177 hence below the six months rule and you don't need a PCC. That will tell the VO that you have thought true it and carefully reconfirm.

40manlappy:
1. In my opinion, this is a function of your "risk appetite". I read about a similar case recently. The guy was rejected for not submitting PCC in respect of his wife's visit to the US which was also for 177 days (I think) but the "VO" erred in calculating it as 6 months.

The guy appealed (by raising CSE I think) and his application was successfully reopened. Will share once I get the link or screenshots.

It is hoped that IRCC agents would be more careful in future applications in view of this apparent goof.

2. Work experience gained within the last 10 years can be claimed. Can she get reference from her first employer? Can the "senior lawyer" that she helps out give her reference also? She can always fill "unemployed" for the gaps.

Hope this helps
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Bimpsy99: 6:39am On Aug 12, 2017
No.
you input your details separately. Different
from the crs tool

gustalnov:
Okay I do that. I was thinking there is a place in the EE profile to select Two or more certificates. Is there not?
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Bimpsy99: 11:03pm On Aug 11, 2017
Hi

I evaluated OND and HND and WES assessed as 2 years diploma (OND), 3 years diploma and 1 year post graduate certificate (HND+OND). I may not be able to explain the rationale behind this but I want to believe they have considered the 1 year internship.

Please note that from the attached screenshot ==>http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/eca-conversion.asp. CIC have placed emphasis on post graduate, graduate and not just diploma earned before graduation. Only a Dual Bachelor’s degree (four years) appears to be an undergraduate degree. This is why assessing ACCA with WES alongside a normal BsC gives two or more certificates as it is double degree.

Trust this clarifies. This is my interpretation though, I would suggest you create your EE profile when ready and input the two qualifications, ensure that the ND is stated as diploma and your BsC as it is. Kindly let us know if it generates a score for two or more certificates so that the house can be better informed on what actually works in practice.

All the best

gustalnov:
Thanks for the good work you guys are doing here.

I have a small question please. I evaluated my OND and Bsc with WES and the summary reads "Canadian equivalency: Diploma (2 years) and Bachelors (4 years)". This OND I obtained before my BSc.

I have gone through this thread and especially through cochtrane's summaries (God bless for the wonderful work). I saw some previous people who also had OND before Bsc and it was evaluated the same. Also, I have learnt HND and OND is observed by WES to be 2 or more years. Even though the OND is obtained before the HND.

Now, here's my question: is it okay to use this to claim "two or more certificates"? According to the CIC website, I think they were talking about Post-graduate diploma, as opposed to OND. Yet on this site I saw a few posts where some people said they used it, I.e. OND before BSc and OND before HND.

Can anyone please clarify?

You dont need a PCC if you have not spent up to six months cumulatively in the last 10 years.

Please clarify the boldened. Do you mean his visa has expired and he is stuck in the US as an illegal immigrant? No offence intended here, I just need to understand your question and it would help our seniors give the best advice.

1. Since 2015 i have stayed in the UK for about 3months and when i went to america i stayed for another 3months and that was in 2016. Does it mean i have to get pcc from these countries since my travel history will show it?

2. My brother who is also trying out the immigration thingy has been in america for more than they stamped him in? Pls how does this affect his application and probability of selection. Also is it better for him to come back to nigeria so his passport shows he is back?...

Pls i will appreciate every imput i get on these pudding issues

Thanks

freeradical:
What a glorious CRS cut off score. I spent close to 6months on 433 with my first EE profile searching for ITA but it wouldn't come grin

Congratulations to all our new ITA holders, yimiton, dammiehar, XX01, et al. I know you guys expect to get speedy processing of your eAPR to PPR and so I've decided to help you with a few advice from my own experience. My timeline from AOR to PPR is just 46days which is quite impressive and something I'd wish for you guys to replicate. Now my advice to you goes as follows. Brace up its gonna be a long read

1. Getting ITA is a big deal but it's not so much of a big deal if u don't package your application well and it gets rejected. So use only 24 hours to celebrate dis ITA after which you have to settle down, snap out of the euphoria(you are not in Canada yet grin) and focus on submitting your eAPR without making any costly error that may mar your chances.

2. Even though we know that ultimately d divine controls the speed of every application yet you must do your utmost best in packaging your application carefully. As much as you can, get the documents in d format specified by CIC. Start now to disturb your bankers for the reference letters and your employers for the work reference letter. From my experience, you save d VO time and make their work easier when you submit documents in the recommended CIC format and they reward that with a fast processing.

3. PCCs are very vital and you should know by now what PCCs you need to provide. To be on the safe side any country you have spent a cumulative period of 3-4 months from when you were born till now just start now to process your PCC from them. VOs r very unforgiving with PCCs and sometimes they interprete the laws around PCCs in ways we can't truly understand. If you are like me that have never enter international flight before (I.e no travel history) then u are safe but for all the ajalas in the house, the chicken has come home to roost grin

4. Do not be in a hurry to get AOR, thereby rushing to submit. Take your time to ensure that you include every document in your checklist and in the right file format. Always cross check that your uploads are still intact even at the point of submission. It's not really by AOR but by how fast you move from AOR to PPR. Some July AOR peeps are already with PPR while we still got some April AORs languishing in IP1. So don't let the race to get AOR get to you.

5. Avoid ADRs. If it means waiting till the final week of your 90precious days it's safer to wait it out and submit your application with that document you know will be requested. ADRs have a way of unnecessarily delaying the movement of your file. The best time to send CIC documents is before AOR so be proactive enough to prevent anything that will make then ask after. For example if you know you have been refused visa to some country, nothing stops u from filling a schedule A form proactively even before it is asked.

6. Use your LOE very well. The LOE is a powerful weapon that you must use very well to your favour. If you do an unbiased self assessment of your application, you will note the areas where your application appears to be weak. It's almost likely that the VO will come to this same conclusion as you. That's where a good LOE does wonders. You can use your LOE to politely explain and provide further detail to the VO. What u r actually doing is subtly allaying his doubts about this weak part of your application. This helps the guy to make a favorable decision on your case. The trick to writing a good LOE is being honest, polite and MOST IMPORTANTLY attaching a document to buttress your point or as evidence. Also you can write as many LOEs and attached documents to each even though there is one placeholder for LOE. That's where your PDF merger comes in. Merge all the LOEs into one single file and attach.

7. Raising CSEs is a bad, bad thing!Avoid anything that will also make you to start disturbing your application midway after AOR by having to raise a CSE. Examples are getting married, adding a baby etc. Though most times these stuffs are beyond our control but as much as you can try to avoid entering such situations because it will delay your application. If you know you want to marry that man/woman then make the decision and get married already even before you secure ITA. I've seen some people's application getting delayed because they have to include spouse. If you r expecting a baby and your due date is before the 90days post ITA period, its best you wait for the child and include him before AOR. This exactly was my case. I had ITA Apr 12th and my wife's EDD was May 12th. I decided to wait for the baby. I made every arrangements for his passport with the immigration agent( the guy thought I was crazy trying to do passport for a child yet unborn grin), but alas baby came early on May 5th. My son got his passport May 12th or so and we got AOR June 19th.
So my point is as much as we can control these events let's try our best.

8. Finally just keep praying as though everything depends on your prayers but not your work and try not to be overly anxious. Who anxiety EPP sef.

I wish you guys a smooth PPR journey from here on.

Its an overflogged issue on this thread. If you are not the principal applicant you can make do with your IQAS but if you are WES is preferable for HND

britishknight:
This is serious.
That means I was wrong with my understanding.
I taught it was IQAS that evaluates HND as a double certificate and not WES.

Then I will revert to WES.
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Bimpsy99: 10:59am On Jul 28, 2017
You have said it all. However. If it will make the person sleep well at night. Please attach it o. Most people that got ADR got married recently and the VO wanted evidence that it's not PR induced marriage. Evidence like pictures, pre wedding pictures, communications anything that corroborates the marriage story

So I would suggest that anyone that got married very recently can consider attaching any other corroborating evidence, legal marriage cert as page 1..so there would be no ADR that will further delay the process. My opinion though not a statement of fact.

closetextrovert:
Even though its acceptable, its absolutely unnecessary if you have a marriage certificate issued by a marriage registry or any other body authorised to do so. Your marriage certificate is a legal document and will take precedence over any wedding pictures. I just feel adding wedding photos when i was not requested for will come off as trying too hard.

I maybe wrong oh but i guessing that the people that were required to provide additional evidence of their marriage probably only did traditional wedding or church blessing. One can never really tell which kind spirit that is pushing these VOs. LOL!!! cheesy cheesy

Scores will drop a bit but its better than getting things complicated.

MummyJaygirls:
If the masters degree is in Pharm and he intends to practice in Canada u can't use Wes evaluation btw, to avoid stories that touch just use ur own ECA and put his own in personal history.
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Bimpsy99: 3:08pm On Jul 26, 2017
People have successfully used it, same with IQAS even though its not expressly stated.

Just make sure your cover letter explains what u are attaching and quote your reference number.

balogunsam:
Thank you very much for your response, I'm super grateful. However, Fax? Is this something acceptable by WES? I saw "By postal mail or courier delivery:" under the "Where to Send Documents" at the bottom of the application page....kindly confirm please. Thank you again!

You can send it via fax. https://www.hellofax.com/. include your reference number in the cover page

balogunsam:
Good afternoon everyone. Una welldone oo. My Masters transcript is on the way to WES Canada via DHL but i am in some sort of confusion about the documents i am to send myself. The page shows "Clear, legible photocopies of all degree certificates issued by the institutions attended"

My Question is, will it be just my Masters certificate and notification of results i will put in the envelope and send to WES or do i need to add my first degree certificates too?

Has the same issue with ICAS. I had to request for a new transcript and DHLed it to them. As we speak the ECA I applied for since April 2016 is yet to be completed. Please note that was is ICAS not IQAS. I had to switch to WES, so imagine how many times I requested for transcript at 24k each excluding DHL fee.

My advice, accept the fact that they wont take that document as long as they see it as being tampered with. If you can use IQAS, use them immediately at least u save yourself from another round of verification. Otherwise resend the document to WES and let them begin the evaluation.

Its sad but its the reality, they dont trust us and it is based on their prior experience. We cant totally blame them. Please focus on the big picture and get going. Time is of essence.

Cheers

coconuthead:
Good People , I am still struggling with WES o. They declined to accept my transcript on the basis that "the transcript did not emanate from the school" After much battle, they change to "the transcript was received in an open envelop" I went to DHL office just now and they provided evidence that the transcript was delivered in very good condition and same was received by a DHL Staff who signed for it. They even printed the receipt / delivery report. Now, what do I do? Is there a means to escalate my grievance. For God's sake, I paid for this evaluation and I should be treated as a customer not a suspect. What are my options people!

What's the name of your university and how long did it take them to verify. Private institutions are seamless even some schools that are computerised verify fast enough without your influence

My advice that applicants should consider the peculiarity of their case and go with the faster option. Either way both WES and IQAS are acceptable.

taiwofola:
I recommend WES. After my university in Nigeria responded to the WES verification request, my WES report came out in less than 2 weeks.
